本发明提出了一种高性价比的浓缩泡沫洗车液及其制备方法,可以在高倍数稀释的情况下正常使用,从而降低洗车公司的原料成本和运营成本。本发明的浓缩泡沫洗车液由聚季铵盐、增溶稳泡组分、发泡去污组分、防锈组分、防腐组分及去离子水组成。本发明在泡沫洗车液中增加了聚季铵盐和增溶稳泡组分,增溶稳泡组分能够破坏由于发泡去污组分浓度过高而在水溶液中缔合聚集所形成的网状结构,因此能够改善凝胶现象,同时聚季铵盐与发泡去污组分形成的络合物具有显著的增溶作用。与传统的洗车液相比,上述洗车液可以在更高倍数稀释的情况下正常使用,且性价比有明显的提升,另外通过超浓缩化降低了运输成本,深受客户欢迎,具有很好的商业价值。

本发明涉及到一种浓缩泡沫洗车液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着汽车后市场的迅速发展,自助洗车也在逐渐兴起,但目前市面上的洗车液活性物含量较低,稀释1000倍之后表面活性剂含量过低,无法形成稳定的泡沫液,去污性能也会变差,因此主要以150~200倍稀释为主,使用时间短,须频繁添加更换,增加了洗车公司的原料成本以及运营成本。
为了提高洗车液的浓缩比,并使洗车液在稀释后保持良好的发泡性,技术人员容易想到提高洗车液内的表面活性剂含量,可过高含量的表面活性剂会在洗车液内产生明显的凝胶化现象,严重时甚至结团而无法搅拌,这就阻碍了泡沫洗车液的浓缩比的提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种高性价比的浓缩泡沫洗车液及其制备方法,可以在高倍数稀释的情况下正常使用,从而降低洗车公司的原料成本和运营成本。
本发明的浓缩泡沫洗车液由聚季铵盐、增溶稳泡组分、发泡去污组分、防锈组分、防腐组分及去离子水组成。
与传统的泡沫洗车液相比,本发明在泡沫洗车液中增加了聚季铵盐和增溶稳泡组分的组合,增溶稳泡组分能够破坏由于发泡去污组分浓度过高而在水溶液中缔合聚集所形成的网状结构,因此能够改善凝胶现象,同时聚季铵盐与发泡去污组分形成的络合物具有显著的增溶作用。聚季铵盐的结构中既有亲水基团,也有疏水基团,使得其溶于水后具有一定的表面张力,为增泡稳泡性作出一定的贡献。
所述增溶稳泡组分由椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、乙氧基化硅氧烷、二甲基苯磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸盐、苯丙共聚物、甘油聚醚混合而成。经实验发现,相比于传统的单一增溶体系来说,上述增溶稳泡组分更复杂且效率更高,可以进行良好的增溶,制得的增溶体系溶解性好、稳定性佳,具有高透明度,并且经测试不会影响体系的发泡性。具体表现为溶液呈现澄清透明状态,倾倒时流动性良好,没有凝胶现象,低温(~30℃)下冰冻一个月后解冻仍然透明不分层,高温(50℃)保存一个月恢复常温仍然透明不分层;同时可保证在高稀释倍数(1000倍)高压力(100bar)下生成的泡沫具有良好的稳定性,喷射出来的泡沫在车身上具有较好的流挂性能以及稳定性能。
具体来说,所述聚季铵盐为聚季铵盐-7(中文别名:二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵-丙烯酰胺共聚物,分 子 式:(C8H16ClN)n·(C3H5NO)m),是一种聚季铵盐阳离子型高分子聚合物,与水及阴离子、非离子表面活性剂有良好的配伍性能,用于洗涤剂中可形成多盐络合物。所述发泡去污活性组分主要由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠(92%)、烷基糖苷混合而成;所述防锈组分由苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑(即BTA)、偏硅酸钠混合而成;所述防腐组分为防腐剂乙内酰脲(即防腐剂DMDMH)。
本发明解决了常规的高活性含量阴离子表面活性剂体系洗涤剂难以配制溶解、透明性差、容易分层析出凝胶等问题,在洗车液的配制过程中无需加热,工艺简单,配制后的洗车液在高活性含量(>45%)的情况下仍具备高透明性、良好的流动性,配制过程中积聚在体系中的大量泡沫也能够在12h内基本消除,保证了生产的连续性。
具体实施方式
