Abstract
The invention provides a Chinese medicinal composition for treating drug addiction and application thereof, belonging to the field of medicaments; the traditional Chinese medicine composition for drug rehabilitation comprises raw materials of barnyard grass, cimicifuga foetida, dogwood and liquorice, and specifically comprises 50-70 parts of barnyard grass extract, 30-50 parts of cimicifuga foetida extract, 40-60 parts of dogwood extract and 9-18 parts of liquorice extract; according to the invention, the barnyard grass extract is used as a monarch drug, the cimicifuga foetida is used as a ministerial drug, the dogwood is used as an adjuvant drug, and the liquorice is used as a conductant drug, so that the effects of detoxifying the barnyard grass extract, invigorating yang qi of the cimicifuga foetida, securing essence and astringing qi of the dogwood and purging intense heat and detoxifying of the liquorice are organically combined, and the drug can be effectively taken off and/or taken after.

Background
At present, methadone is the first choice for drug addiction treatment, and although methadone has a good effect of eliminating withdrawal symptoms, methadone itself has dependence and is likely to generate "drug substitution". Other non-opioid drugs, such as clonidine and verapamil, have many side effects and poor efficacy.
Drug addiction can destroy cell tissues and nervous systems of human bodies, during the drug addiction treatment process, immune proteins of the bodies are reduced, the bodies are dry, withered and thin, the hematopoietic function is poor, muscle tissues are not elastic, the bodies are in a high cholesterol or high blood coagulation state, and no better medicine is available for symptomatic treatment or control of side effects caused by drug addiction treatment at present.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a drug-relief traditional Chinese medicine composition, which is prepared from barnyard grass, cimicifuga foetida, dogwood and liquorice.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for drug rehabilitation, which comprises barnyard grass extract, cimicifuga foetida extract, dogwood extract and liquorice extract.
Echinochloa crus-galli, belonging to Gramineae plant, is sweet, slightly bitter, slightly cold, nontoxic, and has effects of invigorating qi and invigorating spleen. The barnyard grass extract mainly contains polysaccharide and peptide, cystine in the peptide can help cells to oxidize and reduce, promote cell proliferation, help liver metabolism function to be vigorous, and neutralize toxin, so that the extract has the effect of detoxifying; the glycine has a protective and repairing effect on the central nervous system, and can achieve the effect of repairing the central nervous system and cells through the condensation between proteins in the peptide chain polybase folding, thereby effectively relieving and repairing the damage of the nervous system caused by drug absorption. The polysaccharide component in the extract can regulate liver and kidney injury, and digestive and toxin expelling system decline caused by drug intake.
Cimicifugae rhizoma is derived from Cimicifuga racemosa of Ranunculaceae, is pungent, slightly sweet and slightly cold in flavor, and enters lung channel, spleen channel, stomach channel and large intestine channel. Has the effects of relieving exterior syndrome, promoting eruption, clearing away heat and toxic materials, and lifting yang qi, and can be used for treating wind-heat headache, toothache, aphtha, sore throat, measles without adequate eruption, yang toxin with macula, proctoptosis, and metroptosis. Modern medical research shows that the rhizoma cimicifugae has the effects of relieving fever, resisting inflammation, relieving pain, resisting allergy, reducing blood lipid, resisting tumor, inhibiting bacteria, etc. The composition is a ministerial drug to assist the deficiency of the barnyard grass extract, and has good adjuvant treatment efficacy on yang qi sinking, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, spleen deficiency, stomach-nutrient qi deficiency, emaciation, blood vessel dilatation and central nervous system hyperactivity caused by long-term drug absorption.
Dogwood fruit: the traditional Chinese medicine has sour and astringent taste and mild nature and taste, belongs to liver and kidney, can astringe and stop sweating, arrest discharge and prevent loss of original qi, has the effects of nourishing liver and kidney and promoting fluid production to quench thirst, and is mainly used for dizziness, blurred vision, tinnitus and waist soreness caused by liver and kidney deficiency clinically. The dogwood in the invention is matched with the cimicifuga foetida to nourish liver and kidney, consolidate and astringe kidney yang, support yang qi and supplement yang qi sinking caused by taking drugs.
Licorice root: sweet in nature and taste, cold in nature, heart meridian, small intestine and bladder meridian, and is root or peripheral part or fine root of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch of Leguminosae. Has good therapeutic effects of purging pathogenic fire, removing toxic substances, promoting urination and treating stranguria. The composition has effects of removing toxic substance and expelling toxin.
