In the description of the present application, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more unless explicitly defined otherwise.
Fig. 1 illustrates a method of acquiring recommended heat information of a recommended book according to an aspect of the present application, which is applicable to a network device, including step S101, step S102, and step S103. Here, the network device includes, but is not limited to, a computer, a network host, a single network server, a plurality of network server sets, or a cloud of multiple servers; the network device has a corresponding reading application.
Specifically, in step S101, the network device determines a plurality of groups of test users from the reading users corresponding to the reading application, where the favorite book types of all the test users in the plurality of groups of test users include the first book type. For example, the reading user holds a reading application, books are read through the reading application, the reading user performs login operation in the reading application in the process of using the reading application, such as establishing or logging in a reading account number or a third party account number associated with the reading application, the network device records and stores user identification information (such as account name, serial code, bound mobile phone number, identity mark, and the like) of each reading user based on the login operation of the reading user, and based on the user identification information, the network device can establish and store relevant information of each reading user, such as a mobile phone model of each reading user, application settings (such as book interface settings, reading background settings, reading text settings, and the like) in the reading application, favorite book types, consumption conditions, and the like. The network device determines a plurality of groups of test users from the reading users corresponding to the reading application based on the relevant information of the reading users, wherein the favorite book types of all the test users in the plurality of groups of test users comprise a first book type, in other words, the favorite book types of all the users comprise the same book type, for example, the favorite book types of the users can comprise one or more corresponding book types based on the classification of the book labels, the favorite book types can be determined by the network device based on the reading history of the users (such as the read books, the books added into a bookshelf or an important mark, and the like), and can be determined according to one or more book labels input by the users. Here, the number difference between each group of test users in the multiple groups of test users is smaller than or equal to a certain percentage (such as 1-5%) of the number of all test users, so that the comparability of test data is enhanced, and the test result is more stable and reliable.
In step S102, the network device issues different recommended book packages to each of the plurality of groups of test users, where each recommended book package includes a first book type and includes at least one variable recommended book and a corresponding fixed recommended book. For example, after determining test users with the same favorite book type, the network device sends a recommended book package corresponding to the first book type to each group of test users, for example, book types of all recommended books include the first book type, and each recommended book package includes at least one variable recommended book and a corresponding fixed recommended book, where the fixed recommended books include books used as comparison objects in the test, the number of fixed recommended books included in each recommended book package is the same, and in some embodiments, the recommendation heat information of the fixed recommended books included in each recommended book package is known. In some embodiments, the fixed recommended books contained in each recommended book package are the same, e.g., the same number and book identification, etc. The variable recommended books comprise books corresponding to a first book type to be tested, and in order to enhance the comparison effect and the like of the test, the recommended books of the recommended book packages corresponding to each group of test users are the same in number. In some embodiments, the recommended books corresponding to the recommended book packages of each of the plurality of test users are the same. According to the scheme, the recommendation ordering information of the recommendation heat information obtained through testing can be more reliable. In some embodiments, each of the recommended books includes a variable recommended book and a corresponding fixed recommended book, each of the recommended book packages includes the same fixed recommended book, and the variable recommended books in each of the recommended book packages are different from the variable recommended books in the other recommended book packages. For example, the other recommended books refer to other recommended book packages except the recommended book package in all recommended book packages corresponding to the multiple groups of test users, and the same fixed recommended books are set in each recommended book package, and the number (such as one book) of variable recommended books in each recommended book package is controlled, so that the mutual influence among the variable recommended books when the variable recommended books are multiple is eliminated, and the reliability of the recommended heat information obtained by the scheme is further ensured.
