Abstract
The present disclosure relates to the field of computer applications, and in particular, to a management system and method based on a custom form and an Activiti workflow. When the business process of the system application changes, the field and the display format are modified by creating a custom form, then the field and the display format are recombined after being modified to obtain basic form data, the basic form data and the Activiti workflow are correlated to each other to obtain complete business process data, and finally the business process data are displayed and consulted after being converted into the format. By creating the custom dynamic form and associating the corresponding active workflow, the method and the system realize unified management of short-flow application, simplify the application development process, shorten the application online period, and quickly respond to the change of service requirements under the conventional scene of complex flow and changeable flow.

Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of computer applications, and in particular, to a management system and method based on a custom form and an Activiti workflow.
Background
In daily work, most enterprises still adopt manual and manual processing for approval processes of leave-in, purchase and the like. The traditional paper work flow inevitably has human errors and time delay, so that the efficiency is low, and the whole flow condition cannot be tracked and known timely and effectively. With the widespread use of computer technology, computer-based workflow management systems have evolved.
A workflow is the "automation of part or all of a business process in a computer application environment", which is mainly solved by "automating the process of transferring documents, information or tasks between multiple participants according to some predefined rule, thereby achieving some desired business objective, or causing the achievement of this objective". The workflow management system defines, executes and manages the workflow through the support of computer technology, coordinates the information interaction between the work and the group members in the workflow execution process, and finally realizes the flow automatic management of the business process.
Typically, a business process consists of forms and processes, but most people only pay attention to the creation of process engines and process models and ignore custom form tools when developing the system. However, the custom form tool is a visual editing tool for implementing an independent service module, the service module can be edited and generated by the tool, and in practical application, service data of each step of the flow needs to be displayed by a form, and storage of the service data is implemented by the form. Therefore, custom forms are also very important in system applications.
At present, in order to cope with the continuous and deep longitudinal demands in daily work, a large number of application systems are developed in China to solve the problems of production management and flow configuration, but most of the products take internet users as service objects and do not go deep into specific industries and enterprises, so that the application demands of general businesses and small and medium-sized systems cannot be met rapidly; in addition, with the development of the business, the field and display format of the form change rapidly, and the development of the fixed form cannot meet the business requirement.

The application aims to provide a management system and method based on a custom form and an Activiti workflow, so as to solve the problem that the quick response to changes cannot be performed in a conventional scene with complex and changeable flow.

And the flow definition module is used for drawing an Activiti flow.
The built-in application module is used for receiving the category information of the business process acquisition module and generating built-in application according to the category of the business process; the method comprises the steps of carrying out association on a self-defined form module and a flow definition module, and storing built-in application information generated after association; but also for publishing built-in application information.
The control library module, the business flow acquisition module, the suite template generation module, the custom form module and the flow definition module are respectively connected with the built-in application module; and the control library module is connected with the suite template generation module.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be fully and clearly described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, in one aspect, the present application provides a management system based on a custom form and an actigraphy workflow, which specifically includes:
the control library module is used for creating a custom form control, defining the custom form control and generating a sequence of basic element components; and providing the basic component to a suite template generation module and a built-in application module.
The business process acquisition module is used for acquiring business processes, judging the types of the business processes and transmitting the judged type information of the business processes to the suite template generation module and the built-in application module.
The external member template generating module is used for receiving the category information of the business process obtaining module; and the system is used for selecting one or more basic components in the sequence of basic components according to the category information of the business process, and generating a suite template according to the selected one or more basic components. After the built-in application module is newly built on the external member template, the external member template can be directly selected for use in the self-defined form module, so that the time for drawing the self-defined form is saved.
And the custom form module is used for generating a custom form according to the suite template. In some embodiments of the present application, an interaction script needs to be added to the custom form to implement some cascade updated data interactions; the input control type and the data type of the custom form field also need to be designed to ensure the correctness of the input data of the user.
And the flow definition module is used for drawing an Activiti flow. In some embodiments of the present application, when the flow skip and rollback operations are set, it is further required to determine flow configuration information according to a specific service flow scenario, and save the configuration information of the flow node to be controlled into the flow variable, so as to play a role in controlling the flow skip or the flow closure, thereby further perfecting the function of the flow definition module.
The built-in application module is used for receiving the category information of the business process acquisition module and generating built-in application according to the category of the business process; the method comprises the steps of carrying out association on a self-defined form module and a flow definition module, and storing built-in application information generated after association; but also for publishing built-in application information.
The control library module, the business flow acquisition module, the suite template generation module, the custom form module and the flow definition module are respectively connected with the built-in application module; and the control library module is connected with the suite template generation module.
Further, the custom form control includes definitions of various fields and styles, such as: single line text boxes, multiple line text boxes, number entry boxes, single selection boxes, multiple selection boxes, dates, pictures, cell phone numbers, identification numbers, and the like.
Further, the management system also comprises a portable mobile application for displaying and consulting the business process data file after format conversion; the portable mobile application is connected with the built-in application module.
Further, the portable mobile application comprises application approval, application initiation and application transcription, wherein the application approval is associated with the flow definition module and is used for displaying and processing approval applications; the application launching and the application transcription are respectively associated with the custom form module and are used for displaying and viewing the custom form.
The core of the actiti workflow is a Java-based ultra-fast and ultra-stable BPMN2.0 flow engine specification, which emphasizes the embeddability and expandability of the flow service; moreover, the Activiti is convenient to use, only one jar packet is needed to be placed in the class path when in use, and the Activiti can also be used as an independent server, and by using the services, developers can construct Business Process Management (BPM) application programs with rich functions, portability and high efficiency. While Activiti provides many Business Process Management (BPM) advanced tools, including collaboration tools, that enable developers, business persons, and operation and maintenance personnel to better collaborate.
In the embodiment of the application, the user can design the form control according to the business process, select the required form control information to assemble the kit template according to the category of the business process, generate the custom dynamic form according to the kit template, and associate the corresponding Activiti process, thereby solving the problem of quick response change under the conventional scene of complex business and changeable business.
As shown in fig. 2, in a second aspect, the present application further provides a management method based on a custom form and an actigi workflow, which specifically includes:

