本发明属于建筑机械技术领域,特别是涉及一种环保的建筑砂石粉碎装置。
背景技术
在土建施工中,常常需要对一些颗粒较大的砂石进行粉碎,这样才能进一步方便进行搅拌,然后应用到需要使用的环境中;因此,砂石粉碎机是施工中不可或缺的一种机械结构,它能将砂石快速的进行粉碎,然后将其排出。
然而现有的砂石粉碎装置多为一步粉碎,即只将砂石投入粉碎机构中,砂石经粉碎装置一步粉碎后直接排出,然而这种粉碎方式粉碎效果较差,粉碎后的颗粒也大小不一,很难保证粉碎效果;同时现有的砂石粉碎装置一般也不具有碾磨装置,而一般具有碾磨装置的也不能根据实际需要自由控制碾磨轮距离,同时,众所周知的是,由于砂石材料的特殊形,砂石在粉碎过程中会产生大量的扬尘,这些扬尘如果不能被有效的控制的话,将对周围的环境和周围的工作人员造成巨大的伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保的建筑砂石粉碎装置,通过预破碎刀口、粉碎刀、滤筒、滤板和碾磨轮的配合设计,解决了现有的砂石粉碎装置多为一步粉碎不能进行多级筛选粉碎的问题;通过调节杆和调节螺栓的配合设计,解决了现有的砂石粉碎装置不能自由控制碾磨轮距离,进而控制碾磨颗粒大小的问题;通过水箱、喷头和防尘板的配合设计,解决了现有的砂石粉碎装置粉碎过程中沙尘外溢不够环保的问题;通过阻尼减震管和减震弹簧的设计,解决了现有的砂石粉碎装置减震效果差的问题。

本实施例的一个具体应用为:该装置对砂石的粉碎方式为多级粉碎,物料经有进料嘴18进入机体1,进入时,物料在重力的作用下经过防尘板19,防尘板19在弹簧20的弹力作用下可以防止物料进入机体1后的扬尘外溢,进入机体1后,物料进入一级粉碎,预破碎刀口4和预破碎杆5在第一电机2的作用下,通过旋转碰撞的方式对物料进行一级粉碎,物料在粉碎后颗粒较小的物料和粉尘通过滤筒进入碾磨轮15,相对较大的物料在一级粉碎后经由滤筒6和滤板7过滤后进入二级粉碎,滤板7通过振动的方式进行下料,避免堵塞,振动器8为FAL直线型振动器,FAL直线型振动器在气压的推动下,活塞做往复运动,进而产生振动力,振动力的大小可以通过调节气压来调整,物料经由粉碎主轴11、粉碎刀12和切磨杆13的配合进行二级粉碎,粉碎后进入碾磨轮15,碾磨轮15之间的距离可通过调节螺栓17进行调节,进而控制碾磨颗粒和碾磨力度的大小,破碎过程中,通过喷头22进行降尘处理,水箱23内设置有水泵,通过水管21与喷头22连接,阻尼减震管25通过与减震弹簧26的配合达到减震效果,固体振动时,使固体振动的能量尽可能多地耗散在阻尼层中的方法,称为阻尼减震。

Claims (8)
1.一种环保的建筑砂石粉碎装置,包括机体(1),其特征在于:所述机体(1)一表面固定连接有第一电机(2);所述第一电机(2)输出轴的一端通过皮带传动连接有转轴(3);
所述转轴(3)周侧面固定连接有若干预破碎刀口(4);所述预破碎刀口(4)周侧面固定连接有若干预破碎杆(5);所述机体(1)两相对内壁固定连接有滤筒(6);所述机体(1)内壁铰接有滤板(7);所述滤板(7)远离机体(1)的一表面固定连接有振动器(8);所述振动器(8)一表面螺纹连接有支撑板(9);
所述机体(1)一表面固定连接有第二电机(10);所述第二电机(10)输出轴的一端贯穿机体(1)并延伸至机体(1)内部;所述第二电机(10)输出轴的一端的固定连接有粉碎主轴(11);所述粉碎主轴(11)周侧面固定连接有若干粉碎刀(12);所述支撑板(9)一表面和机体(1)内壁均固定连接有若干切磨杆(13);
所述机体(1)两相对内壁均固定连接有若干调节杆(14);若干所述调节杆(14)相对表面之间固定连接有支架(16);所述支架(16)相对表面之间转动连接有碾磨轮(15);所述碾磨轮(15)转动轴的一端通过皮带与第一电机(2)传动连接;所述支架(16)一表面螺纹连接有调节螺栓(17);所述调节螺栓(17)远离支架(16)的一端贯穿机体(1)并延伸至机体(1)外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保的建筑砂石粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述机体(1)一表面固定连接有进料嘴(18);所述进料嘴(18)内壁铰接有防尘板(19)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保的建筑砂石粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述防尘板(19)一表面固定连接有弹簧(20);所述防尘板(19)一表面通过弹簧(20)与进料嘴(18)内壁固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保的建筑砂石粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述调节螺杆(17)周侧面与机体(1)螺纹连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保的建筑砂石粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述机体(1)一表面贯穿有水管(21);所述水管(21)深入机体(1)内部的一端连通有喷头(22)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种环保的建筑砂石粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述水管(21)远离机体(1)的一端连通有水箱(23);所述水箱(23)一表面固定连接有固定架(24)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保的建筑砂石粉碎装置,其特征在于,所述机体(1)周侧面与固定架(24)固定连接;所述固定架(24)一表面固定连接有若干阻尼减震管(25)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种环保的建筑砂石粉碎装置,其特征在于,若干所述阻尼减震管(25)周侧面固定连接有减震弹簧(26)。
