Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mask materials, and particularly relates to an anti-wrinkle whitening repair mask containing marine bioactive peptides and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The facial mask is a category of skin care products, is a carrier of the beauty care products, and is applied on the face for beauty functions such as moisturizing, whitening, anti-aging, grease balancing and the like. The facial mask has the effects that the facial mask is covered on the face for a short time, the outside air and pollution are temporarily isolated, the skin temperature is increased, pores of the skin are expanded, the secretion and metabolism of sweat glands are promoted, the oxygen content of the skin is increased, products of metabolism of epidermal cells and accumulated grease substances are favorably removed from the skin, water in the facial mask permeates into the horny layer of the epidermis, the skin becomes soft, and the skin is naturally bright and elastic.
Wherein, the collagen is the main effective component of the mask, and has more content and wider distribution in mammals. However, due to differences in amino acid composition, degree of crosslinking, and the like, collagen derived from marine animals is significantly superior to collagen derived from terrestrial animals in some aspects, such as having low antigenicity, allergic properties, and the like. Therefore, marine animal collagen may gradually replace terrestrial animal collagen.
Because collagen belongs to macromolecular protein and is not easy to permeate into the skin, collagen is often prepared into micromolecular collagen peptide as an active ingredient of the mask in the prior art. Collagen peptide, a bioactive peptide, is a molecular polymer between proteins and amino acids. At present, the collagen is mostly produced by adopting an enzyme method, but the decomposition of the collagen in the prior art is insufficient, and the hydrolysis rate is low.
The existing masks in the market can be divided into moisturizing masks, whitening masks, spot-fading masks, anti-wrinkle masks, cleaning masks and the like according to the effects, and in the prior art, some collagen, plant extracts or chemical components are usually added to achieve the anti-wrinkle whitening effect, so that the effect is not obvious, and the mask does not have long-term effects.
Therefore, the anti-wrinkle whitening repair mask rich in marine bioactive peptides, which has the advantages of good stability, high safety, easy transdermal absorption, low cost, simple preparation process, suitability for industrial mass production, excellent effect and capability of making up the defects of the prior art, is urgently needed in the field.

And (3) anti-wrinkle test: the skin elasticity index R7 value was measured using a skin elasticity meter Cotomermapa 580 from CK, Germany, with a constant negative pressure of 450mbar during the test.
60 tested persons with obvious forehead wrinkles are selected and are all women in the age of 35-45 years, and every 10 persons are randomly divided into 1 group and 6 groups. The forehead of the testee can not use any product within 3 days before the test, the forehead skin is selected as a test area, any 5 points in the test area are selected for measurement, and the average value is obtained and recorded. The first measurement was made before using the sample and recorded as the initial value. After the test is started, the liquid is used once in the morning and evening every day, a proper amount of samples are uniformly smeared around the forehead, the liquid is guaranteed to be smeared on a test area and be fully absorbed, and the liquid is tested once every week after the liquid is used, and is used for four weeks. Specification of indexes: the closer the skin elasticity index R7 is to 1, the better the skin elasticity is. Each set of data was averaged after removing one maximum and one minimum from each test, and the test results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Test set | Initial value | First week | Second week | The third week | The fourth side |
Example 1 | 0.426 | 0.504 | 0.695 | 0.748 | 0.814 |
Example 2 | 0.432 | 0.533 | 0.679 | 0.768 | 0.827 |
Example 3 | 0.431 | 0.546 | 0.703 | 0.789 | 0.831 |
Comparative example 1 | 0.417 | 0.474 | 0.556 | 0.625 | 0.704 |
Comparative example 2 | 0.425 | 0.496 | 0.575 | 0.614 | 0.734 |
Comparative example 3 | 0.419 | 0.566 | 0.645 | 0.705 | 0.793 |
The data in table 1 show that the essence can greatly improve the skin elasticity of a subject, and the effect is better than that of a comparative example, and further shows that the skin elasticity can be greatly improved by selecting the gradient collagen peptide and the plant source active factor, so that fine lines and wrinkles are concealed, and the effects of resisting wrinkles and preserving moisture are achieved.
Tyrosinase inhibition experiments: tyrosinase with enzyme activity of 5771U/mg and L-DOPA of 0.5mmol/L were dissolved in NaH2PO4-Na2HPO4 buffer solution with pH of 50mmol/L and 6.8. Adding 0.5g of lyophilized facial mask into 50ml of L-DOPA solution, keeping the temperature in a water bath kettle at 30 ℃ for 10min, adding 1ml of tyrosinase solution, immediately mixing, measuring the absorbance of the reaction solution at 475nm after 2min, and taking the blank without adding materials as a blank control. The results are shown in Table 2:
TABLE 2
Example 1 | Comparative example 3 | |
Tyrosinase inhibition rate | 95% | 87% |
Among them, it is known from the data of table 2 that the application of arbutin to the mask material can increase the tyrosinase inhibition rate and exert a good whitening effect.