本发明的浓缩泡沫洗车液由如下重量百分比的原料组成:聚季铵盐-7:1~3%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱:5~10%,乙氧基化硅氧烷:2~5%,二甲基苯磺酸钠:1~5%,烷基萘磺酸盐:3~8%,苯丙共聚物:2~4%,甘油聚醚:1~2.5%,烷基糖苷:12~20%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:15~25%,十二烷基硫酸钠:3~7%,α-烯基磺酸钠(92%):3~7%,三乙醇胺:1~2%,苯甲酸钠:0.2~0.4%,苯并三氮唑:0.1~0.2%,偏硅酸钠:0.05~0.15%,防腐剂乙内酰脲(即防腐剂DMDMH):0.1~0.2%,及余量的去离子水。
在上述原料中,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、乙氧基化硅氧烷、二甲基苯磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸盐、苯丙共聚物、甘油聚醚混合而形成增溶稳泡组分;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠(92%)、烷基糖苷混合而形成发泡去污组分;苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑、偏硅酸钠混合而形成防锈组分,防腐剂乙内酰脲为防腐组分。
上述浓缩泡沫洗车液的制备方法包括如下步骤:首先将聚季铵盐和增溶稳泡组分加入去离子水中进行混合并搅拌均匀,再加入发泡去污组分进行快速搅拌溶解,待上述活性组分完全溶解之后,再加入三乙醇胺调节PH值,最后再加入苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑、偏硅酸钠、防腐剂乙内酰脲,搅拌均匀,得到成品。
经实验验证,上述配方组分的浓缩泡沫洗车液在发泡性和稳泡性方面均符合设计要求。
下面通过对实施实例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式以及所涉及的各项物料的作用及工作原理、配制工艺等作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:
本实施例提出了一种高性价比的浓缩泡沫洗车液,可以在高倍数稀释的情况下正常使用,从而降低洗车公司的原料成本和运营成本。
本实施例的浓缩泡沫洗车液由聚季铵盐、增溶稳泡组分、发泡去污组分、防锈组分、防腐组分及去离子水组成,具体来说,本实施例的浓缩泡沫洗车液由如下重量百分比的原料组成:聚季铵盐-7:1.5%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱:7.5%,乙氧基化硅氧烷:4%,二甲基苯磺酸钠:3.5%,烷基萘磺酸盐:5%,苯丙共聚物:3%,甘油聚醚:1.5%,烷基糖苷:18%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:23%,十二烷基硫酸钠:5.5%,α-烯基磺酸钠(92%):4%,三乙醇胺:1.2%,苯甲酸钠:0.2%,苯并三氮唑:0.1%,偏硅酸钠:0.15%,防腐剂DMDMH:0.1%,及余量的去离子水。总活性物含量45.7%。
上述浓缩泡沫洗车液的制备方法包括如下步骤:首先在25℃条件下将聚季铵盐-7和增溶稳泡组分加入去离子水中进行溶解,搅拌10~15分钟,搅拌速度300~400 r/min,搅拌均匀后再加入发泡去污组分,搅拌速度提升至900~1000 r/min,时间约30分钟,待上述活性组分完全溶解之后,再加入三乙醇胺调节PH值,最后加入苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑、偏硅酸钠、防腐剂DMDMH,搅拌均匀,静置消泡,得到成品,成品PH值约为9.0。
与传统的洗车液相比,上述洗车液的发泡活性物浓度更高,经测试,上述洗车液稀释1000倍后,在100bar的压力下能够喷射出较丰富稳定的泡沫液,并能够有效地清洗掉车身表面的污垢泥沙。传统洗车液(稀释200倍)每kg成本约为3.5~4.5元之间,而本发明的洗车液(稀释1000倍)每kg成本约为11.0~13.0之间,性价比有明显的提升,另外通过高浓缩化降低了运输成本,从两方面降低了客户的使用成本。