The custom form control includes definitions of various fields and styles, such as: single-line text box, multi-line text box, digital input box, single selection box, multi-selection box, date, picture, mobile phone number, ID card number and other controls.
Step S202: and obtaining the category of the business process. Business process categories of an enterprise are mainly distinguished according to the different functions that the process represents in the enterprise.
Generally, we can first build the overall operation process of the main business process, then refine each activity in the main business process, and build relatively independent sub-business processes and auxiliary business processes for serving the sub-business processes, so as to realize classification and hierarchical management. The business processes are managed by classification and layering, so that theoretical or conceptual elucidation is facilitated, the logical relationship from whole to part and macroscopic to microscopic between the business processes can be reflected, and unified management of business process information is facilitated.
In the embodiment of the application, three categories of an enterprise performance assessment system, an enterprise management information system (CSG ii) and a collaborative office system are mainly enumerated, but the method is not limited to these categories, and corresponding categories can be created according to specific requirements, so that different flow requirements are met.

In the embodiment of the application, the controls in the control library template are dragged to a form editing area through a visual mouse, the attribute of the controls is defined according to specific requirements, and the sequence of each control is adjusted to generate a custom form; the custom form can also be directly generated by selecting the generated suite template. And then transmitting the self-defined form to the background, and generating data table fields of the form corresponding to the fields through a background form engine. Meanwhile, the layout and arrangement sequence of the online real-time pre-list form can be realized.
Step S206: and drawing an action flow in the built-in application, associating the self-defined form with the action flow through the same execution ID, and storing built-in application information generated after association.
In the integration of a form and a flow, it is generally not recommended to store all configuration information of the form in the flow, and only configuration information participating in the flow skip needs to be stored in a flow variable, so that association between the form and a business flow needs to be realized, so that only required configuration information is acquired.
In this embodiment of the present application, the same execution ID is the same field. The following is a brief listing of how the association is made, for example: the newly created application generates application IDs, one of which generates a flow definition ID (proc_def_id) and a form definition element (form_metadata). The data information of the form definition is stored by a form definition element (form_metadata), and the form and the business process are associated by a process definition ID (proc_def_id).
Further, the flow nodes are configured in a dragging mode, and judgment rules are set, so that the flow node circulation can be configured, and further drag-type flow configuration, self-defined flow form and business rule configuration are realized. The process configuration comprises process node approval personnel configuration, process node approval role configuration, process node approval mechanism configuration, process node operation authority configuration, process node data operation authority configuration, process node form configuration and process node business rule configuration; the business rule configuration comprises flow approval node starting configuration, flow approval node personnel locking and flow approval related data modification.
Further, the customized configuration information is obtained by establishing the association operation of the custom form and the Activiti flow; and transmitting the customized configuration information to the background, and generating built-in application information through a background workflow engine.
Step S207: and publishing the built-in application information to obtain the business process data file after format conversion.
In the embodiment of the application, the publishing is a format conversion process, and after the application configuration is finished, the process can be converted into the data file through the publishing.
Step S208: and displaying and consulting the business process data file through the portable mobile application.
In the actual application process, when the business process of the system application changes, the fields and the display format are modified by utilizing the creation of the custom form, the modified fields and the modified display format are recombined to obtain basic form data, the basic form data and the active workflow are correlated to each other to obtain complete business process data, and finally the business process data are displayed and referred after being converted into the format.
As shown in fig. 3, the present application further provides a flowchart of a management method based on the customized leave-request form and the active workflow, which describes the management method in detail. Specifically:

