迄今为止,置换体积对钩子和环的性能产生的影响还不完全清楚。设计出的钩子结构是以试凑法为基础的,对其原因则莫名其妙。选择钩子的主要问题是选择什么材料,如何设计出特殊几何形状的钩子以便获得专门类型的工作性能。则仅仅做出很少的努力,众所周知,采用较粗的单股丝时,分离扣件的作用力比采用较细的单股丝时的作用力大。蘑菇形钩子扣件的发展和蘑菇头的尺寸变化仅仅依赖一种偶然性,蘑菇头不是依据专门的形状或尺寸要求设计出的。
从原理上搞清高度低的细环状物的联接所存在的问题为优质的钩子产品的发展提供了线索。发明人已经发现,对于钩子的置体积小于6×10-6,最好小于4×10-6的模制塑料钩,与环圈高度小于0.025英寸的环状物相连时效果特别好。这种纤细的模制塑料钩从前从未有人生产。发展这种钩子对该技术领域来说是相当大的进步,而且是第一次。可以理解,这种钩子的发展可以为具有特殊的美学价值和价格合理的高度低的环状物设计出特别合适的钩子条带。

Claims (15)

1、一种用于钩环扣件系统中的钩子,它包括:
一个底层;
一个支柱,其较低的一端与底层相连,支柱具有一外侧和一内侧;

12、按照权利要求9所述的钩子,其特征在于:普通的内凹表面的形状可以促使与钩相连的环状物在剪切作用下,在咬合部位附近与钩子相连接。
13、钩环组件中的钩子部分,它包括多个钩子,这些钩子都具有权利要求9所述的钩子轮廓,并且这些钩子被放置在同一块整体平板形底座中,并从其表面伸出。