In some specific embodiments of the invention, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for drug rehabilitation comprises 50-70 parts of barnyard grass extract, 30-50 parts of cimicifuga foetida extract, 40-60 parts of dogwood extract and 9-18 parts of liquorice extract by weight.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the drug-dropping traditional Chinese medicine composition, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of barnyard grass extract:
fermentation: taking barnyard grass midstem stalks, cleaning, airing, crushing, sealing, and fermenting at the temperature of 28-35 ℃ for 7-12 days to obtain barnyard grass fermented products;
extraction: adding distilled water into the barnyard grass fermented product, wherein the proportion of the distilled water to the barnyard grass fermented product is 15-25 ml:1g, then reacting for 90min at 55-75 ℃, filtering residues, and centrifuging to obtain an extracting solution; repeating the extraction steps for two times on filter residues, combining extracting solutions, and drying to obtain a barnyard grass extract;
(2) preparing extracts of cimicifugae foetidae, dogwood and liquorice:
extraction: respectively taking cimicifugae rhizoma, dogwood and liquorice, soaking in distilled water with the mass 2 times of that of the cimicifugae rhizoma for 1 hour, heating at 55-75 ℃ for 1 hour, filtering residues, and centrifuging to obtain extracting solutions;
extracting filter residues: extracting the residue for 2 times, mixing the extractive solutions, and drying to obtain cimicifugae rhizoma, Corni fructus and Glycyrrhrizae radix extract;
(3) mixing 50-70 parts of barnyard grass extract, 30-50 parts of cimicifugae foetidae extract, 40-60 parts of dogwood extract and 9-18 parts of liquorice extract to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating drug addiction.
The composition provided by the invention can be independently used for withdrawal from drug addiction and relieving/treating the toxic and side effects of withdrawal, and can also be added with other auxiliary materials to prepare different dosage forms for withdrawal from drug addiction and relieving/treating the toxic and side effects of withdrawal, which is not limited by the invention. The dosage form includes but is not limited to capsules, tablets, powder, granules or oral liquid.
The invention also provides a drug for giving up drug addiction, which comprises the drug-dropping traditional Chinese medicine composition and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials.
The invention also provides a health care product for relieving/treating the toxic and side effects of giving up drugs, which comprises the traditional Chinese medicine composition for giving up drugs and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials. The health-care product takes medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicines as raw materials, and is a novel efficient health-care food which can be taken for a long time through a modern standard processing flow of traditional Chinese medicines.
The invention also provides the application of the drug-dropping traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparing the drug for treating drug addiction, wherein the drug is used for withdrawal and recuperation after withdrawal of drug addiction
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the traditional Chinese medicine composition for drug rehabilitation, the barnyard grass extract is used as a monarch drug, the cimicifuga foetida is used as a ministerial drug, the dogwood is used as an adjuvant drug, and the liquorice is used as a conductant drug, so that the effects of detoxifying the barnyard grass extract, invigorating vital energy of the cimicifuga foetida, strengthening essence and astringing qi of the dogwood and purging pathogenic fire and detoxifying of the liquorice are organically combined, and drugs can be effectively abstained and/or recuperated after withdrawal.
The Chinese medicine composition for stopping drug addiction can neutralize alkaloid in drug to further abstain drug, and can also cure the damage of the drug to brain nerve system, liver and kidney.
The product adopts pure natural plants to reduce the damage coefficient of drugs to nervous system, liver, kidney and tissue cells of organism, and relieve adverse side effects caused by drug addiction treatment, such as emesis, abdominal pain, diarrhea, anorexia, distraction, liver and kidney injury, and numbness of limbs.

Example 1
(1) Preparation of barnyard grass extract:
fermentation: taking barnyard grass midstem stalks, cleaning, airing, crushing, and then sealing at 28 ℃ for fermentation for 12 days to obtain barnyard grass fermentation products;
extraction: adding distilled water into the fermented product to make the ratio of distilled water to fermented product of barnyard grass 15ml:1g, reacting at 55 deg.C for 90min, filtering off residue, and centrifuging to obtain extractive solution; and repeating the extraction steps for two times on filter residues, combining three extracting solutions, and drying to obtain the barnyard grass extract.
