Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of drug treatment, particularly relates to a formula of a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating infantile diarrhea, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine preparation with good curative effect on infantile diarrhea and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard and the change of life style of people, digestive tract diseases are one of the common clinical diseases, the incidence rate is on the trend of rising year by year, and diarrhea is one of the common symptoms of the diseases. According to the world health organization, infectious diarrhea is the highest infectious disease of infants in developing countries, the fatality rate is about 20 per thousand, and about 460 million infants are lost every year only in the sub, non and Rad regions. Therefore, it is very important to treat infantile diarrhea in real time.
To treat infantile diarrhea in a targeted manner, the cause of infantile diarrhea needs to be known first. The diarrhea of the disease is the usual diarrhea, namely the times of defecation are more than usual, and the nature is changed and more water is contained. The diarrhea is caused by a plurality of reasons, firstly, dysentery and enteritis caused by bacteria, viral enteritis caused by viruses, pathogenic colibacillosis generally occurs in summer, also called summer diarrhea, viral enteritis is often seen in autumn, also called autumn diarrhea, digestive enzyme secretion reduction activity caused by poor digestibility of infants is lower, tolerance of multi-food is poor, diarrhea caused by digestive dysfunction occurs, acidity in stomach of children is lower than that of adults, antibacterial ability is poor, immunoglobulin in blood is lower, intestinal infection is easily caused, stale or deteriorated milk or other food is eaten, and vomiting and diarrhea are caused; or diarrhea due to gastrointestinal digestive function caused by excessive food of infants, which is dyspepsia.
There are many existing methods for treating infantile diarrhea, but the treatment usually requires hospitalization, and has a long course of disease and high cost. The oral anti-inflammatory drug and the injection infusion are adopted for treatment, so that the treatment course is long, the side effect is large, and the influence on infants is large; the traditional Chinese medicine also adopts external drugs for treatment, but the problems of unsatisfactory treatment effect, high cost, slow effect and the like generally exist.
The Chinese patent application with application number 96117162.6 and publication number CN1181249A discloses a Chinese herbal medicine of an infantile diarrhea paste, which adopts precious medicines such as goldthread root, musk and the like, and rosin is required to be added for oil refining in the preparation process, so the medicine has the defects of high cost and complex preparation process.
The patent with the application number of 201210182863.6 discloses a Chinese medicinal orally disintegrating tablet for treating infantile diarrhea, which comprises the following components in part by weight: 10 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 10 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 9 parts of poria cocos, 10 parts of semen coicis, 9 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 10 parts of Chinese pulsatilla root, 6 parts of ash bark, 6 parts of kudzu root, 3 parts of fructus amomi, 10 parts of semen plantaginis, 10 parts of fried Chinese yam, 10 parts of fried hawthorn, 10 parts of fried medicated leaven, 10 parts of fried malt, 6 parts of myrobalan, 6 parts of honey-fried licorice root, and a proper amount of dextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose, polyvinylpyrrolidone and magnesium stearate; the traditional Chinese medicine oral disintegrating agent is taken without water, automatically disintegrates and dissolves in the oral cavity, can be taken smoothly through normal physiological swallowing action, is mainly used for treating diarrhea caused by dysfunction of gastric transport and transformation due to spleen deficiency, dyspepsia and spleen qi deficiency, and has a plurality of medicinal ingredients and complex components.
Therefore, the finding of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating infantile diarrhea, which has the advantages of obvious curative effect on infantile diarrhea, no toxic or side effect, and safe and convenient medication, has very important significance.
