In summary, the technical solutions adopted in examples 1-3 have better blue light resistance than the eye-protecting skin lotion prepared from calendula officinalis and aloe vera (comparative example 2), and better moisturizing effect than the eye-protecting skin lotion prepared from calendula officinalis and aloe vera (comparative example 2), i.e., calendula officinalis, fibronectin and aloe vera have a mutual coordinating effect, rather than simply combining the eye-protecting and skin-protecting products or relying on the own effects of calendula officinalis, fibronectin and aloe vera.
In addition, the technical scheme adopted by the examples 1-3 is the same as that of the comparative example 4 in water replenishing and moisture preserving time, but the examples 1-3 have better blue light resisting effect than the comparative example 4.
Example 4
Compared with the skin care lotion prepared in example 1, the skin care lotion for protecting the eyes against blue light provided in example 4 further comprises 10-30 parts of transforming growth factor and 5-15 parts of murine nerve growth factor, preferably 10-20 parts of transforming growth factor and 5-10 parts of murine nerve growth factor, and more preferably 13 parts of transforming growth factor and 6 parts of murine nerve growth factor.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the transforming growth factor freeze-dried powder and the rat nerve growth factor freeze-dried powder to obtain a freeze-dried preparation, and storing at the temperature below 4 ℃. An activator having a pH of 4.5-5.0 is formulated with citric acid and 0.9% saline.
The using method comprises the following steps: mixing the lyophilized preparation and activator thoroughly, mixing the mixture of fibronectin and extractive solution of herba Sidae Rhombifoliae prepared from S2 and the extractive solution of Aloe Barbadensis Miller, and making into eye drop, moisturizing water or spray.
And (3) knotting:
(1) the eye-protecting skin moisturizers prepared in examples 1-3 were tested, and it was found that example 4 was effective against over 98% of blue light because: on one hand, the addition of the transforming growth factor and the mouse nerve growth factor can play a synergistic role with calendula extract, fibronectin and aloe barbadensis extract, so that blue light can be resisted more effectively, and on the other hand, the transforming growth factor can strengthen the signal function of ciliary muscle neurons, so that the ciliary muscle neurons are frequently activated by signals, and the spasm and paralysis of the ciliary muscle neurons are relieved; the mouse nerve growth factor shortens the nerve-muscle action potential incubation period, improves the nerve-muscle action potential amplitude and promotes the recovery of injured ciliary muscle neurons. The mouse nerve growth factor can shorten the latency period of ciliary muscle neuron-muscle action potential, improve the action potential amplitude, and promote the ciliary muscle function of myopia persons to recover to normal, thereby treating myopia.
(2) The blue light-resistant eye-protecting skin care lotion provided by the embodiment 4 does not contain preservatives or other additives, does not damage the eye surface and is safer.
(3) In the using process, the transforming growth factor and the mouse nerve growth factor are in a 'latent' state in the freeze-dried preparation of the transforming growth factor and the mouse nerve growth factor, so the transforming growth factor and the mouse nerve growth factor need to be used after being activated by citric acid.
Example 5
Compared with example 4, the blue-light-resistant eye-protecting skin lotion provided in example 5 further comprises 50-80 parts of basic fibroblast growth factor, preferably 60-70 parts of basic fibroblast growth factor, and more preferably 65 parts of basic fibroblast growth factor.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing alkaline fibroblast growth factor freeze-dried powder, and storing at the temperature below 4 ℃.
The using method comprises the following steps: mixing lyophilized preparation and activator, mixing herba Sidae Rhombifoliae extract prepared from basic fibroblast growth factor lyophilized powder, fibronectin and S2 and Aloe Barbadensis extract, and making into eye drop, moisturizing water or spray.
And (3) knotting:
(1) the blue-light-resistant eye-protecting skin care lotion provided by the embodiment can relieve the tense and cramp states of ciliary muscles, promote the ciliary muscles to recover the autonomic accommodation capability and eliminate pseudomyopia caused by ciliary muscle cramp due to overuse of eyes.

1. The blue-light-resistant eye-protecting skin lotion is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of calendula officinalis dry, 10-20 parts of fibronectin, 10-30 parts of aloe vera dry, and 4-16 parts of glycerol glucoside and butanediol.

The blue-light-resistant eye-protecting skin-care lotion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mixture of calendula extract and aloe vera extract is prepared by using glycerol glucoside and butylene glycol as extraction solvents, and the weight ratio of glycerol glucoside to butylene glycol is 1: 1.
3. The blue-light-resistant eye-protecting skin-care lotion as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the moisture content of the calendula officinalis dried powder is less than or equal to 5%, and the moisture content of the aloe barbadensis leaf dried powder is less than or equal to 3%.
4. The method for preparing a blue light-resistant eye-protecting skin lotion according to any one of claims 1-3, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing 50-80 parts of dried calendula officinalis with the water content less than or equal to 5%; preparing 10-30 parts of dried aloe leaves with the water content less than or equal to 3%;
s2, extracting the calendula officinalis dry matter and the aloe leaf dry matter obtained in the step S1 by adopting glycerol glucoside and butanediol, wherein the weight part ratio of the glycerol glucoside to the butanediol is 1:1, the weight part sum of the glycerol glucoside and the butanediol is 4-16, the extraction temperature is 60-80 ℃, and the extraction time is 1-4 hours, so that a mixture of a calendula officinalis extracting solution and an aloe vera extracting solution is obtained;
s3, adding fibronectin 10-20 parts into the mixture of the calendula extract and the aloe vera extract, mixing completely, and storing at the temperature below 4 ℃.
