Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a centipeda minima mask with whitening and relieving effects and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The facial mask is an instant skin care product, and the condition of the skin can be improved by naked eyes when the facial mask is used, so the facial mask is a necessary skin care product for many women loving beauty.
In a common saying, "one white hides ugly", whitening is the skin care effect that many modern women pursue. Whether the skin is fair depends on the content and distribution of melanin, and the formation of melanin is complicated and is associated with various enzymes. Tyrosine present in melanocytes undergoes a series of oxidation reactions under the action of various enzymes to finally form melanin.
The plants are rich in flavonoid, organic acid, polyphenol and other substances, and the substances are proved to have certain whitening effect. The plant extract with the whitening effect is added into the facial mask, and other safe and effective whitening and relieving components are added, so that the advantages of the plant extract and the facial mask can be fully exerted, and better skin care experience is brought to people.
Modern people have great living pressure and irregular life, and the skin is sensitive easily because more and more skin care products in different shapes and colors are used. By adding the soothing component and the whitening component into the mask, the basic moisturizing effect of the mask can be ensured, and more secure whitening can be provided for sensitive skin.

Example 4: test of whitening Effect
1) Tyrosinase is an enzyme involved in melanin formation, and inhibition of tyrosinase activity can inhibit melanin formation to some extent.
And (3) determining the in-vitro tyrosinase activity of the centipeda minima extract by adopting a tyrosinase dopa rate oxidation method. Sequentially adding PBS, herba Centipedae extract solution and tyrosinase into a centrifuge tube, heating at 37 deg.C for 10min, adding L-dopa solution (0.98g/L), measuring absorbance at 475nm after 3min, respectively adding required reagents as shown in Table 1, wherein the absorbance is A1,A2,A3And A4。
Tyrosinase activity inhibition rate [ [ (A)1-A2)-(A3-A4)]/(A1-A2)×100%
TABLE 1
The experimental result is shown in fig. 1, and it can be seen that centipeda minima has a certain inhibition effect on tyrosinase activity, and the higher the concentration is, the stronger the activity inhibition effect is, so that the whitening effect can be exerted by adding the centipeda minima into the facial mask.
2) The DPPH free radical scavenging effect can reflect the quality of the antioxidant capacity of the sample, and the antioxidant effect also influences the skin condition to a certain extent.
Measuring DPPH free radical scavenging rate of rhizoma Bolbostematis extract, mixing the sample solution and DPPH free radical solution uniformly, measuring absorbance A of the solution at 517nm1And deionized water is adopted to replace the sample solution as a blank control A2Mixing the sample solution with absolute ethyl alcohol, and recording the absorbance as A3。
DPPH radical scavenging ratio (A)2+A3-A1)/A2×100%
The experimental results are shown in figure 2, and the results show that the rhizoma bolbostemmae has good antioxidant effect and can play a certain antioxidant effect when being added into cosmetics.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and other modifications and variations directly derived by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and concept of the present invention should be considered as not departing from the protection scope of the present invention.
