Example 1
A preparation method of essence containing polypeptide and plant extract comprises the following steps:
(1) pretreatment: cleaning polypeptide raw materials, crushing into slurry for later use, cleaning plant raw materials, freeze-drying, and rapidly adding into a wall breaking machine for crushing into powder for later use;
(2) polypeptide extraction: placing polypeptide raw material powder into an enzymolysis tank, adding a compound enzyme for enzymolysis, filtering by using an ultrafiltration membrane, desalting and concentrating to obtain a small molecular polypeptide concentrated solution, wherein the compound enzyme is prepared by mixing collagenase and bacillus subtilis medium protease in a proportion of 1: 2, mixing;
(3) extracting plant extract: putting the powder of the plant raw material into an ultrafiltration membrane for wrapping, pressing and fixing the powder into a flat lamellar shape, spraying the extraction liquid on two sides at high pressure to wash the powder of the plant raw material for extraction, cleaning and purifying to obtain the extraction liquid, wherein the high-pressure spraying is to spray the powder of the plant raw material by adopting an atomization nozzle, and the spraying pressure is 3 MPa;
(4) mixing and adjusting: mixing the small molecular polypeptide concentrated solution and the extract liquor according to a proportion, and adding a fragrance agent to obtain a finished product of the essence.
The polypeptide raw material is oyster meat, and when the polypeptide raw material is cleaned, the polypeptide raw material is firstly placed in clear water to be soaked for 3 hours, and then the interior silt is cut open and cleaned.
The plant raw materials comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of white willow bark, 35 parts of lophatherum gracile, 12 parts of cacumen biotae, 15 parts of honeysuckle and 10 parts of aloe; the freeze drying is that the plant raw material is placed in a closed container in a vacuum environment, liquid nitrogen is introduced into the closed container to cool and freeze, the air outlet and the air inlet are controlled to keep the closed container in a nitrogen atmosphere, then the air inlet and the air outlet are closed, the closed container is vacuumized to keep the closed container in a certain pressure range, when the closed container is kept at the ambient temperature, a microwave generator in the closed container is started to dry, the vacuum degree of the closed container after vacuumizing is 20Pa, the power of the microwave generator is 250w/kg, and the drying time is 1.5 hours.
The fragrance agent is fragrance essential oil extracted from flos Jasmini sambac.
Example 2
A preparation method of essence containing polypeptide and plant extract comprises the following steps:
(1) pretreatment: cleaning polypeptide raw materials, crushing into slurry for later use, cleaning plant raw materials, freeze-drying, and rapidly adding into a wall breaking machine for crushing into powder for later use;
(2) polypeptide extraction: placing the polypeptide raw material powder into an enzymolysis tank, adding a compound enzyme for enzymolysis, filtering by using an ultrafiltration membrane, desalting and concentrating to obtain a small molecular polypeptide concentrated solution, wherein the compound enzyme is prepared from collagenase and bacillus subtilis medium protease in a ratio of 5: 3, mixing in proportion;
(3) extracting plant extract: putting the powder of the plant raw material into an ultrafiltration membrane for wrapping, pressing and fixing the powder into a flat lamellar shape, spraying the extraction liquid on two sides at high pressure to wash the powder of the plant raw material for extraction, cleaning and purifying to obtain the extraction liquid, wherein the high-pressure spraying is to spray the powder of the plant raw material by adopting an atomization nozzle, and the spraying pressure is 5 MPa;
(4) mixing and adjusting: mixing the small molecular polypeptide concentrated solution and the extract liquor according to a proportion, and adding a fragrance agent to obtain a finished product of the essence.
The polypeptide raw material is oyster meat, and when the polypeptide raw material is cleaned, the polypeptide raw material is firstly placed in clear water to be soaked for 5 hours, and then the interior silt is cut open and cleaned.
The plant raw materials comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of white willow bark, 50 parts of lophatherum gracile, 18 parts of cacumen biotae, 25 parts of honeysuckle and 15 parts of aloe; the freeze drying is that the plant raw material is placed in a closed container in a vacuum environment, liquid nitrogen is introduced into the closed container to cool and freeze, the air outlet and the air inlet are controlled to keep the closed container in a nitrogen atmosphere, then the air inlet and the air outlet are closed, the closed container is vacuumized to keep the closed container in a certain pressure range, when the closed container is kept at the ambient temperature, a microwave generator in the closed container is started to dry, the vacuum degree of the closed container after vacuumizing is 30Pa, the power of the microwave generator is 300w/kg, and the drying time is 2 hours.
The fragrance agent is fragrance essential oil extracted from flos Rosae Rugosae.
Example 3
A preparation method of essence containing polypeptide and plant extract comprises the following steps:
(1) pretreatment: cleaning polypeptide raw materials, crushing into slurry for later use, cleaning plant raw materials, freeze-drying, and rapidly adding into a wall breaking machine for crushing into powder for later use;
(2) polypeptide extraction: placing the polypeptide raw material powder in an enzymolysis tank, adding a complex enzyme for enzymolysis, filtering by using an ultrafiltration membrane, desalting and concentrating to obtain a small molecular polypeptide concentrated solution, wherein the complex enzyme is prepared by mixing collagenase and bacillus subtilis mesoscale protease in a ratio of 1: 1;
(3) extracting plant extract: putting the powder of the plant raw material into an ultrafiltration membrane for wrapping, pressing and fixing the powder into a flat lamellar shape, spraying the extraction liquid on two sides at high pressure to wash the powder of the plant raw material for extraction, cleaning and purifying to obtain the extraction liquid, wherein the high-pressure spraying is to spray the powder of the plant raw material by adopting an atomization nozzle, and the spraying pressure is 4 MPa;
(4) mixing and adjusting: mixing the small molecular polypeptide concentrated solution and the extract liquor according to a proportion, and adding a fragrance agent to obtain a finished product of the essence.

