High-emergence-rate planting method for ice hockey
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural planting, in particular to a planting method for high-seedling-emergence flowering rate of ice hockey.
Background
Dried pseudobulb of Cremastra appendiculata (D.Don) Makino, Pleionenbucodioides (Franch.) Rolfe or Pleionenone yunenensis Rolfe of Pleione yunnanensis of Orchidaceae is one of rare medicinal materials of Pseudobulbus Cremastrae Seu pleiones and new crown pneumonia. Dried pseudobulbs of Pleione bulbocodioides (Franch.) or Pleione yunnanensis Rolfe of Pleione yunnanensis are also known as iceballs. It is recorded in Ben Cao Shi Yi (supplement to materia Medica) and has the actions of clearing heat and removing toxicity, relieving swelling and dissipating nodulation. Can be used for treating carbuncle, furuncle, scrofula, subcutaneous nodule, snake and insect bite, and ecchymosis and lump in the abdomen. The dried pseudobulb contains various compounds such as dihydrophenanthrene and bibenzyl, and the ethyl acetate soluble part has obvious antitumor activity. Due to higher medicinal value, market demand is increased year by year, price is increased year by year, at present, the price per kilogram exceeds 1000 yuan, wild resources are destructively mined and endangered, are protected by rare and endangered plants listed in China, are also loaded in appendix II of International trade Convention (CITES), are internationally protected, and are prohibited from wild resource trade. In addition, the Pleione or Yunnan Pleione has large and bright color, and has been developed into flower with high ornamental value.
The main distribution areas of the ice hockey are artificially cultivated in different scales for years, but the technology of changing the wild ice hockey into the family has not been broken through all the time, the price is greatly increased to more than 1200 yuan per kilogram due to the main dependence on wild resources, and the development of artificial cultivation for solving the market demand and actively protecting the wild ice hockey is not slow. The ice hockey seeds are difficult to sow, the number of the seeds is large, the seeds are very fine, the seed coats are thin and transparent, no embryo exists, the seeds are a cluster of undifferentiated embryo cells, and the seeds hardly germinate under natural conditions due to the reasons that the seeds are difficult to permeate water and air, the endosperm is not developed completely and the like. Seeds also have different growth methods in the same environment, the same conditions, and the same medium. Some seeds germinate into bulbodium and sprout again, some seeds directly germinate and sprout, and roots and stems of the seedlings expand into the bulbodium and are continuously differentiated and propagated, so that the seed propagation can not enter the stage of industrial production. The technology of the invention realizes the success of artificial cultivation by adopting the false bulb of the Pleione for the first time, improves the emergence and flowering rate of the seedling in the current year by more than 200 percent, realizes harvest in 1 year, shortens the planting time of the ice hockey and provides technical support for large-scale and standardized artificial planting.
