本发明公开了一种姜黄素微胶囊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将新鲜姜黄进行干燥,对干燥后的姜黄进行粉碎,再通过浸提手段得到高浓度姜黄素;将一定量姜黄素粉末加入无水乙醇中,分散均匀,得到芯材溶液;将辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂按一定比例溶于水中,得到辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂溶液;在均质机中充分混合,形成辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂均液;将芯材溶液缓慢滴加到辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂均液中,滴加柠檬酸调节pH至弱酸性,作为芯材;加入壁材壳聚糖后,滴加NaOH溶液调节pH至弱碱性;初步干燥分离后,再冷冻干燥。本发明还公开制备得到的姜黄素微胶囊及其应用。本发明的一种姜黄素微胶囊及其制备方法和应用,能够提高姜黄素的水溶性以及稳定储存姜黄素。

本发明涉及一种姜黄素微胶囊及其制备方法和应用,属于食品药品及其制备方法技术领域。
背景技术
微胶囊技术是一种储蓄固体、液体、气体的微型包装技术,具体来说就是将某一物体用各种天然或人工合成的高分子膜包埋起来,从而达到包埋物的化学物质没有一丝损坏,然后在某些特定条件下,通过某些刺激达到瞬间释放或者缓慢释放内容物的目的。微胶囊技术能够极大地提高产品的稳定性,防止各种组分的相互干扰和影响。微胶囊技术的出现解决了食品和药品工业中很多传统工业不能解决的包埋问题,使得微胶囊技术得以广泛应用。
姜黄素是来源于姜科植物郁金、姜黄、莪术等的块根或根茎部分的,姜黄在日常生活中是一种天然可食用的香料。在中国,自古以来姜黄是一种常用中草药,其药性辛、苦、大寒,无毒。目前,一些学者研究发现姜黄素具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗纤维化、清除自由基、抗癌及保护肝脏等药用价值外。除此之外,姜黄素还具有来源广、便宜易得、毒性低等优点也促进了姜黄素在药用上的价值。但是,姜黄素在的水溶性较差且对于光热等较为敏感这就导致了姜黄素的储存稳定性。
由于姜黄素的稳定性不高,不利于使用和贮存,但是微胶囊技术可以在一定程度上提高姜黄素的水溶性和储存稳定性,从而拓宽姜黄素在食品和药品行业中的应用。目前,并没有一种壁材,可以十分稳定的储存姜黄素。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能够提高姜黄素的水溶性以及稳定储存姜黄素的姜黄素微胶囊及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种姜黄素微胶囊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将新鲜姜黄进行干燥,对干燥后的姜黄进行粉碎,得到姜黄素粉末;
将一定量姜黄素粉末加入无水乙醇中,分散均匀,得到芯材溶液;
将辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂按一定比例溶于水中,使其完全水合,得到辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂溶液;
将辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂溶液在均质机中充分混合,形成辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂均液;
将芯材溶液缓慢滴加到辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂均液中,高速搅拌后形成Pickering溶液,滴加柠檬酸调节pH至弱酸性,作为芯材;
加入壁材壳聚糖后,滴加NaOH溶液调节pH至弱碱性;
初步干燥分离后,再冷冻干燥。
Pickering溶液制备条件为:以质量计,辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯:姜黄素=10:1。
Pickering溶液制备条件为:溶液温度45~55℃,均质时间 5~15min,调节pH值4~5。
以质量计,壁材壳聚糖:芯材=3:1。
柠檬酸调节pH值至7.5~8.5。
冷冻干燥的条件为:温度-50℃~到-30℃,冷冻时间为12h。
所述合成方法制备得到的姜黄素微胶囊。

