The rapid treatment system for the indoor kitchen clean wastewater and the kitchen waste is used for collecting the kitchen waste and the kitchen clean wastewater, simultaneously crushing, heating and fermenting, and preparing for the outdoor kitchen clean wastewater and kitchen waste collection system. The kitchen cleaning wastewater is kitchen wastewater which does not contain cleaning agent, salt and grease, such as vegetable washing water, rice washing water or cooking water.
For the above-mentioned system for rapidly treating clean waste water and kitchen waste in an indoor kitchen, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, this embodiment provides a feasible technical solution.
The system comprises a garbage basket 1, a four-way pipe 2, a garbage processor 3, a water storage tank 4 and a heat-preservation collecting barrel 5;
the garbage basket 1 is cylindrical, a water outlet 11 is formed in the side face of the garbage basket, and a filter screen is arranged at the position of the water outlet 11;
the four-way pipe 2 comprises a main pipe 21, a sewage pipe 22 and a purified water pipe 23;
the garbage basket 1 is placed in the main pipe 21, and the water outlet 11 is at the same horizontal height with the water inlet of the sewage pipe 22 and the water inlet of the water purification pipe 23; the water outlet 11 of the garbage basket 1 only corresponds to the inlet of the sewage pipe 22 or the inlet of the purified water pipe 23; the arrangement aims at that when the garbage basket is used, the water outlet 11 only corresponds to one outlet, and the garbage basket 1 can be rotated at any time according to the water using condition, so that sewage and kitchen cleaning wastewater are effectively separated;
in order to prevent water from entering the garbage disposer 3, a first sealing ring 12 is arranged on the lower edge of the water outlet 11 of the garbage basket 1 along the circumferential direction of the garbage basket 1;
a second sealing ring 13 is arranged at the outer edge of the water outlet 11, and the second sealing ring 13 can effectively separate sewage from kitchen cleaning wastewater;
after the garbage basket 1 is placed in the main pipe 21, the first sealing ring 12 and the second sealing ring 13 are tightly attached to the inner wall of the main pipe 21; while the first sealing ring 12 also serves to seal the waste disposer 3.
The purified water pipe 23 is communicated with the water storage tank 4, and the sewage pipe 22 is communicated with a kitchen drainage pipeline (not shown in the figure);
the lower end of the main pipe 21 is communicated with the garbage disposer 3;
a water pump 6 is arranged in the water storage tank 4 and is used for conveying the kitchen cleaning wastewater collected in the water storage tank 4 into the garbage processor 3;
the storage tank 4 is also provided with a first overflow pipe 26, the first overflow pipe 26 being in communication with a kitchen drain pipe (not shown in the figures); the first overflow pipe 26 is used for conveying the surplus kitchen cleaning wastewater in the water storage tank 4 to a kitchen drainage pipe;
the garbage processor 3 is used for crushing and heating kitchen cleaning wastewater and kitchen garbage;
further, the garbage disposer 3 is split and comprises an upper cup body 3-1, a lower cup body 3-2 and an equipment base 3-3,
the upper part of the upper cup body 3-1 is communicated with the main pipe 21, and the lower part is communicated with the lower cup body 3-2; the upper cup body 3-1 and the lower cup body 3-2 can be integrated;
a heating bottom plate 3-7 is arranged inside the lower cup body 3-2, and the heating bottom plate 3-7 is used for heating kitchen garbage and kitchen cleaning wastewater to 55-75 ℃; a motor 3-4 is arranged in the equipment base 3-3, and the motor 3-4 drives a cutter 3-6 arranged in the lower cup body 3-2 through a coupler 3-5. The heating bottom plates 3-7 heat the kitchen waste and the kitchen cleaning wastewater to 55-75 ℃, and meanwhile, in order to prevent the temperature of the heated kitchen waste and the kitchen cleaning wastewater from being reduced, the wall of the garbage processor 3 can be subjected to heat insulation and heat preservation by using a conventional means or the garbage processor 3 can be directly made of a commercially available material with the functions of heat insulation and heat preservation, and the invention is not detailed herein.
And a slurry pump 7 for conveying kitchen garbage and cleaning wastewater treated by the garbage treatment device 3 into the heat-insulation collection barrel 5 through a discharge pipe 8 is arranged in the garbage treatment device 3.
