In step S11, the network device receives user behavior feature information corresponding to first presentation information that is sent by the user device and is historically presented on the user device; in step S12, the network device determines, according to the user behavior feature information, first associated presentation information and push time information corresponding to the first presentation information; in step S13, the network device sends the first association presentation information to the user device according to the push time information; in step S14, the network device receives presentation feedback information corresponding to the first associated presentation information sent by the user device; in step S15, the network device generates a re-rendering instruction of the first rendering information according to the rendering feedback information, and sends the re-rendering instruction to the user device.
In step S11, the network device receives user behavior feature information corresponding to first presentation information that is sent by the user device and is historically presented on the user device. In some embodiments, the first presence information may be an advertisement, or any other form of presence information. In some embodiments, the first presence information was once presented on the user device, and the user's interest level in the first presence information is less than or equal to a predetermined interest level threshold. I.e. the user is not interested or is of little interest in the first presentation information once presented on the user device. In some embodiments, the first presentation information was once presented on the user device, and no predetermined interaction has been performed on the first presentation information during the historical presentation of the first presentation information, e.g., the first presentation information has not been clicked, or the user has not performed the desired interaction corresponding to the first presentation information within a predetermined time range from the historical presentation time of the first presentation information, e.g., the predetermined time range is 2 hours, the desired interaction is downloading the target App in the first presentation information, and the user has not downloaded the target App in the first presentation information within 2 hours from the historical presentation time of the first presentation information. In some embodiments, the user behavior feature information includes, but is not limited to, feature information of the user device (for example, user device type, user device model, user device portrait information, etc.), feature information of the user (for example, user name, user ID, user portrait information, etc.), annotation information of the user behavior (for example, click behavior of the user, non-click behavior of the user), where the user device portrait information and the user portrait information may be generated by the user device side according to the user historical behavior and the device historical behavior and then sent to the server side, or may be generated by the server side according to the user historical behavior and the device historical behavior. In some embodiments, the user device side reports identification information or tag information corresponding to the user behavior feature information and the first presentation information to the server side, where the identification information is used for uniquely identifying the first presentation information, for example, a name or ID of the first presentation information, and the tag information may be a tag of the first presentation information or tag information of an advertisement space where the first presentation information is located.
In step S12, the network device determines, according to the user behavior feature information, first associated presentation information and push time information corresponding to the first presentation information. In some embodiments, the first associated presentation information may be one or more. In some embodiments, the push time information includes one or more reasonable points in time suitable for pushing first associated presentation information to the user, some first associated presentation information being with the first presentation information or other first associated presentation information.
In step S13, the network device sends the first association presentation information to the user device according to the push time information. In some embodiments, one or more first associated presentation information is sent to the user device simultaneously or separately when the push time is reached.
In step S14, the network device receives presentation feedback information corresponding to the first associated presentation information sent by the user device. In step S15, the network device generates a re-rendering instruction of the first rendering information according to the rendering feedback information, and sends the re-rendering instruction to the user device. In some embodiments, according to feedback condition of the user on the first associated presentation information, determining whether to re-present the first presentation information, if it is determined to re-present the first presentation information, generating a re-presentation instruction of the first presentation information and sending the re-presentation instruction to the user equipment, and re-presenting the first presentation information on the user equipment after the user equipment receives the re-presentation instruction. In some embodiments, the user equipment caches the first presentation information that was presented at the user equipment, and at this time, the re-presentation instruction does not include the first presentation information. In some embodiments, the user equipment does not cache the first presentation information that was presented at the user equipment, and at this time, the re-presentation instruction includes the first presentation information. According to the method and the device for presenting the information, the first associated presentation information and the push time information corresponding to the first presentation information can be determined according to the user behavior characteristic information corresponding to the first presentation information which is presented in the history, the first associated presentation information is sent to the user equipment, whether the first presentation information is presented again is determined according to the presentation feedback information corresponding to the first associated presentation information by the user, and therefore recall of the presentation information is achieved, the interest of the user to the presentation information can be improved through pushing the associated presentation information when the interest of the user to the presentation information is insufficient, and the effect of the presentation information is greatly improved.
In some embodiments, the step S12 includes a step S121 (not shown). In some embodiments, the presentation characteristic information includes, but is not limited to, a presentation type, a presentation tag, a presentation content, commodity information, presentation portrait information, and the like of the first presentation information, where the presentation portrait information may be generated by the server according to historical interaction behaviors of one or more users for the first presentation information, which are respectively uploaded by one or more user devices, and may also be provided to the server by a provider corresponding to the first presentation information, or may also be obtained after the server identifies the presentation content of the first presentation information.