将本实施例的超浓缩洗车液与市面上普通稀释倍数(200倍)的洗车液通过罗氏泡沫仪测试其发泡性能,依据的标准为GB/T 13173-2008,按标准配制硬水,并取样品与对比样各2.5g溶于硬水中并进行陈化后测量泡沫,结果如下(单位为mm):

由以上数据可知,本实施例的超浓缩洗车液无论在发泡性还是稳泡性方面,都明显优于市面上普通稀释倍数的洗车液。

本实施例与实施例1的制备方法相同,但相比实施例1略微增加了聚季铵盐-7的用量,适当调低增溶稳泡组分含量,具体由如下重量百分比的原料组成:聚季铵盐-7:2.5%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱:6.5%,乙氧基化硅氧烷:3%,二甲基苯磺酸钠:4.5%,烷基萘磺酸盐:4.5%,苯丙共聚物:2%,甘油聚醚:2.5%,烷基糖苷:20%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:20%,十二烷基硫酸钠:4%,α-烯基磺酸钠(92%):6%,三乙醇胺:1.5%,苯甲酸钠:0.2%,苯并三氮唑:0.1%,偏硅酸钠:0.15%,防腐剂DMDMH:0.1%,及余量的去离子水。总活性物含量45.2%,成品PH值约为9.0。
与实施例1相比,本实施例对增溶稳泡组分以及发泡去污组分的各成分的添加量在权利要求的范围内略作变动,并保持其总活性物含量基本不变,实验发现其亦能实现良好的溶解,在透明度以及流动性上与实施例1无明显差异。
将本实施例的超浓缩洗车液与市面上普通稀释倍数(200倍)的洗车液通过罗氏泡沫仪测试其发泡性能,依据的标准为GB/T 13173-2008,按标准配制硬水,并取样品与对比样各2.5g溶于硬水中并进行陈化后测量泡沫,结果如下(单位为mm):

由以上实验可知,本实施例的超浓缩洗车液无论在发泡性还是稳泡性方面,都明显优于市面上普通稀释倍数的洗车液,与实施例1无明显区别。
实施例3:
本实施例的浓缩泡沫洗车液由聚季铵盐、增溶稳泡组分、发泡去污组分、防锈组分、防腐组分及去离子水组成,具体来说,本实施例的浓缩泡沫洗车液由如下重量百分比的原料组成:聚季铵盐-7:6%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱:6%,乙氧基化硅氧烷:4%,二甲基苯磺酸钠:4%,烷基萘磺酸盐:3.5%,苯丙共聚物:3%,甘油聚醚:1.5%,烷基糖苷:18%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:23%,十二烷基硫酸钠:5.5%,α-烯基磺酸钠(92%):4%,三乙醇胺:1.2%,苯甲酸钠:0.15%,苯并三氮唑:0.1%,偏硅酸钠:0.1%,防腐剂DMDMH:0.1,及余量的去离子水。总活性物含量45.6%。
上述浓缩泡沫洗车液的制备方法包括如下步骤:首先在23℃条件下将聚季铵盐-7和增溶稳泡组分加入去离子水中进行溶解,搅拌10~15分钟,搅拌速度300~400 r/min,搅拌均匀后再加入发泡去污组分,搅拌速度提升至900~1000 r/min,时间约30分钟,待表面活性组分完全溶解之后,再加入三乙醇胺调节PH值,最后再加入苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑、偏硅酸钠、防腐剂乙内酰脲,搅拌均匀,静置消泡,得到成品,成品PH值约为9.0。
结果描述:与实施例1相比,在保持体系总活性物含量基本不变的情况下增加聚季铵盐-7的用量达到6%,并相应减少增溶剂烷基萘磺酸盐的用量,实验发现该体系对发泡去污组分的溶解能力有所下降,静置消泡后溶液的透明度比实施例1相比变差,表明聚季铵盐-7对发泡去污组分溶解性的提高存在一个阀值,超过一定的添加量后其作用不再明显,增加其添加量并不能平衡增溶剂减少对发泡去污组分溶解性下降的趋势,理想的体系应是少量的聚季铵盐-7配合一定量的增溶剂协同作用。
实施例4:
本实施例的浓缩泡沫洗车液由增溶稳泡组分、发泡去污组分、防锈组分、防腐组分及去离子水组成,具体来说,本实施例的浓缩泡沫洗车液由如下重量百分比的原料组成:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱:9%,乙氧基化硅氧烷:4%,二甲基苯磺酸钠:3.5%,烷基萘磺酸盐:5%,苯丙共聚物:3%,甘油聚醚:1.5%,烷基糖苷:18%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:23%,十二烷基硫酸钠:5.5%,α-烯基磺酸钠(92%):4%,三乙醇胺:1.2%,苯甲酸钠:0.2%,苯并三氮唑:0.1%,偏硅酸钠:0.15%,防腐剂DMDMH:0.1%,及余量的去离子水。总活性物含量46.1%。