The plant raw materials comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 parts of white willow bark, 40 parts of lophatherum gracile, 15 parts of cacumen biotae, 20 parts of honeysuckle and 12 parts of aloe; the freeze drying is that the plant raw material is placed in a closed container in a vacuum environment, liquid nitrogen is introduced into the closed container to cool and freeze, the air outlet and the air inlet are controlled to keep the closed container in a nitrogen atmosphere, then the air inlet and the air outlet are closed, the closed container is vacuumized to keep the closed container in a certain pressure range, when the closed container is kept at the ambient temperature, a microwave generator in the closed container is started to dry, the vacuum degree of the closed container after vacuumizing is 25Pa, the power of the microwave generator is 280w/kg, and the drying time is 1.8 hours.
The fragrance agent is fragrance essential oil extracted from one or more of flos Jasmini sambac, flos Rosae Rugosae, and flos Nelumbinis.

Claims (9)
1. A preparation method of essence containing polypeptide and plant extract is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) pretreatment: cleaning polypeptide raw materials, crushing into slurry for later use, cleaning plant raw materials, freeze-drying, and rapidly adding into a wall breaking machine for crushing into powder for later use;
(2) polypeptide extraction: placing the polypeptide raw material powder in an enzymolysis tank, adding a complex enzyme for enzymolysis, filtering by using an ultrafiltration membrane, and desalting and concentrating to obtain a small molecular polypeptide concentrated solution;
(3) extracting plant extract: putting the powder of the plant raw material into an ultrafiltration membrane for wrapping, pressing and fixing the powder into a flat lamellar shape, spraying the extraction liquid on two sides at high pressure to wash the powder of the plant raw material for extraction, and cleaning and purifying to obtain the extraction liquid;
(4) mixing and adjusting: mixing the small molecular polypeptide concentrated solution and the extract liquor according to a proportion, and adding a fragrance agent to obtain a finished product of the essence.

The method for preparing the essence containing the polypeptide and the plant extract according to claim 1, wherein the polypeptide raw material is oyster meat, and the polypeptide raw material is firstly soaked in clear water for 3-5 hours and then cut open to clean internal silt when being cleaned.
3. The method for preparing the essence containing the polypeptide and the plant extract according to claim 1, wherein the plant raw materials comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-35 parts of white willow bark, 35-50 parts of lophatherum gracile, 12-18 parts of cacumen biotae, 15-25 parts of honeysuckle and 10-15 parts of aloe.

The method for preparing essence containing polypeptide and plant extract according to claim 3, wherein the freeze-drying is performed by placing the plant material in a closed container under vacuum, introducing liquid nitrogen into the closed container, cooling and freezing, controlling the air inlet and the air outlet to keep the closed container in nitrogen atmosphere, closing the air inlet and the air outlet, vacuumizing to keep the closed container in a certain pressure range, and starting a microwave generator in the closed container to dry when the closed container is kept at ambient temperature.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the vacuum degree of the vacuum-sealed container is 20-30Pa, the power of the microwave generator is 250-300w/kg, and the drying time is 1.5-2 hours.
6. The method for preparing essence containing polypeptide and plant extract according to claim 1, wherein in step (2), the complex enzyme is prepared from collagenase and subtilisin mesoproteinase in a ratio of (1-5): (2-3) mixing.
7. The method for preparing essence containing polypeptide and plant extract according to claim 1, wherein in step (3), the high pressure spraying is performed by spraying powder of plant material with an atomizing nozzle.
8. The method for preparing essence containing polypeptide and plant extract according to claim 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step (4), the fragrance agent is fragrance essential oil extracted from one or more of jasmine, rose and lotus.
9. The method for preparing essence containing polypeptide and plant extract according to claims 1-8, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the prepared essence can be used for caring scalp and face.