(2) Preparing extracts of cimicifugae foetidae, dogwood and liquorice:
extraction: respectively taking cimicifugae rhizoma, Corni fructus and Glycyrrhrizae radix, soaking in distilled water 2 times of the mass of cimicifugae rhizoma for 1h, heating at 55 deg.C for 1h, filtering to remove residue, and centrifuging to obtain extractive solution;
extracting filter residues: extracting the residue for 2 times, mixing the extractive solutions, and drying to obtain cimicifugae rhizoma, Corni fructus and Glycyrrhrizae radix extract;
(3) mixing barnyard grass extract 50 parts, cimicifuga foetida extract 30 parts, dogwood extract 40 parts and licorice extract 9 parts to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating drug addiction.
The steps (1) and (2) are not in sequence.
Example 2
(1) Preparation of barnyard grass extract:
fermentation: taking barnyard grass midstem stalks, cleaning, airing, crushing, and then sealing for fermentation for 7 days at 35 ℃ to obtain barnyard grass fermentation products;
extraction: adding distilled water into the fermented product to make the ratio of distilled water to fermented product of barnyard grass 25ml:1g, reacting at 75 deg.C for 90min, filtering off residue, and centrifuging to obtain extractive solution; extracting the filter residue twice, mixing the three extracting solutions, and drying to obtain barnyard grass extract;
(2) preparing extracts of cimicifugae foetidae, dogwood and liquorice:
extraction: respectively taking cimicifugae rhizoma, Corni fructus and Glycyrrhrizae radix, soaking in distilled water 2 times of the mass of cimicifugae rhizoma for 1h, heating at 75 deg.C for 1h, filtering to remove residue, and centrifuging to obtain extractive solution;
extracting filter residues: extracting the residue for 2 times, mixing the extractive solutions, and drying to obtain cimicifugae rhizoma, Corni fructus and Glycyrrhrizae radix extract;
(3) mixing 70 parts of barnyard grass extract, 50 parts of cimicifugae foetidae extract, 60 parts of dogwood extract and 18 parts of liquorice extract to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating drug addiction.
The steps (1) and (2) are not in sequence.
Example 3
(1) Preparation of barnyard grass extract:
fermentation: taking barnyard grass midstem stalks, cleaning, airing, crushing, sealing, and fermenting for 10 days at 31 ℃ to obtain barnyard grass leavening;
extraction: adding distilled water into the fermented product to make the ratio of distilled water to fermented product 20ml:1g, reacting at 65 deg.C for 90min, filtering off residue, and centrifuging to obtain extractive solution; extracting the filter residue twice, mixing the three extracting solutions, and drying to obtain barnyard grass extract;
(2) preparing extracts of cimicifugae foetidae, dogwood and liquorice:
extraction: respectively taking cimicifugae rhizoma, Corni fructus and Glycyrrhrizae radix, soaking in distilled water 2 times of the mass of cimicifugae rhizoma for 1h, heating at 65 deg.C for 1h, filtering to remove residue, and centrifuging to obtain extractive solution;
extracting filter residues: extracting the residue for 2 times, mixing the extractive solutions, and drying to obtain cimicifugae rhizoma, Corni fructus and Glycyrrhrizae radix extract;
(3) mixing barnyard grass extract 60 parts, cimicifuga foetida extract 40 parts, dogwood extract 50 parts and licorice extract 14 parts to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating drug addiction.
The steps (1) and (2) are not in sequence.
Example 4
In the embodiment, papaverine is taken as an example, the neutralization effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for detoxification on alkaloid in drugs is considered, and a papaverine solution with the concentration of 10mg/L and a traditional Chinese medicine composition solution with the concentration of 40g/L for detoxification are respectively prepared. Taking 1ml papaverine solution from control group, and adding 1ml distilled water; taking 1ml papaverine solution from the experimental group, adding 1ml Chinese medicinal composition solution for treating drug addiction, detecting papaverine content in the control group and the experimental group respectively with pesticide residue detector of type ZYD _ NP (6D), and repeating the experiment for three times.
The results show that the pesticide residue in the control group was 99%, while in the experimental group, when the drug-relief Chinese medicinal composition was not added, the pesticide residue was 99%, and after 1ml of the drug-relief Chinese medicinal composition was added, the pesticide residue on the apparatus was gradually reduced until it was 0. Therefore, the drug-relief traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared by the invention can effectively degrade papaverine and has the same effect on alkaloid in other drugs.
