Fig. 1 illustrates a typical scenario of the present application, where a user holds a user device, and responds to a user's trigger operation on a page in the user device (for example, opening a page in an application), the user device searches user portrait information corresponding to the user identifier according to the user identifier of the user, where the user portrait refers to a tagged user model abstracted according to user attributes, user preferences, habits, user behaviors, and so on, colloquially speaking, tagging the user, and the tag is a highly refined feature identifier obtained by analyzing the user information, and the tagging can describe the user with some highly generalized and easily understood features. In some embodiments, the user portrayal may be applied to various applications that serve users based on user personalization, such as personalized recommendations, advertising systems, campaign marketing, content recommendations, and the like. For example, information such as the sex of the buyer can be determined with a certain probability by using recipient information related to online shopping and machine learning. In some embodiments, the user representation information may be determined by machine learning the identity information of the user, a review or operational record of the user, system settings of the user device, and related information of the user device, among others, wherein the machine learning may be based on various means, such as logistic regression, clustering, or neural networks, deep neural networks, and the like. And the user equipment extracts a control style of the control which is preferred to be used by the user or clicked by the user at a high probability according to the user portrait information of the user, wherein the control comprises a button for guiding the user to click or being clicked by the user, and the control style comprises a frame forming the appearance of the button, filling, a file and a color combination. And then, when the page is presented by the user equipment, presenting the control formed in the control style in the page, wherein the user equipment comprises but is not limited to electronic equipment with a touch screen, such as a mobile phone, a tablet and a computer.
Fig. 2 shows a method for presenting control styles, applied to a user equipment, according to an embodiment of the present application, and the method includes steps S101 and S102.
In step S101, the user equipment responds to a target page trigger event in the user equipment, and detects whether a target user in the target page trigger event meets a preset condition. The triggering event comprises a direct triggering operation of a target user on the target page or comprises that the target page is triggered due to other operations of the target user in the user equipment. When the target page is triggered, the user equipment detects whether the user equipment meets a preset condition, wherein in some embodiments, the preset condition includes at least any one of the following conditions:
1) the control style user image information of the target user exists;
2) the number of controls clicked by the target user in the history is larger than a preset number threshold. For example, the user equipment determines user portrait information of a target user according to user identification information of the target user, and if control style preference information corresponding to the target user exists in the user portrait information of the target user, the user equipment determines that the control style user portrait information of the target user exists, where the control style preference information is determined according to a plurality of control styles clicked historically by the target user, or the control style preference of the target user is obtained through planned training, for example, through presentation of preset control styles and screening of click rates of each preset control style by the target user, preference information about button styles of the target user is generated after machine learning training, and control style user portrait information of the target user is formed based on the preference information, where the preset control includes a preset border of multiple styles, Random combinations of fills, patterns, and colors. For another example, on the premise that the number of controls that the target user has clicked historically is greater than the preset number threshold, the user equipment determines that the control preference style information of the target user can be determined according to a plurality of control styles corresponding to the number of controls, so as to provide a basis for subsequently presenting style information to the user in a personalized manner.
In step S102, if the target user meets the preset condition, the user equipment presents a first control style corresponding to the target user in the target page; and otherwise, presenting a second control style in the target page. For example, on the premise that the target user satisfies the preset condition, the user equipment confirms that the target user has a preference for a corresponding control style, so as to display a first control style preferred by the target user. On the premise that the target user does not meet the preset condition, the user equipment determines that the click rate generated by the historical control style click of the target user is not enough to form the control style user image information of the user, and on the premise, the user equipment presents a second control style for the target user in a target page, for example, the second control style is a bottom-pocket control style (for example, a style which is provided when the user does not have a corresponding preference control style and is most likely to obtain the user click), the bottom-pocket control style comprises a result which is settled by clicking of a large number of other users, and the result is used for indicating the control style information preferred by the large number of other users (for example, the click rate of the preferred control style information is higher).
For example, a user holds a user device, the user triggers a page in the user device, after the user device determines that a control (e.g., a button) exists in the page, user portrait information of the user is determined according to a user identifier of the user, portrait information about a control style exists in the user portrait information, for example, a white frame, a red background, a white word and a text pattern are advertisement-free button styles preferred by the user, and the user device renders the button style to be presented in the page.
