糖尿病是由遗传因素、免疫功能紊乱、微生物感染及其毒素、自由基毒素、精神因素等等各种致病因子作用于机体导致胰岛功能减退、胰岛素抵抗等而引发的糖、蛋白质、脂肪、水和电解质等一系列代谢紊乱综合征,临床上以高血糖为主要特点,典型病例可出现多尿、多饮、多食、消瘦等表现,即“三多一少”症状,糖尿病(血糖)一旦控制不好会引发并发症,导致肾、眼、足等部位的衰竭病变,且无法治愈。在糖尿病的治疗方面,西医主要采用注射胰岛素或单纯的运用降糖药物,长期注射胰岛素会导致胰岛功能退化这是饮鸩止渴的方法,中医治疗往往是中药复方通过多环节、多途径、多靶点,作用于全身多个脏器、系统,通过多种机制发挥作用,中药的具体治疗原理是不清楚的,因此有治疗效果,可能也会存在副作用,二型糖尿病是一种终身疾病,无法从根本上治愈,但是需要长期控制血糖,防止各种并发症的发生。使病情得到长期缓解,获得良好的生活质量。
因生活水平的提高,人们的饮食越来越富营养化,血脂升高等一系列健康问题随之而来,因血脂升高导致的各种心血管疾病发病率逐年升高,并且有年轻化的趋势,降血脂药物研究已成为一个热门的研究领域。西药降血脂的药物主要有他汀类等,这些药物降血脂效果好,但是价格很高,并且也有一定的不良反应;中医治疗方面,中医治疗往往是中药复方通过多环节、多途径、多靶点,作用于全身多个脏器、系统,通过多种机制发挥作用,中药的具体治疗原理是不清楚的,因此有治疗效果,可能也会存在副作用。
随着生活水平的提高,糖尿病以及血脂升高问题越来越多,开发一种效果显著没有副作用的食品成为一种迫切的需求。

2、实验过程:取70只6周龄雄性糖尿病小鼠分成普通饲料组,二甲双胍对照组,配比组1,配比组2,配比组3,配比组4和配比组5,共7组,分别给予普通饲料,普通饲料+二甲双胍(125mg/Kg),配比组1,配比组2,配比组3,配比组4和配比组5,其他条件都一样,自由进食,正常饲喂7周之后,处死小鼠,测定各小鼠中的血糖,糖化血红蛋白,总蛋白,白蛋白,甘油三酯,总胆固醇,低密度脂蛋白,谷丙转氨酶。

实验结果分析:从上表中看出,上表中降糖降脂效果最好并且不影响肝功能的组方为配比3,并且组方中的配方含量不在权利要求中限定的范围时,仅使用本发明中的组方原料达不到降糖降脂并且不影响肝功能的作用。
实验例2本发明组合物与单一组分的配方的降糖降脂作用的对比。
1、实验材料:为确定最佳配比剂量,设定不同剂量配比进行初步筛选,分别为配比组3(39.5%乳清蛋白粉、4.6%魔芋胶、9.2%燕麦粉、16.4%菊粉、13.8%低聚果糖、6%显赤蛇葡萄叶粉超微粉、0.5%微晶纤维素、10%麦芽糊精)、单一魔芋胶组、单一燕麦粉组、单一菊粉组,单一显赤蛇葡萄叶粉超微粉组,这5组配比中的功能添加剂都按照如下组分进行配比:0.8%乙二胺四乙酸铁钠、7%碳酸钙、0.5%葡萄糖酸锌、2.5%氧化镁、0.01%维生素A、0.005%β-胡萝卜素、0.000014%维生素D、0.15%维生素E、0.01%维生素B1、0.01%维生素B2、0.015%维生素B6、0.00005%维生素B12、1.6%维生素C、0.004%叶酸、0.26%烟酸、0.05%泛酸、1.2%牛磺酸。
2、实验过程:取60周6周龄雄性小鼠分成普通饲料组,分别给予5g/Kg普通饲料,5g/Kg配比组3,5g/Kg单一魔芋胶组,5g/Kg单一燕麦粉组,5g/Kg单一菊粉组和5g/Kg单一显赤蛇葡萄叶粉超微粉组,其他条件都一样,正常饲喂7周之后,处死小鼠,测定各小鼠中的血糖,糖化血红蛋白,总蛋白,白蛋白,甘油三酯,总胆固醇,低密度脂蛋白,谷丙转氨酶。
3、实验结果:
表2单一组分与本发明组合物对小鼠各指标的影响
实验结果分析:从上表中看出,采用本发明中的组合配方的降糖降脂并且不影响肝功能的效果比仅仅采用单一组方的效果好很多,说明组合配方的各组分发生了协同增效作用,协同一起起到降糖降脂的作用。
Claims (8)
1.一种具有降糖降脂作用的食品组合物,其特征在于:所述食品组合物主要由以下重量配比的组分组成:35-50%乳清蛋白粉、3.5-5%魔芋胶、8-10%燕麦粉、16-20%菊粉、10-15%低聚果糖、5-8%显齿蛇葡萄叶超微粉、0.5%微晶纤维素、8-11%麦芽糊精和功能添加剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的食品组合物,其特征在于:所述食品组合物主要由如下重量配比的组分组成:39.5%乳清蛋白粉、4.6%魔芋胶、9.2%燕麦粉、16.4%菊粉、13.8%低聚果糖、6%显齿蛇葡萄叶粉超微粉、0.5%微晶纤维素、10%麦芽糊精和功能添加剂。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的食品组合物,其特征在于:所述功能添加剂主要由以下重量配比的组分组成:0.7-1.4%乙二胺四乙酸铁钠、6-9%碳酸钙、0.45-0.65%葡萄糖酸锌、1-3%氧化镁、0.001-0.02%维生素A、0.002-0.005%β-胡萝卜素、0.00001-0.00002%维生素D、0.076-0.18%维生素E、0.009-0.022%维生素B1、0.009-0.022%维生素B2、0.007-0.022%维生素B6、0.00001-0.000066%维生素B12、1-2.25%维生素C、0.0006-0.006%叶酸、0.11-0.33%烟酸、0.022-0.08%泛酸、1.1-1.4%牛磺酸。
4.如权利要求3所述的食品组合物,其特征在于:所述功能添加剂主要由以下重量配比的组分组成:0.8%乙二胺四乙酸铁钠、7%碳酸钙、0.5%葡萄糖酸锌、2.5%氧化镁、0.01%维生素A、0.005%β-胡萝卜素、0.000014%维生素D、0.15%维生素E、0.01%维生素B1、0.01%维生素B2、0.015%维生素B6、0.00005%维生素B12、1.6%维生素C、0.004%叶酸、0.26%烟酸、0.05%泛酸、1.2%牛磺酸。
5.如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的食品组合物,其特征在于:所述食品组合物是由采用权利要求1-4任意一项所述的组分为活性成分,加上药学上以及食品上可接受的辅料或者辅助性成分制备而成。
6.一种制备如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的食品组合物的方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量配比称取食品组合物中的各原料组分;
(2)称取好各原料组分后,包装制成药学上以及食品上可接受的剂型。
7.权利要求1-5任意一项所述的组合物在制备具有降糖降脂作用食品中的用途。
8.如权利要求7所述的用途,其特征在于:所述降糖作用为降低二型糖尿病导致的血糖升高。
