3.根据权利要求1所述的一种对湿疹治疗的药膏，其特征在于，它是由下述重量份的中药原料配制成的：苦参6份、黄柏1份、艾叶3份、白癣皮8份、薄荷脑7份、蒲黄炭4份、栀子1份、蜂蜡5份、菊花8份、蝉蜕3份、油柑叶3份、地肤子2份、烟筒花1份、蒲公英10份、冰片2份。
4.一种对湿疹治疗的药膏的制备方法，根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种对湿疹治疗的药膏，其特征在于，该方法包括如下步骤：
步骤一：取苦参、黄柏、艾叶、蒲黄炭、栀子、菊花烟筒花投入到容器中，加入5倍量的纯净水浸泡2-3小时，然后加热煮沸1小时，而后小火熬煮2小时；
步骤二：将蝉蜕、油柑叶、蒲公英投入到步骤一的容器中再次熬煮2小时，提取容器中的提取物，提取物进行固液分离得到提取液与药渣，将药渣投入到粉碎设备中进行粉碎，粉碎完成后重新投入到容器中，加入药渣2倍量的纯净水进行二次加热煮沸2小时，而后进行固液分离得到二次提取液；
步骤三：将提取液与二次提取液混合过滤得到混合提取液，而后将蜂蜡溶解投入到混合提取液中搅拌均匀，得到粘稠状的粘稠膏；
步骤四：取地肤子、白癣皮去除杂质，置于研钵内研末，得到过200目的细粉，备用；
步骤五：取细粉、粘稠膏、冰片搅拌均匀得到湿疹治疗药膏。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种对湿疹治疗的药膏的制备方法，其特征在于，苦参、黄柏、艾叶、蒲黄炭、栀子、菊花烟、蝉蜕、油柑叶、蒲公英使用前需要进行单独清洗，并分别单独进行臭氧或紫外线进行杀菌消毒。