In step S103, the network device obtains access operations of each test user on each variable recommended book and the fixed recommended book, and determines recommended heat information of each variable recommended book according to the access operations, where the recommended heat information includes recommended sorting information of the variable recommended books. For example, the network device obtains access operations of each test user on each variable recommended book and the fixed recommended book, for example, each test user receives and presents a corresponding recommended book package corresponding to the user device, and obtains access operations of the user on each book in the recommended book package, for example, the access operations include, but are not limited to, clicking the book to read (for example, reading time length is lower than a certain reading time length and is recorded as clicking the book, etc.), reading the book (for example, reading time length is longer than or equal to a certain reading time length and is recorded as reading the book, etc.), or focusing on the book (for example, marking the book or adding the book from a recommended page of the book to a bookshelf, etc.). Each user device sends a corresponding access operation to the network device, the network device determines the recommendation heat information of each variable recommended book based on the access operation and the like in each recommended book package in a period of time, if in some embodiments, the recommendation heat information of each fixed recommended book is known, the personal recommendation heat information of the variable recommended book corresponding to the user is calculated according to the comparison of the access operation of the user to each fixed recommended book and the access operation of the variable recommended book, so that the recommendation heat information of the variable recommended book is obtained according to the personal recommendation heat information of each user in the group of test users, the corresponding recommendation heat information is calculated through a normal distribution, statistical average and other statistical methods, and the corresponding recommendation ranking information is obtained based on the recommendation heat information of each variable recommended book, wherein the recommendation ranking information can be the recommendation ranking information between the variable recommended books contained in the test process, or the recommendation ranking information of each variable recommended book in all books of the first book type. In some embodiments, when each recommended book package only contains one variable recommended book and the same fixed recommended book, the comparison between the access operations of the variable recommended books and the access operations of the fixed recommended books is determined by counting the comparison between the access operations of each group of test users on the variable recommended books and the access operations of the variable recommended books, so that the ranking information between the variable recommended books is determined. Here, the calculation between the recommended heat information requires quantization of access operations, and in some embodiments, the step S103 includes a substep S1031 (not shown) and a substep S1032 (not shown), in which in step S1031, the network device obtains access operations of each test user with respect to each variable recommended book and the fixed recommended book, and performs quantization of the access operations of each set of test users to determine variable quantized access operations corresponding to the variable recommended books and fixed quantized access operations of the fixed recommended books in each set of test users; in step S1032, the recommended popularity information of each variable recommended book is determined according to the variable quantized access operation and the fixed quantized access operation of each group of test users, wherein the recommended popularity information includes recommended ranking information of the variable recommended book. For example, the access operation includes, but is not limited to, clicking a book, reading a book, focusing a book, etc., where a represents the number of times the book is clicked, b represents the unit time length of the book is read by the user, c is based on whether the user focuses on the book, c is 1.5 if the user focuses on the book, c is 1 if the user focuses on the book, and c is 1 if the user does not focus on the book, thereby quantifying the access operation of each recommended book and obtaining a variable quantization access operation and a fixed quantization access operation. The network device can count variable quantitative access operations and corresponding fixed quantitative access operations of variable recommended books of each user in each group of test users to obtain corresponding personal recommended heat information, and then obtain recommended heat information of each group of variable recommended books based on each personal recommended heat information of each group of test users. Or the network equipment counts the variable quantitative access operation obtained by calculation of the access operation of each user about the variable quantitative books in each group of test users and the fixed quantitative access operation of the corresponding fixed recommended books, so that the recommended heat information of the variable recommended books is obtained based on the variable quantitative access operation obtained by calculation and the fixed quantitative access operation.
As in some embodiments, in step S1032, the network device determines the recommended heat information of the recommended books corresponding to each variable according to the variable quantitative access operation, the fixed quantitative access operation, and the recommended heat information of the fixed recommended books of each group of test users, and obtains the recommended ranking information of the recommended books of each variable according to the recommended heat information of the recommended books of each variable. For example, the recommended heat information of the fixed recommended book is known, and the recommended heat information of the corresponding variable recommended book can be obtained by using the ratio of the variable quantized access operation to the fixed quantized access operation and the known recommended heat information, for example, the average value of the recommended heat information of the fixed recommended book is multiplied by the ratio of the variable quantized access operation to the fixed quantized access operation to obtain the recommended heat information of the variable recommended book, and the like.
In some embodiments, in step S101, the network device obtains the number of presented books in the corresponding presentation area of the display device of the user device corresponding to the reading user in the corresponding reading application, and determines a plurality of groups of test users from the reading users of the reading application according to the number of presented books of each reading user, where the favorite book types of all the test users in the plurality of groups of test users include the first book type. For example, the number of books presented in the recommended book pages or the book pages is limited based on different mobile phone models or user settings, the corresponding number of books presented includes the number of books which can be completely presented in the same screen in the book recommended pages of the reading application by the corresponding user equipment, and the network equipment can acquire the number of books presented by the reading user for the recommended books based on different settings (such as arrangement mode, book cover size, etc.) of the reading application of the user equipment. In order to exclude that the recommended books are not presented on the current screen so as to influence the access operation of the users, the corresponding statistical data are unreliable, and the like, the network equipment determines a plurality of groups of test users from the reading users according to the number of the presented books of each reading user, such as test users of the reading users, and the like, wherein the number of the presented books meets the preset condition. In some embodiments, in step S101, the network device obtains the number of presented books in the corresponding presentation