上述浓缩泡沫洗车液的制备方法包括如下步骤:在25℃条件下将增溶稳泡组分加入去离子水中搅拌10~15分钟使完全溶解,搅拌速度300~400 r/min,然后再加入发泡去污组分,搅拌速度提升至900~1000 r/min,时间约60分钟,继续提升搅拌速度至1200~1500 r/min,时间约60分钟,待大致形成均一状态后再加入三乙醇胺调节PH值,最后再加入苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑、偏硅酸钠、防腐剂乙内酰脲,搅拌均匀,静置消泡,得到成品。
结果描述:与上述实施例1对比,本实施例没有加入聚酰胺基聚季铵盐,在配制过程中发现,尽管有添加增溶剂进行辅助溶解,但发泡去污组分在溶解的过程中增稠明显,容易结团,需要较长时间进行搅拌分散,难以配制成溶解性良好的透明体系。
实施例5:
本实施例的浓缩泡沫洗车液由增溶稳泡组分、发泡去污组分、防锈组分、防腐组分及去离子水组成,具体来说,本实施例的浓缩泡沫洗车液由如下重量百分比的原料组成:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱:9%,乙氧基化硅氧烷:5.5%,二甲基苯磺酸钠:8.5%,烷基萘磺酸盐:6%,苯丙共聚物:4%,甘油聚醚:3%,烷基糖苷:18%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:23%,十二烷基硫酸钠:5.5%,α-烯基磺酸钠(92%):4%,三乙醇胺:1.2%,苯甲酸钠:0.2%,苯并三氮唑:0.1%,偏硅酸钠:0.15%,防腐剂DMDMH:0.1%,及余量的去离子水。总活性物含量51%。
上述浓缩泡沫洗车液的制备方法包括如下步骤:在25℃条件下将增溶稳泡组分先加入去离子水中搅拌10~15分钟使完全溶解,搅拌速度300~400 r/min,然后再加入发泡去污组分,搅拌速度逐渐提升至900~1200 r/min,时间约45分钟,待成为均一状态后再加入三乙醇胺调节PH值,最后再加入苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑、偏硅酸钠、防腐剂乙内酰脲,搅拌均匀,静置消泡,得到成品,成品PH值约为9.0。
结果描述:与上述实施例4类似,本实施例没有添加聚季铵盐-7,但增溶稳泡组分有效含量百分比提升至少5%,实验发现可以得到透明度以及流动性良好(没有析出凝胶)的样品,但该样品在成本上相比同样溶解性良好的实施例1明显偏高。

实施例6:
本实施例的浓缩泡沫洗车液由聚季铵盐、增溶稳泡组分、发泡去污组分、防锈组分、防腐组分及去离子水组成,具体来说,本实施例的浓缩泡沫洗车液由如下重量百分比的原料组成:聚季铵盐-7:1.5%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱:7.5%,乙氧基化硅氧烷:4%,二甲基苯磺酸钠:3.5%,烷基萘磺酸盐:5%,苯丙共聚物:3%,甘油聚醚:1.5%,烷基糖苷:18%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:23%,十二烷基硫酸钠:5.5%,α-烯基磺酸钠(92%):4%,三乙醇胺:1.2%,苯甲酸钠:0.2%,苯并三氮唑:0.1%,偏硅酸钠:0.15%,防腐剂DMDMH:0.1%,及余量的去离子水。总活性物含量为45.7%。
上述浓缩泡沫洗车液的制备方法包括如下步骤:在25℃条件下将增溶稳泡组分先加入去离子水中搅拌10~15分钟使完全溶解,搅拌速度300~400 r/min,然后再加入发泡去污组分,搅拌速度提升至900~1000 r/min,时间约45分钟,继续提升搅拌速度至1200~1500 r/min,时间约45分钟,待搅拌溶解形成大致均匀的体系后后加入聚季铵盐-7,搅拌速度保持900~1000 r/min,时间约15分钟,加入三乙醇胺调节PH值,最后再加入苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑、偏硅酸钠、防腐剂乙内酰脲,搅拌均匀,静置消泡,得到成品,成品PH值约为9.0。
