Claims (10)

1. A meter box repairing overall process management method based on work order management is characterized in that:
1) constructing a mobile and intelligent meter box repairing and managing platform which comprises a platform end, a WEB end, a mobile end and a WeChat end;
2) performing task management at a platform end, performing field data acquisition, information recording and process control at a mobile end, and performing task distribution, information inquiry and terminal user interaction at a WeChat end; performing task query and summary statistics at a WEB end;
the management method for the whole meter box repairing process utilizes mobile communication equipment and an internet tool to manage interactive flow and service data among electricity customers, power supply enterprises and construction teams in meter box repairing and assembling work, realizes data sharing through a network, solves the problem of data consistency, ensures accuracy and integrity of provided information, utilizes a computer to perform statistical analysis on the data, and provides necessary information support and decision support for managers, thereby reducing the workload of the managers and improving the work efficiency and the management level.
2. The work order management-based meter box repair overall process management method as set forth in claim 1, wherein said task management comprises:
1) internal field management:

The method for managing the whole process of meter box renovation based on work order management as claimed in claim 1, wherein before the work of meter box renovation and assembly, the mobile terminal is provided with pre-construction information acquisition and post-construction information acquisition functions, including meter box type, meter box material, installation environment, installation mode and meter position number content, and meter box data is electronized; simultaneously, collecting photos before installation and photos after installation, and leaving construction evidence to realize electronic evidence obtaining;
when a constructor executes repair work on site, the relevant pre-construction information data and post-construction information data are associated with corresponding user information, the relevant data are automatically returned to a repair management platform end, and after a task is completed, the platform end updates data and returns the data to a CMS service system;
after construction, constructors record consumable lists on line and return the consumable lists to the platform end for supervision and acceptance, and the consumables correspond to the work orders one by one;
the accurate assessment and repair cycle and time of each link are realized by data statistics of each link of the meter box repair work; the current state of each task is recorded, so that the link state of each task list is accurately and timely inquired;
establishing a supervision closed loop strategy, wherein the whole work order is initiated by supervision and the closed loop is accepted by supervision and inspection;
the method adopts a WeChat applet signature acceptance mode to interact with a terminal user, the user can inquire the meter box repairing information, submit the satisfaction degree and sign and confirm, and change the passive participation of the user into the active participation, so that the user participation degree is improved, the complaint is reduced, and the service level and the user satisfaction degree are improved;
and the construction units are seamlessly connected in the steps of dispatching orders, downloading orders on line, dispatching orders, acquiring tasks, repairing and returning in real time at the WeChat end.

The work order management-based meter box repair overall process management method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the platform side is a B/S architecture development-based system operating in an Internet network environment, and the UML unified modeling language is used for visually modeling a software system to explain, visualize and document the platform side part;
the mobile terminal is APP software installed in a communication mobile phone;
the WeChat end is an electric WeChat small program installed in the communication mobile phone;
the WEB side is a WEB browser.

B) task dispatching: the construction unit receives tasks assigned by the power supply company, and supplements user information, table numbers and construction requirement information according to the task list;
