The water decoctions prepared in examples 1 and 3 were slightly inferior to those prepared in example 2 in practical use, but the effect was almost 90% or more. Therefore, in the further preparation of the granules, although the granules were prepared, the effect thereof was slightly inferior to that of the granules prepared in example 5, and the number of uses in the actual treatment was small, so that no statistics were made.
Therefore, the treatment effect of the granules is basically equivalent to that of a water decoction, and is better than that of the water decoction.
In conclusion, the composition for treating pneumonia provided by the invention is prepared by reasonably matching ephedra herb, honey-fried licorice root, almond, cassia twig, rhizoma alismatis, grifola, bighead atractylodes rhizome, poria cocos, radix bupleuri, radix scutellariae, ginger, aster, winter flower, blackberry lily, gypsum, asarum, Chinese yam, immature bitter orange, dried orange peel and wrinkled gianthyssop herb, ephedra herb, cassia twig, radix bupleuri, aster and Chinese yam are used as monarch drugs, so that the composition has the effects of inducing sweat, dispelling cold, ventilating lung, relieving asthma, tonifying spleen and benefiting lung; prepared licorice, rhizoma alismatis, scutellaria baicalensis, flos farfarae and immature bitter orange are taken as ministerial medicaments, lung moistening is performed, qi is sent, phlegm is reduced, cough is relieved, and stagnation is relieved; meanwhile, the almond, the grifola, the bighead atractylodes rhizome, the ginger processed pinellia tuber, the blackberry lily and the tangerine peel are used as adjuvant drugs, and the gypsum, the poria cocos, the ginger, the asarum and the agastache are used as conductant drugs, so that the curative effects of monarch and ministerial drugs are fully exerted, the whole prescription can be used for strengthening body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors, soothing liver to reduce internal heat, ventilating lung to reduce phlegm, and the preparation can be used for effectively treating fever, strengthening spleen to eliminate dampness, warming yang, relieving cough, dispelling chest distress, relaxing bowels, relieving diarrhea and the like, is wide in application range.
In addition, according to the preparation method of the composition for treating pneumonia, the composition for treating pneumonia is obtained by decocting the raw materials for two times and boiling the decoction for a short time, namely the water decoction, so that the beneficial components in the composition are fully retained, the whole operation is simple and convenient, the popularization is convenient, and the preparation cost is low.
Another object of the present invention is to provide granules prepared from the composition for treating pneumonia, wherein the granules are prepared by concentrating the composition for treating pneumonia to a relative density of 1.12-1.18, adding a filler lubricant, a specific type of filler and lubricant, and specific amounts of filler and lubricant, which help to keep the granule shape stable, and protect the beneficial ingredients therein from the external conditions such as preparation process, etc., drying and granulating at a suitable temperature, so as to preserve the beneficial ingredients therein, prevent the beneficial ingredients from being decomposed and lost at a high temperature, and the finally formed granules have uniform particle size, so as to be convenient to preserve, have the same therapeutic effect as that of a decoction, and are more convenient to use than the decoction.
The embodiments described above are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. The detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention.