结果描述:本实施例与实施例1相比,在工艺上进行了调整,将聚季铵盐-7放在后期加入,即放在发泡去污组分后面加入,实验发现得到的样品在透明度以及稳定性上明显不如实施例1,而且在加入聚季铵盐之前为了使高浓度的发泡去污组分顺利溶解还必须提高转速,增加了时间和能耗。因此本体系的最佳工艺应是先加入聚季铵盐-7,配合增容稳泡组分一起能有效促进发泡去污组分溶解,提升发泡去污组分溶解速度,提高洗车液液体体系的稳定性和透明度,整个生产过程能够在相对较低的匀速搅拌下进行,避免了较高的能耗,同时也避免了过多泡沫的产生。
下表为两种不同制备工艺的对比情况:
工艺 先加聚季铵盐-7+增溶稳泡组分+去离子水,搅拌后再加发泡去污组分以及其它组分。 先将发泡去污组分、增溶稳泡组分加入水中搅拌溶解,再加入聚季铵盐以及各种组分。
现象 搅拌过程中各成分溶解较为顺利,配制过程耗时较短(约1.0h),没有出现凝胶结团,静置消泡后溶液澄清透亮。 搅拌过程溶解相对困难,需搅拌更长时间(2h~2.5h),静置消泡后发现溶液透明度较低。
稳定性测试对比 低温(~5℃)下储存一个月未发现有分层现象,恢复至常温后仍呈澄清透明状态;常温下放置在阳光充足处一个月未发现外观性状有任何变化;高温(50℃)下烘箱中放置于一个月后恢复至常温,未发现外观性状有任何变化。 常温下静置72h即观察到底部有分层析出,溶液澄清透明度进一步下降。

Claims (8)

1.一种浓缩泡沫洗车液,其特征在于由聚季铵盐、增溶稳泡组分、发泡去污组分、防锈组分、防腐组分及去离子水组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浓缩泡沫洗车液,其特征在于所述聚季铵盐为聚季铵盐-7。
3.根据权利要求1所述的浓缩泡沫洗车液,其特征在于所述增溶稳泡组分由椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、乙氧基化硅氧烷、二甲基苯磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸盐、苯丙共聚物、甘油聚醚混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的浓缩泡沫洗车液,其特征在于所述发泡去污组分由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠(92%)、烷基糖苷混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的浓缩泡沫洗车液,其特征在于所述防锈组分由苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑、偏硅酸钠混合而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的浓缩泡沫洗车液,其特征在于所述防腐组分为防腐剂乙内酰脲。
7.根据权利要求1所述的浓缩泡沫洗车液,其特征在于由如下重量百分比的原料组成:聚季铵盐-7:1~3%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱:5~10%,乙氧基化硅氧烷:2~5%,二甲基苯磺酸钠:1~5%,烷基萘磺酸盐:3~8%,苯丙共聚物:2~4%,甘油聚醚:1~2.5%,烷基糖苷:12~20%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:15~25%,十二烷基硫酸钠:3~7%,α-烯基磺酸钠(92%):3~7%,三乙醇胺:1~2%,苯甲酸钠:0.2~0.4%,苯并三氮唑:0.1~0.2%,偏硅酸钠:0.05~0.15%,防腐剂乙内酰脲:0.1~0.2%,及余量的去离子水。
8.根据权利要求1所述的浓缩泡沫洗车液的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:首先将聚季铵盐和增溶稳泡组分加入去离子水中进行混合并搅拌均匀,再加入发泡去污组分进行快速搅拌溶解,待上述活性组分完全溶解之后,再加入三乙醇胺调节PH值,最后再加入苯甲酸钠、苯并三氮唑、偏硅酸钠、防腐剂乙内酰脲,搅拌均匀,得到成品。