Step S303: and defining the leave-on form, creating the leave-on form by using a control library module, or selecting an existing suite template to generate the leave-on form.
The self-defined form can use single-line text boxes, multi-line text boxes, digital input boxes, single selection boxes, multi-selection boxes, dates, pictures, identity cards, mobile phone numbers and other basic components provided by the system to freely combine the basic components into a leave-request form conforming to the leave-request flow of a company or department.
Step S304: after the definition of the leave-on form is completed, an active workflow engine is used for designing a flow of the self-defined leave-on form.
The online drawing flow chart can respectively assign user tasks to each flow node, and the user tasks can set editing, read-only and hiding permissions of the user-defined leave-request form fields; whether the leave-out flow supports rollback or not can be set; the leave-out process task assignment mode can be set, and the assignment mode comprises the steps of candidate setting, candidate grouping setting, user assignment, sponsor processing and the like. Setting candidates to select users to be approved by the nodes, and supporting multiple options; setting candidate groups can select groups to be approved by the node, and each group can contain a plurality of users; the assigned user can select the user to be approved by the node, and only the single user can be selected; the sponsor process default sponsor is the flow node approver.
Step S305: and storing the custom flow data related to the submitted custom leave-request form and the leave-request form so as to avoid errors of old flow examples after the form is modified.

The application initiator defines who initiates the new application flow; the approver designates in the flow node, and flexibly configures the approver inquiring the false approval ticket by setting candidates, setting candidate groups, assigning users, initiating person processing and other modes of interaction.
The embodiment of the application adopts an active workflow based on a web browser to establish a flow model, provides support for BPMN2.0 graphical specifications, and stores the flow after establishing the flow model in a file format. Therefore, the embodiment of the application can flexibly generate the form, realize the user to create the custom form, and avoid the situation that the old flow instance is wrong after the form is modified; meanwhile, the embodiment of the application adopts the page component dragging technology and provides a complete set of form templates, so that the operation is convenient, and the method is simple, easy to use and easy to realize.
Therefore, the system and the method based on the custom form and the action workflow can be used for coping with form changes in a complex workflow by service personnel or system application operators under the condition of not developing any codes, and the form generation method matched with the action and oriented to the service personnel is realized; meanwhile, the workload of the developer can be reduced by creating the custom form, the developer can concentrate more on the business process, and the system operator can participate in the form management. the custom form module is used for generating a custom form according to the suite template;
the flow definition module is used for drawing an Activiti flow;
the built-in application module is used for receiving the category information of the business process acquisition module and generating built-in application according to the category of the business process; the method comprises the steps of carrying out association on a self-defined form module and a flow definition module, and storing built-in application information generated after association; the method is also used for issuing built-in application information;
the control library module, the business flow acquisition module, the suite template generation module, the custom form module and the flow definition module are respectively connected with the built-in application module; the control library module is connected with the suite template generation module;
the format conversion module is used for establishing the association operation of the custom form and the Activiti flow to obtain customized configuration information; transmitting the customized configuration information to a background, and generating built-in application information through a background workflow engine; publishing the built-in application information to obtain a business process data file after format conversion;

The system of claim 1, wherein the portable mobile application comprises an application approval, an application initiation, and an application transcription, the application approval being associated with the flow definition module for displaying a process approval application; the application launching and the application transcription are respectively associated with the custom form module and are used for displaying and viewing the custom form.
5. A management method based on a custom form and an actigi workflow, wherein the management method is performed by a management system based on a custom form and an actigi workflow according to any one of claims 1 to 4, and the management method comprises:
establishing a custom form control through a control library module, defining the custom form control, and generating a sequence of basic element components;
acquiring the category of the business process;
selecting one or more basic components in the sequence of basic components according to the category of the business process, and generating a suite template according to the selected one or more basic components;
generating built-in applications according to the categories of the business processes;
generating a custom form according to the suite template in the built-in application;
drawing an action flow in the built-in application, associating the self-defined form with the action flow, and storing built-in application information generated after association;
publishing the built-in application information to obtain a business process data file after format conversion;
establishing the association operation of the custom form and the Activiti flow to obtain customized configuration information; transmitting the customized configuration information to a background, and generating built-in application information through a background workflow engine;
the management system also comprises a portable mobile application for displaying and consulting the business process data file after format conversion; the portable mobile application is connected with the built-in application module.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the business process categories include business performance assessment system business, business management information system business and collaborative office system business.
7. The method of claim 5, further comprising adding an interaction script to the custom form.
8. The method for managing a custom form and an action workflow according to claim 5, wherein the custom form and the action flow are associated by the same execution ID.