area by the display device of the user device corresponding to the reading user in the corresponding reading application; if the number of the books displayed by a certain reading user meets a preset condition, determining the reading user as a candidate reading user; and determining a plurality of groups of test users according to the candidate reading user groups, wherein the favorite book types of all users in the plurality of groups of test users comprise a first book type. For example, the network device first screens out candidate reading users from the reading users based on a preset condition, then groups the candidate reading users to determine a plurality of groups of test users, and the corresponding group number is determined according to the book number of the variable recommended books tested at this time, for example, one variable recommended book corresponds to one group of test users. In some embodiments, the preset conditions include, but are not limited to: the number of the presented books of the reading user is larger than or equal to a preset book number threshold; the number of presented books of the reading user is larger than or equal to the number of recommended books of the recommended book package; the number of presented books of the reading user is the same. For example, in the reading application, a corresponding preset book number threshold is set based on statistical data (such as the number of recommended books in a historical recommended book package, etc.), and if the number of presented books of the reading user is greater than or equal to the preset book number threshold, the network device determines that the reading user is a candidate reading user, etc. Or the network device judges according to the number of the recommended books of the current recommended books, and if the number of the presented books of the reading user is greater than or equal to the number of the recommended books of the recommended book package, the network device determines that the reading user is a candidate reading user and the like. Also, for example, the network device determines, from the reading users, a group of reading users that present the same book as the corresponding candidate reading users, and determines, based on the same number of presented books, a recommended book number of the recommended book package, or the like, where the recommended book number is less than or equal to the same number of presented books, or the like.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises step S104 (not shown). In step S104, the network device determines N variable recommended books with top ranking according to the recommended ranking information of the variable recommended books, and retests and calculates accumulated recommended heat information of the N variable recommended books according to the N variable recommended books and the plurality of groups of test users, where N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2; and updating the recommended heat information of the N variable recommended books according to the variable recommended books of the N variable recommended books and the accumulated recommended heat information. For example, the network device determines the recommended popularity information of each corresponding variable recommended book through steps S101 to S103 as a corresponding popularity value 1-level ranking, then, the network device repeats steps S101 to S103 with the N variable recommended books ranked first according to the recommended popularity ranking to obtain a corresponding popularity value 2-level ranking, and the like, and then, adds the recommended popularity information of each variable recommended book corresponding to the popularity value 1-level ranking and the recommended popularity information of each variable recommended book corresponding to the popularity value 2-level ranking to obtain recommended popularity information of each variable recommended book, and the added recommended popularity information can be used as final recommended popularity information of the test book. Or, repeating the steps S101 to S103 and the like by continuously taking the M variable recommended books based on the 2-level ranking of the heat value, so as to continuously accumulating to obtain final recommended heat information and the like. Of course, there is a statistical period for each test, for example, the user accesses the recommended book for three days or one week to be effective, and the like, and the period of three days or one week is taken as the corresponding test period, and after each test period is finished, repeated tests can be continued. Of course, there is a certain periodicity of book popularity, the network device may set a period (such as a month or a quarter) as a popularity calculation period, and when the period of the period is over, it restarts to count recommended popularity information of the books recommended by each variable, and so on. In some embodiments, the variable recommended books in the recommended book package of each group of test users in the retest are different from the variable recommended books in the recommended book package of the previous test of the group of test users. For example, in order to prevent the same batch of test users from acquiring the same recommended books and affecting the test result, when the network device recommends the recommended books corresponding to the variable recommended books again, the recommended books corresponding to the variable recommended books should be issued to users different from the previous test. In some embodiments, the fixed recommended books in each recommended book package are also different from the fixed recommended books of the previous test.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises step S105 (not shown). In step S105, the network device recommends at least one of the variable recommended books meeting the preset recommendation condition to the corresponding reading user according to the recommended heat information of the variable recommended books and the preference type of the corresponding reading user in the reading application, wherein the preference book type of the corresponding reading user includes a first book type. For example, after determining the recommendation heat information of each variable recommended book, the network device may push the corresponding recommended book to the user based on the recommendation heat information of the recommended book, e.g., recommend at least one of the variable recommended books to the reading user having the favorite book type including the first book type, or recommend the variable recommended books satisfying the preset recommendation condition, etc. In some embodiments, the preset recommendation conditions include, but are not limited to: the recommended heat information of the variable recommended books is larger than or equal to the average recommended heat information of the corresponding reading users; the recommended heat information of the variable recommended books is in a reading heat interval corresponding to the reading user. For example, the network device performs statistical analysis based on the heat information of the user reading the books or reading the recommended books, determines average recommended heat information of the user reading the books or reading the recommended books, and pushes the variable recommended books to the user device of the user reading the books when the recommended heat information of the variable recommended books is greater than or equal to the corresponding zero recommended books, wherein the average recommended heat information may be a numerical value of the recommended heat corresponding to the recommended books, or may be recommendation ordering information of the recommended books based on the first book type, or the like. If the recommended heat information of the variable recommended books is in the read heat interval, the network device pushes the variable recommended books to the user device of the user, wherein the read heat interval comprises a numerical interval or a corresponding recommended sorting interval of the recommended heat information of the recommended books which are frequently read or accessed by the user, and the like. According to the book pushing method and device, the recommended books which are suitable for the user can be pushed to the user based on the reading habit of the user, the reading breadth of the user is improved, and a good book reading environment is provided for the user.
