Description

A herba Lycopodii pine needle polysaccharide facial mask with moisturizing and antioxidant effects, and its preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a slash pine needle polysaccharide facial mask with moisturizing and anti-oxidation effects and a preparation method thereof.
Background
When scientific and efficient skin care is pursued, the moisture retention of the skin is the most important basis for maintaining the skin balance, and the water-oil balance of the skin is the basis for maintaining the water-oil metabolism of the skin and is also the first prerequisite for skin care. With age, the metabolism of the skin gradually slows down, the stratum corneum becomes thinner, and the external stimulus easily increases the free radical content of the skin, and a proper amount of free radicals are beneficial to the human body, can help to transfer energy for maintaining life vitality, can be used for killing bacteria and parasites, and can also participate in toxin elimination. However, when the free radicals in the human body exceed a certain amount, the control is lost, so that the skin is damaged, collagen of the skin is lost, wrinkles are generated, and the elasticity is lost.
The plants are rich in flavonoid, organic acid, polyphenol and other substances, and the substances are proved to have certain whitening effect. The plant extract with the whitening effect is added into the facial mask, and the safe and effective other whitening and relieving components are added, so that the advantages of the products such as the plant extract and the facial mask can be fully exerted, and better skin care experience is brought to people. Nowadays, the concept of 'natural skin care and plant skin care' is gradually paid attention to by the public, and effective antioxidant ingredients extracted from plants are applied to cosmetics, so that the cosmetics have the efficacy of resisting aging and the like.
Can promote skin metabolism through basic moisture retention, and is beneficial to absorption of subsequent skin care products.

Pine needles are widely distributed in the south of China, and because the pine needles contain rich conventional nutritional ingredients such as crude protein, crude fat and crude fiber, and also contain bioactive substances such as amino acids, vitamins, carotene, polyphenols, pigments, flavones, terpenoids, various trace elements and the like, the research on the pine needles is mainly focused on the daily use aspect and the traditional Chinese medicine aspect at present, and the reports on the aspect of skin care products are few. Researches show that the pine needles have high polysaccharide content and can achieve good effects of resisting oxidation and preserving moisture.
According to previous reports, the cherry blossom contains abundant natural vitamin A, B, E, has good whitening and moisturizing effects, has the effects of shrinking pores and balancing grease, can effectively remove redundant free radicals generated after ultraviolet irradiation, and has a good antioxidant effect on skin. Meanwhile, Japanese late flowering cherry is also known as 'youthful flowers' for keeping skin young, so that the flowering cherry extract has certain effects on daily moisturizing and repairing of skin.
According to previous researches, the black tea extract has an inhibiting effect on caspase, the caspase is a core molecule for controlling apoptosis, the inhibiting effect on the caspase can prolong the service life of cells, and meanwhile, the black tea extract can eliminate free radicals in a human body, so that the two aspects achieve the anti-aging effect of the skin.
Herba Dendrobii is an Orchidaceae herb, and its stem can be used as medicine to enhance qi and blood, nourish yin and tonify kidney. According to previous reports, the dendrobium officinale has an inhibiting effect on B-16 melanocytes, can remove free radicals in human skin and achieves an anti-aging effect.
The provitamin B5, also known as panthenol, has good hygroscopicity similar to water-based moisturizers such as hyaluronic acid, can absorb moisture in air, and can promote the penetration of water molecules into skin, thereby keeping skin moisture for a long time. Can effectively inhibit inflammatory reaction of skin and has the effect of repairing skin injury.
The ingredients such as the slash pine needle extract, the oriental cherry extract, the black tea extract and the dendrobium officinale extract with the antioxidant effect and the ingredients such as panthenol, squalane and betaine with the moisturizing effect are added together through a proper process, so that the mask has the antioxidant and moisturizing effects at the same time, and the antioxidant effect of the skin is realized under the condition of ensuring that the skin is not irritated as far as possible.

Example 4: moisture absorption and retention capacity analysis of slash pine needle polysaccharide
The moisture absorption and moisture retention capacity of the slash pine needle polysaccharide is tested by a weighing method. Putting the pine needle polysaccharide, the reference glycerol and the hyaluronic acid into a allochroic silica gel, saturated potassium carbonate (relative humidity of 43%) and ammonium sulfate solution (relative humidity of 81%) dryer at 20 ℃, recording the mass of 0, 5, 12, 25 and 50h, performing parallel operation for 3 times at each time point, taking the average mass, and calculating the moisture absorption rate and the moisture retention rate.
Example 5: scavenging effect of slash pine needle polysaccharide on DPPH and ABTS free radicals
The excessive free radicals in the body react with unsaturated fatty acids in the body, resulting in abnormal function of cell membranes and abnormal state of the body. When it is expressed on the skin, the skin becomes dry, wrinkles are generated, collagen is lost, the skin elasticity is reduced, and skin pigmentation and black spots are formed.
ABTS free radical clearance detection:
ABTS is easily oxidized into green by an oxidant, and after the antioxidant is added, free radicals can be eliminated, so that the color is lightened, and the eliminating effect of the antioxidant can be judged by a colorimetric method. The ABTS reaction stock solution and a potassium persulfate solution are fully and uniformly mixed 12 hours before use, and then are diluted by a PBS solution, and the absorbance at 734nm is adjusted to be 0.70 +/-0.05. Adding folium Pini extract sample solutions with different concentrations, measuring absorbance at 734nm wavelength after 5min, using distilled water as blank control, and VC as positive control.
Clearance (%) - (1- (a)j-Ai)/Ao)×100
In the formula: a. thejBlank absorbance;
Aiis the absorbance of the sample;
Aoabsorbance was taken as the control.
DPPH free radical clearance detection:
collecting folium Pini extract samples with different concentrations and 2 × 10-4mixing the mol/L DPPH solution uniformly, reacting for 30min in the dark, measuring the absorbance at 517nm, and recording as A1(ii) a Mixing distilled water and DPPH solution at the same volume, mixing anhydrous ethanol and sample at the same volume, reacting in dark for 30min, measuring absorbance at 517nm, and recording as A2And A3
DPPH radical scavenging ratio (A)2+A3-A1)/A2×100%
Example 6: sensory testing
When the facial mask liquid sample in the example 3 is smeared on the back of hands, the skin feel is comfortable and not sticky, the current skin dryness is obviously relieved when the facial mask liquid sample is used, and the using effect is better.
