1. A construction technology management method is used for compiling a construction scheme and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing a structured scheme template;
acquiring an excellent construction scheme, and carrying out structural splitting on the excellent construction scheme according to the established structural scheme template to form a corresponding scheme structure module and storing the scheme structure module;
receiving a scheme generation instruction, selecting a corresponding structured scheme template to generate a new construction scheme according to the scheme generation instruction, and selecting a corresponding scheme structure module from the stored excellent construction schemes to add into the new construction scheme in the process of generating the new construction scheme;
receiving the input scheme content, and adding the received scheme content into the new construction scheme to form a well-programmed construction scheme; and
receiving a scheme draft combination instruction, and modifying the compiled construction scheme from a draft state to a draft combination success state, thereby completing the establishment of a new construction scheme.
2. The construction technology management method according to claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a scheme approval instruction, and sending the compiled construction scheme in a successful manuscript combination state to each approval end for approval;
and receiving and marking the approval feedback of each approval end.
3. The construction technology management method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and providing a template loading option for each structure module in the new construction scheme in the process of compiling the new construction scheme, and replacing the corresponding structure module by selecting the template loading option.
4. The construction technology management method according to claim 1, further comprising:
carrying out excellent recommendation on the established new construction scheme;

and the scheme draft combining module is connected with the entry module and used for receiving a scheme draft combining instruction and modifying the compiled construction scheme from a draft state to a draft combining success state, so that the establishment of a new construction scheme is completed.

The construction technology management system according to claim 6, further comprising a project approval module connected to the project manuscript-closing module, for sending the compiled construction project in a successful manuscript-closing state to each approval end for approval, and receiving approval feedback of each approval end and performing labeling.

The construction technology management system according to claim 6, further comprising a loading module connected to the logging module, for receiving a new structure module and replacing a corresponding structure module in a new construction plan with the new structure module during the process of preparing the new construction plan.