In some embodiments, in step S102, if the target user meets the preset condition and a target control exists in the target page, the user equipment presents the target control in a first control style in the target page; and otherwise, presenting the target control in a second control style in the target page. For example, in response to a target page trigger event in the user equipment, the user equipment detects in advance whether one or more controls exist in the target page, and if no control (for example, a button clicked by a user) exists in the target page, the user equipment presents the target page; if the target page comprises one or more controls (for example, buttons clicked by a user), the user equipment takes any one of the one or more controls as a target control, or takes all the controls as a target control, on the premise that the target user meets the preset condition, the user equipment acquires one or more preferred control styles of the target user, and if the number of the target controls in the target page is one, the user equipment selects one control style with the highest preference degree in the one or more preferred control styles to be used for presenting the target control, or selects any one control style to be used for presenting the target control. In some embodiments, if at least one target control exists in the target page, the user equipment selects a control style with the highest preference degree in the one or more preference control styles to be used for presenting each target control in the at least one target control, or the user equipment allocates a control style to each target control from the one or more preference control styles according to the historical click rate of each target control, wherein the preference degree of each control style matches (e.g., is in a direct relationship with) the historical click rate of the target control. On the basis, when the target user views the target page, the target user does not refuse to click the control due to the fixed control style, and therefore the click rate of the control is improved.
In some embodiments, the preset condition includes that control style user portrayal information of the target user exists; if the target user meets the preset condition and a target control exists in the target page, presenting the target control in a first control style in the target page, including: inquiring in the mapping relation between the user portrait and the control style according to the control style user portrait information of the target user so as to determine a first control style corresponding to the control style user portrait information of the target user; and presenting the target control in a first control style in the target page. For example, in the presence of control style user representation information for the target user, the user device may query a mapping between the user representation and the control style local to the user device, or, if the control style corresponding to the control style user portrait information of the target user is not queried in the local mapping relationship, the user equipment may send a control style acquisition request to the corresponding server, the server side stores mapping relations between user portrait information of a plurality of users and corresponding control styles, the server returns corresponding control styles to the user equipment based on the control style portrait information (for example, description information of the control styles clicked by the target user preference), and the user equipment presents the target control in a target page according to the returned control styles. Therefore, the corresponding control style can be quickly matched, and better page visual experience is provided for the user.
In some embodiments, the querying, according to the control style of the target user, in the mapping relationship between the user portrait and the control style to determine the first control style corresponding to the control style user portrait information of the target user includes: inquiring in the mapping relation between the user portrait and the control style according to the control style user portrait information of the target user so as to determine a candidate first control style corresponding to the control style user portrait information of the target user; and replacing the corresponding style element in the candidate first control style by the core style element of the target control to generate the first control style. For example, on the premise that the user equipment determines a candidate first control style according to the control style user portrait information of the target user, the user equipment then determines core style elements of the target control, where the core style elements include a style that is most intuitively presented by the control and is used for representing the purpose or function of the control, for example, a START control in a game page, and a game can be started by clicking the START control, where a style (e.g., "START") or a pattern style (e.g., "triangle with one side horizontal and one corner right forward") on the START control can be regarded as the core style element of the START control, and for example, a power-on and-off control on a mobile device such as a computer or a mobile phone, and a device can be turned on or off by clicking the control, where a pattern on the power-on and-off control (for example, the 'pattern of inserting a vertical line on the upper part of the circle') text style ("off", "on", "off") or bottom color style ("full red", "full green") can be regarded as the core style element of the on-off control. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the core style components described above are merely exemplary, and that other core style components, now known or later developed, that may be suitable for use in the present application are also included within the scope of the present application and are hereby incorporated by reference. And the user equipment replaces the core style element of the target control with the corresponding style element in the candidate first control style to generate the first control style. For example, the core style element includes a pattern of a target button, and the user equipment deletes the pattern style element in the candidate first control style, and combines the pattern of the target button and the candidate first control style after deleting the pattern style element to generate the first control style. Therefore, when a subsequent user uses the target control presented in the first control style, the function of the target control can be quickly determined, and clicking is carried out to meet the requirement of clicking of the user. In some embodiments, the method further comprises step S103 (not shown), and in step S103, the user equipment determines the core style element of the target control. For example, if a target control exists in the target page, the user equipment first determines a core style element of the target control, for example, the core style element includes a style which is most intuitively presented in one control and is used for representing the use or the function of the control, and on the premise of determining the core style element, the user equipment determines other style elements except the core style element in the control style of the target control. For example, the user equipment determines, according to the user portrait information of the target user, other style elements in the control style of the target control, except for the core style element, for example, the core style element is a pattern on the target control, taking one of the other style elements as an example (for example, a text), the user equipment determines, according to the user portrait information of the target user, that the target user prefers to click on a control with a "certain" text, thereby determining that the "certain" text is one of the other style elements, taking another one of the other style elements as an example (for example, a control background), the user equipment determines, according to the user portrait information of the target user, that the target user prefers to click on a control with a full-red background, thereby determining that the full-red background is one of the other style elements, and so on, and the user equipment determines other style elements except the core style element in the control style of the target control according to the user portrait information and combines the other style elements with the core style element to present the target button. In this case, the style of the control better conforms to the preference of the target user, so that the click rate of the user on the control is improved.