Example 5
In the embodiment, the repair effect of the drug-dropping traditional Chinese medicine composition on the damage generated in the drug-dropping process is considered, 30 healthy spf-level Kunming mice (from a Qinglongshan animal breeding farm in Nanjing city) are screened, the mice are about 20g in mass and are randomly divided into a control group 1 and test groups 1 and 2, wherein the mice in the control group 1 are injected with 0.25g of normal saline every day, the mice in the control group 2 and the test groups are respectively injected with 0.25g of dolantin subcutaneously every day, the injection dose is increased to 0.3g after continuous injection for 15 days, the drug-dropping traditional Chinese medicine composition is induced to be addicted to the mice in the test groups and forms dependency, and then the drug-dropping traditional Chinese medicine composition is fed to the mice addicted to the drugs in the test groups for.
The cervical vertebra of the mice in the control group 1, the control group 2 and the experimental group 1 are dislocated and killed, and the mice are subjected to debranching, so that the results show that the heart, the liver and the kidney of the normal mice in the control group 1 are bright red, the blood volume is full, and the blood vessels are full; the heart, liver and kidney of the mice in the control group 2 are dark red and atrophied, the blood vessel is solidified into a flat state, and the blood is in a bean dreg shape; the mice in the experimental group had full blood vessels, bright red blood, no bean dregs and normal liver and kidney sizes after debranching. Example 6
Screening 30 healthy spf-level Kunming mice (from a Qinglongshan animal breeding farm in Nanjing city), wherein the mass of the mice is about 20g, randomly dividing the mice into a control group 1, a control group 2 and an experimental group, injecting 0.25g of physiological saline into the mice in the control group 1 every day, injecting 0.25g of dolantin into the mice in the control group 2 and the experimental group respectively every day subcutaneously, increasing the injection dose to 0.3g after continuously injecting for 15 days, inducing the mice to be addicted with drugs and forming dependency, and feeding the mice addicted with the drugs in the experimental group with a traditional Chinese medicine composition for 30 days for drug rehabilitation. The mice were observed for appropriate amount, weight and mental status, respectively.
The mice in the control group 2 showed symptoms of food intake, weight loss, etc., and the mice had lassitude, decreased activity, insomnia, and splenic irritability; after the mice in the experimental group are fed with the traditional Chinese medicine composition for 40 minutes, the mice become quiet, the food intake is increased and the body weight is increased after 7 days of feeding, but the mental state response is slower than that of the normal mice in the control group 1, the weight of the mice is increased by 10-15 g after 30 days, and the mental state is recovered to be normal.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and any obvious improvements, substitutions or modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A Chinese medicinal composition for treating drug addiction is characterized by comprising barnyard grass extract, cimicifugae rhizoma extract, Corni fructus extract and Glycyrrhrizae radix extract.

fermentation: taking barnyard grass middle stem stalks, cleaning, airing, crushing, and then sealing and fermenting to obtain a barnyard grass fermented product;
extraction: adding distilled water into the barnyard grass fermented product to carry out hydrothermal reaction, filtering residues after the reaction is finished, and centrifuging to obtain an extracting solution; and repeating the extraction steps for two times on filter residues, combining the extracting solutions, and drying to obtain the barnyard grass extract.
4. The drug-relief traditional Chinese medicine composition according to claim 3, wherein the fermentation conditions are as follows: fermenting for 7-12 days at 28-35 ℃.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition for drug rehabilitation according to claim 3, wherein the amount of the distilled water and the barnyard grass fermentation product is 15-25 ml:1g of a compound; the hydrothermal reaction condition is that the reaction is carried out for 90min at the temperature of 55-75 ℃.
6. The use of the drug-relief Chinese medicinal composition of claim 1 in the preparation of drugs for abstinence from drug addiction.
7. The use of the Chinese medicinal composition for treating drug addiction according to claim 1 in the preparation of health products, medicines or foods for relieving/treating the toxic and side effects of drug addiction.
8. A health product for relieving/treating toxic and side effects of drug addiction, which comprises the Chinese medicinal composition for drug addiction treatment of claim 1 and pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvants.
9. A drug for withdrawal from drug addiction, which is characterized by comprising the drug-addiction-stopping traditional Chinese medicine composition of claim 1 and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials.
10. The pharmaceutical product of claim 9, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable excipient is one or more of a disintegrant, a lubricant, a binder, and a dispersant; the dosage form of the medicine is capsule, tablet, powder, granule or oral liquid.
