The formula and the preparation method of the sheep placenta factor ultramicro facial mask liquid are the same as those of example 1, except that sheep placenta factor ultramicro factors are not added.
Comparative example 2
The formula and the preparation method of the sheep placenta factor ultramicro facial mask liquid are the same as those in example 1, except that sodium hyaluronate is not added.
Comparative example 3
A sheep placenta factor ultramicro facial mask liquid has the same formula and preparation method as example 1, except that no herba Leonuri extract is added.
Comparative example 4
The recipe and preparation process of sheep placenta factor ultramicro facial mask liquid are the same as example 1, except that sheep placenta factor is filtered through filter membrane without being tangential.
In order to further verify the practical effect of the sheep placenta factor ultramicro facial mask liquid, skin quality improvement experiments are carried out on the sheep placenta factor ultramicro facial mask liquid in the examples and the comparative examples.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: selecting 120 test volunteers to carry out experiments, randomly dividing the test subjects into 8 groups, wherein each group comprises 15 persons, the groups correspond to the examples 1-4 and the comparative examples 1-4, the test person groups are objectively divided, the ingredients of the product are unknown, and the influence of psychological factors on the overall evaluation of the product is eliminated. 8 groups of subjects are coated with the sheep placenta ultramicro factor facial mask liquid of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-4 every day, the product effect is totally evaluated 2 times in the morning and at the evening, and the comprehensive effect evaluation of skin improvement is three grades, which are respectively: the effect is not obvious (0-3 min); the effect is general (4-6 points); the effect is obvious (7-10 minutes). The results are shown in Table 1.
As can be seen from the table 1, the sheep placenta factor ultramicro-factor facial mask liquid of the embodiment 1 of the invention has better skin quality improvement effect; compared with the comparative example 2 and the comparative example 1, the skin effect is remarkably improved after the content of the sheep placenta ultramicro factor is reduced by half or after the sheep placenta ultramicro factor is not added, which shows that the sheep placenta ultramicro factor plays a main role in the skin improvement effect experiment; compared with comparative examples 2-3, the sheep placenta ultramicro factor mask liquid without adding sodium hyaluronate and motherwort herb extract has slightly reduced improvement on skin quality, and shows that the skin quality improvement effect is the result of synergistic effect of each group of active ingredients. Compared with the comparative example 4, the skin quality improvement effect of the facial mask solution prepared from the sheep placenta without being treated by the ultramicro factor process is obviously reduced (compared with the example 1), which shows that the simple sheep placenta is not easily absorbed by the skin, and the skin quality improvement effect on the skin is not obvious. The sheep placenta factor is easier to be absorbed by the skin, and penetrates deep into the basal layer of the skin, so that the skin quality is better improved.

1. The sheep placenta factor mask liquid is characterized by comprising, by mass, 4-8 parts of sheep placenta factor, 1-3 parts of trehalose, 1-3 parts of a motherwort extract, 0.1-0.4 part of a preservative, 0.3-0.6 part of a thickener, 1-3 parts of glycerol, 1-3 parts of sodium hyaluronate, and the balance of distilled water.

3. The method for extracting sheep placenta ultramicrons as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cut-off molecular weight of the tangential flow filter membrane is 4 KD-6 KD.
4. The method for extracting the sheep placenta factor ultramicro as claimed in claim 2, wherein the complex enzyme preparation comprises one or more of trypsin, papain, lipase, neutral protease, bromelain or chymotrypsin.
5. The amniocin ultramicron factor mask solution as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preservative is one or more of methylparaben, propylparaben and chlorphenesin.
6. The sheep placenta factor-containing mask solution according to claim 1, wherein the thickener is one or more of hydroxyethyl cellulose, carbomer, xanthan gum and sodium acetate.
7. The amniocin ultramicro factor mask solution as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method comprises mixing the components in proportion, and stirring at 40-60 ℃ for 3-5h at 600-1000 r/min to obtain the amniocin ultramicro factor mask solution.
8. The amniocin microfactor mask solution of any of claims 1-7, wherein the microfactors are active ingredients secreted by living cells and having a molecular weight of less than 5 KD; the ultramicrofactor can be applied to the preparation of cosmetics related to the ultramicrofactor.