In some embodiments, the determining the core style element of the target control comprises: and determining a core style element of the target control according to the functional description information of the target control, wherein the core style element is used for representing the functional description information of the target control. The function description information is used for describing the purpose of the target control, for example, the function description information of the target control is that the user can perform a backlog reminder at each fixed time by clicking the target control, the user equipment determines that the main function of the target control is reminder according to the function description information, so as to determine a core style element according to the main function, for example, the style element corresponding to the reminder function may include any one of a literature (e.g., a text "reminder"), a pattern (e.g., a symbol "exclamation mark |), and a color (e.g., a pointed" red "). And according to the function description information of the control, the corresponding core style element can be quickly determined, and a basis is provided for the subsequent generation of the first control style.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises step S104 (not shown), and in step S104, the user equipment determines the second control style. For example, the second control style is a bottom-pocking control style, that is, on the premise that no pictorial information about the control style exists in the user portrait information of the target user, the user equipment queries the bottom-pocking control style for the target user, so that after the target user opens the target page, the control style of the control in the target page is a style preferred by a large number of users to a certain extent, and thus the click rate of the control in the target page is improved.
In some embodiments, said determining said second control style comprises: acquiring one or more control styles from a server, wherein the click rate of the one or more control styles is greater than a preset click rate threshold value, and the conversion rate of the one or more control styles is greater than a preset conversion rate threshold value; determining a control style from the one or more control styles as the second control style. For example, on the premise that the target user does not satisfy the preset condition, the user equipment determines a control style from one or more locally stored control styles as the second control style, or the user equipment sends an alternative control style obtaining request to a corresponding server to obtain one or more control styles, wherein the one or more control styles are determined by the server based on the control styles of the plurality of user preferences in the user representation of the plurality of users, or, the one or more control information is determined by presetting a plurality of test control styles by the server, clicking the test control styles by a large number of users and then learning by the machine, and the click rate of each control style in the one or more control styles is greater than a preset click rate threshold, and the conversion rate after being clicked is also greater than a preset conversion rate threshold. The second control style selected from the one or more control styles can meet the preference of the target user to a greater extent, so that the probability that the target user clicks the control in the target page is improved.
In some embodiments, said determining a control style from the one or more control styles as the second control style comprises: sequencing the one or more control styles according to the sum of the click rate and the conversion rate; and determining a control style from the one or more ordered control styles as the second control style, wherein the second control style is one of the first N control styles in the one or more ordered control styles, and N is a positive integer. For example, the user equipment obtains the one or more control styles and a click rate and a conversion rate corresponding to each control style, where the conversion rate is a probability (for example, a payment type control, a probability of final payment after the user clicks) achieved by a function or an indicator corresponding to a control after the user clicks a control, and sorts the one or more control styles from high to low according to a probability value of a sum of the click rate and the conversion rate, and in some embodiments, sorts the one or more control styles from high to low according to the probability value of the click rate or the conversion rate. Then, the user equipment takes the multiple control styles with the probability values, corresponding to the sum of the click rate and the conversion rate, larger than the preset probability threshold value as the first N control styles in the one or more control styles after sequencing, and directly selects one control style from the first N control styles as a second control style.