本发明的有益效果:本发明提供一种姜黄素微胶囊及其制备方法和应用,采用多孔淀粉酯的吸附性能,在乳液中吸附姜黄素,再采用壳聚糖包裹其表面,起到了较好的包埋作用,使得被包裹的姜黄素能够储存很长时间,并经测试后微胶囊在水中的缓释效果较好。制备过程中本发明的反应工程操作简单可控。
本发明所用的芯材安全无毒,绿色环保,并且本发明使用的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯由于其亲油亲水的“双亲”性,在水中形成乳液,其多孔性能较好的吸附并能有效地保护性质较为活泼的姜黄素,再使用壳聚糖作为表面包裹,使其能更好的被储存并提高了微胶囊的缓释机能。出粉率和包埋率都高于90%,使姜黄素的溶解性和稳定性有很大程度的提高,极大的促进了姜黄行业的发展,应用前景十分宽广。

本发明还公开所述合成方法制备得到的姜黄素微胶囊以及所述姜黄素微胶囊在保健品和食品添加剂应用。

本发明提供一种姜黄素微胶囊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将新鲜姜黄进行干燥,对干燥后的姜黄进行粉碎,得到姜黄素粉末。
步骤二,将一定量姜黄素粉末加入无水乙醇中,分散均匀,得到芯材溶液。
步骤三,将辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂按一定比例溶于水中,使其完全水合,得到辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂溶液。
步骤四,将辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂溶液在均质机中充分混合,形成辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂均液。
步骤五,将芯材溶液缓慢滴加到辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂均液中,高速搅拌后形成Pickering溶液,滴加柠檬酸调节pH至弱酸性,作为芯材。Pickering溶液制备条件为:以质量计,辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯:姜黄素=10:1。溶液温度55℃,均质时间5min,调节pH值5。
步骤六,加入壁材壳聚糖后,滴加NaOH溶液调节pH至弱碱性;以质量计,壁材壳聚糖:芯材=3:1。
步骤七,初步干燥分离后,再冷冻干燥。冷冻干燥的条件为:温度--30℃,冷冻时间为12h。
本发明还公开所述合成方法制备得到的姜黄素微胶囊以及所述姜黄素微胶囊在保健品和食品添加剂应用。

本发明提供一种姜黄素微胶囊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

步骤六,加入壁材壳聚糖后,滴加NaOH溶液调节pH至弱碱性;以质量计,壁材壳聚糖:芯材=3:1。
步骤七,初步干燥分离后,再冷冻干燥。冷冻干燥的条件为:温度-40℃,冷冻时间为12h。
本发明还公开所述合成方法制备得到的姜黄素微胶囊以及所述姜黄素微胶囊在保健品和食品添加剂应用。
本发明提高的方法制备姜黄素微胶囊绿色环保,费用较低且原料较为便宜操作简单,制备所得的姜黄素微胶囊品质较好,品质较好的姜黄素微胶囊可广泛应用于食品领域中保健品和药品中,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤、降血脂、降血压、提高机体自身免疫力的作用,还具有利胆、温通经脉的功效,极大的促进姜黄素在食药领域的利用。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种姜黄素微胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
将新鲜姜黄进行干燥,对干燥后的姜黄进行粉碎,得到姜黄素粉末;
将一定量姜黄素粉末加入无水乙醇中,分散均匀,得到芯材溶液;
将辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂按一定比例溶于水中,使其完全水合,得到辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂溶液;
将辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂溶液在均质机中充分混合,形成辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂均液;
将芯材溶液缓慢滴加到辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉脂均液中,高速搅拌后形成Pickering溶液,滴加柠檬酸调节pH至弱酸性,作为芯材;
加入壁材壳聚糖后,滴加NaOH溶液调节pH至弱碱性;
初步干燥分离后,再冷冻干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种姜黄素微胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:Pickering溶液制备条件为:以质量计,辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯:姜黄素=10:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种姜黄素微胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:Pickering溶液制备条件为:溶液0温度45~55℃,均质时间5~15min,调节pH值4~5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种姜黄素微胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:以质量计,壁材壳聚糖:芯材=3:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种姜黄素微胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:柠檬酸调节pH值至7.5~8.5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种姜黄素微胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于:冷冻干燥的条件为:温度-50℃~到-30℃,冷冻时间为12h。
7.一种如权利要求1~6任意一项权利要求所述合成方法制备得到的姜黄素微胶囊。
8.一种如权利要求7所述姜黄素微胶囊在保健品和食品添加剂应用。