In some embodiments, the step S121 includes a step S1211 (not shown) and a step S1212 (not shown). In step S1211, the network device obtains one or more second associated presence information corresponding to the first presence information; in step S1212, the network device determines, according to the user behavior feature information and in combination with the presentation feature information corresponding to the first presentation information, first associated presentation information corresponding to the first advertisement information from the one or more second associated presentation information, and determines push time information corresponding to the first associated presentation information. In some embodiments, one or more pieces of second association presentation information with association with the first presentation information are determined from a media file library or an advertisement library, and then the one or more pieces of first association presentation information and the push time of each piece of first association presentation information are obtained by matching from the one or more pieces of second association presentation information according to the user behavior feature information and the presentation feature information of the first presentation information, wherein the matching degree of each piece of first association presentation information is greater than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold value, or the one or more pieces of first association presentation information is the second association presentation information with the highest matching degree in the one or more pieces of second association presentation information.
In some embodiments, the step S1212 includes a step S12122 (not shown). In step S12122, the network device inputs the user behavior feature information, the presentation feature information, and the one or more second associated presentation information into a click rate prediction model, obtains first associated presentation information determined from the one or more second associated presentation information, and determines push time information corresponding to the first associated presentation information, where a predicted click rate corresponding to the first associated presentation information meets a predetermined click rate condition. In some embodiments, the click rate prediction model is configured to predict a probability that a certain presentation information may be clicked by a certain user or a certain type of user, input the user behavior feature information, the presentation feature information of the first presentation information, and one or more second associated presentation information determined in advance from a media file library or an advertisement library that has an association with the first presentation information into the click rate prediction model, thereby obtaining a predicted click rate that each second associated presentation information may be clicked by the user, determine, according to the predicted click rate corresponding to each second associated presentation information, first associated presentation information that the predicted click rate satisfies a predetermined click rate condition from the one or more second associated presentation information, and determine a push time corresponding to each first associated presentation information, where the predetermined click rate condition may be that the predicted click rate corresponding to each first associated presentation information is greater than or equal to a predetermined click rate threshold, or the predetermined click rate condition may also be that the one or more first associated presentation information is a predetermined number of second associated presentation information that predicts that the click rate is highest.
In some embodiments, the step S12122 includes: the network device inputs the user behavior characteristic information, the presentation characteristic information, the one or more pieces of second associated presentation information and the historical click information corresponding to each piece of second associated presentation information into a click rate prediction model to obtain first associated presentation information determined from the one or more pieces of second associated presentation information, and determines push time information corresponding to the first associated presentation information, wherein the predicted click rate corresponding to the first associated presentation information meets a preset click rate condition. In some embodiments, the historical click information corresponding to each piece of second associated presentation information includes, but is not limited to, click time information, click times information, click frequency information, click trigger event information, application state information during clicking, click user information, click user equipment information and the like of the second associated presentation information, and the historical click information corresponding to each piece of second associated presentation information is input into the click rate prediction model, so that the click rate prediction model can be further optimized, the prediction precision of the click rate prediction model can be improved, and the prediction speed of the click rate prediction model can be improved.
In some embodiments, the determining push time information corresponding to the first associated presentation information includes step S16 (not shown). In step S16, the network device determines push time information corresponding to the first associated presentation information according to the historical presentation time of the first presentation information on the user device based on the memory forgetting algorithm. In some embodiments, the memory forgetting algorithm is used to calculate a suitable time interval between the pushing time of the first associated presentation information and the historical presentation time of the first presentation information on the user device, or to calculate a suitable time interval between the pushing time of a certain first associated presentation information and the historical presentation time of the first presentation information that was last pushed to the user device, where too short a time interval may cause a user to feel objectionable, and where too long a time interval may be forgotten by a user for similar content that was previously seen to lose the effect of evoking the user's memory, and preferably the memory forgetting algorithm may be an memory forgetting algorithm based on an eibises memory forgetting curve.
In some embodiments, the step S16 includes: the network equipment determines push time information corresponding to the first associated presentation information according to the historical presentation time of the first presentation information on the user equipment based on a memory forgetting algorithm and by combining the characteristic information of the first associated presentation information. In some embodiments, the characteristic information of the first associated presentation information includes, but is not limited to, type information, tag information, content information, and the like of the first associated presentation information. In some embodiments, different features correspond to different weights, the higher the weight, the shorter the time interval between the push time of the first associated presentation information and the historical presentation time of the first presentation information on the user device, otherwise vice versa. In some embodiments, feature similarity between the first presentation information and the first associated presentation information is determined according to presentation feature information corresponding to the first presentation information and feature information of the first associated presentation information, push time information corresponding to the first associated presentation information is determined according to historical presentation time of the first presentation information on the user equipment and the feature similarity based on a memory forgetting algorithm, and if the feature similarity is higher, a time interval between the push time of the first associated presentation information and the historical presentation time of the first presentation information on the user equipment is shorter, otherwise, the push time information is reverse.