In some embodiments, said determining a control style from the ordered one or more control styles as the second control style comprises: selecting a control style from the one or more ordered control styles according to an ordering order to serve as a candidate second control style; detecting whether the number of times that the candidate second control styles are presented to the target user within the preset time is larger than a preset number threshold, if so, traversing the first N control styles according to the sorting sequence until the number of times that the determined second control styles are presented to the target user within the preset time is smaller than or equal to the preset number threshold; otherwise, determining the candidate second control style as the second control style. For example, the user equipment selects a control style from the one or more sorted control styles as a candidate second control style according to the sorting order, where the second control style is one of the top N control styles in the one or more sorted control styles, and detects whether the candidate second control style is presented within a preset time (e.g., one day, one month, etc.), or whether the number of times that the candidate second control style is presented to the target user within the preset time (e.g., one day, one month, etc.) is greater than a preset number threshold (e.g., 3 times), if so, the user equipment selects other control styles besides the candidate second control style from the top N control styles, for example, the control styles may be randomly selected or selected from high to low according to the sorting of the top N control styles, and until a control style is determined as the second control style, wherein the frequency of presenting the control style to the target user in a preset time is less than or equal to the preset frequency threshold. Therefore, the second control style presented to the target user and the previously presented control style have lower repetition degree, and the user is not easy to generate visual fatigue.
In some embodiments, the method further includes step S105 (not shown), in step S105, the user equipment performs machine learning on the trigger information of the second control style by the target user to train and generate control style user pictorial information of the target user. The trigger information comprises the clicking condition of the target user on the second control style, the probability of completing the index achieved by the control corresponding to the second control style after clicking, and the reaction time of the target user clicking the control corresponding to the second control style after the user equipment presents the target page. And the user equipment acquires the trigger information of the target user on the second control style when the target page is presented for multiple times, and machine learning is carried out on the trigger information of the target user on the second control style to generate control style preference information of the target user. And on the premise that the target user does not have control style user portrait information, the user equipment utilizes the second control information to click and probe the target user, and forms a probing model by using machine learning, so that the control style preferred by the target user is probed, the control style user portrait information of the target user is formed, and a basis is provided for matching the corresponding control style based on the user portrait information subsequently.
In some embodiments, the method further includes step S106 (not shown), and in step S106, the user equipment performs a function operation corresponding to the target control in response to a trigger operation of the target user on the target control presented in the first control style or the first control style. For example, for the same target control in the target page, whether the target control is presented in the first control style or the second control style, in response to a trigger operation (e.g., clicking, sliding, etc.) on the target control by the target user, the functions performed by the target control are consistent and only differ in control style. Therefore, the same control has different control styles to be presented under different conditions, and different attention experiences are given to users.
FIG. 3 is a flowchart of a method for presenting control styles, according to an embodiment of the present application, a user device detects whether a user has a preference for a button style in response to a user's trigger operation on an advertisement page, where the advertisement page is used as a hosted presentation page for a button, and if so, the user device presents the button in the advertisement page in a button style corresponding to a user's icon; otherwise, the user equipment displays a button style combination under a high fever algorithm in the advertisement page and presents the buttons in the button style combination, wherein the high fever algorithm comprises a style result generated by clicking the button style by a large number of users, and the click rate and the conversion rate of the style in the style result are high. And meanwhile, the user equipment performs click trial for multiple users according to the pattern result obtained by the high-heat algorithm, and if the personalized button pattern portrait of the user is formed according to the trial model, the button is presented to the user according to the button pattern corresponding to the button pattern portrait.
FIG. 4 shows a user device for rendering control styles, according to one embodiment of the present application, including a one-module 101 and a two-module 102.
The one-to-one module 101 is configured to respond to a target page trigger event in the user equipment, and detect whether a target user in the target page trigger event meets a preset condition. The triggering event comprises a direct triggering operation of a target user on the target page or comprises that the target page is triggered due to other operations of the target user in the user equipment.
A second module 102, configured to, if the target user meets the preset condition, present a first control style corresponding to the target user in the target page; and otherwise, presenting a second control style in the target page.
Here, the specific implementation of the above one-module 101 and two-module 102 is the same as or similar to the embodiment of step S101 and step S102 in fig. 2, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted, and the specific implementation is incorporated herein by reference.
In some embodiments, a secondary module 102, configured to present the target control in the target page in a first control style if the target user meets the preset condition and there is a target control in the target page; and otherwise, presenting the target control in a second control style in the target page. Here, the related operations are the same as or similar to those of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and therefore are not described again, and are included herein by reference.