The garbage processor 3 can heat the crushed materials while crushing; after heating, discharging the materials into a heat-preservation collecting barrel 5;
the heat-insulation collecting barrel 5 is used for collecting kitchen garbage and kitchen cleaning wastewater which are crushed and heated by the garbage processor 3; a valve 27 is arranged at the water outlet of the heat-preservation collecting barrel 5.
When the heat-preservation collecting barrel 5 needs to be replaced, the valve 27 at the water outlet of the heat-preservation collecting barrel 5 containing the smashed kitchen garbage and the kitchen cleaning wastewater is closed and separated from the discharge pipe 8, so that the heat-preservation collecting barrel 5 is in a closed state, after the heat-preservation collecting barrel 5 is taken out, the empty heat-preservation collecting barrel 5 is put in and connected with the discharge pipe 8, and the valve 27 is opened. The heat-preservation collecting barrel 5 has the functions of sealing and heat preservation, the sealing and heat preservation time is more than 1 hour, and the temperature is 20-35 ℃.
The system also includes a sink outlet connector 25; the vegetable washing sink water outlet connecting piece 25 is used for fixedly connecting the vegetable washing sink water outlet with the main pipe 21 of the four-way pipe 2 so as to fix the four-way pipe 2 and the vegetable washing sink together.
Aiming at an outdoor kitchen clean waste water and kitchen waste collection system, the embodiment provides a feasible technical scheme, the system is used for carrying out solid-liquid separation on the kitchen waste water and the kitchen clean waste water which are crushed and heated, the separated solid is used as an organic fertilizer, and the liquid is used for greening watering or discharging into an urban regeneration water pipe network. Specifically, the heat-insulating collecting barrel 5 which is obtained by processing the indoor kitchen clean waste water and the kitchen waste fast processing system and is filled with the smashed and heated kitchen waste and kitchen clean waste is separated and reused in the outdoor kitchen clean waste water and kitchen waste collecting system.
As shown in fig. 5-8, this embodiment provides a feasible technical solution for collecting clean waste water and kitchen waste in outdoor kitchen.
The outdoor kitchen cleaning wastewater and kitchen garbage collection system comprises an overground frame 30 and a buried water storage tank 34;
a solar panel 31 is arranged at the top end of the upper ground frame 30;
the above-ground frame 30 is provided with an equipment room 32, a spare part room 33, an outdoor organic fertilizer collecting barrel 35 and a collecting barrel placing room 36;
the equipment room 32 is used for placing a vacuum pump 38 and a solar storage battery 37; the vacuum pump 38 is used for reducing the air pressure in the outdoor organic fertilizer collecting barrel 35 through a vacuum pump air inlet pipe 41, so that the organic fertilizer in the heat-preservation collecting barrel 5 is discharged into the outdoor organic fertilizer collecting barrel 35, meanwhile, the moisture in the solid organic fertilizer in the outdoor organic fertilizer collecting barrel 35 is vaporized, and the vaporized steam is discharged into the buried water storage tank 34 through a vacuum pump air outlet pipe 42 to become condensed water;
the spare part room 33 is used for storing the empty heat-preservation collecting barrel 5 and spare parts of indoor and outdoor equipment for users to use;
the solar battery 37 is powered by the solar panel 31;
the collecting barrel placing room 36 is used for placing a heat-preservation collecting barrel 5 which is collected from an indoor kitchen cleaning wastewater and kitchen garbage rapid treatment system and contains kitchen garbage and kitchen cleaning wastewater which are crushed and heated by the garbage processor 3;
the outdoor organic fertilizer collecting barrel 35 is used for collecting the smashed and heated kitchen garbage and kitchen cleaning wastewater in the heat-preservation collecting barrel 5, and filtering the kitchen garbage and the kitchen cleaning wastewater to enable the liquid organic fertilizer to flow into the buried water storage tank 34 and enable the solid organic fertilizer to be left in the outdoor organic fertilizer collecting barrel 35. After the solid-state fertilizer that outdoor fertilizer collecting vessel 35 collected reached a certain amount, can take out fertilizer collecting vessel 35 and empty solid-state fertilizer.
As a preferable scheme, the outdoor organic fertilizer collecting barrel 35 is a closed container, and in order to facilitate pouring the solid organic fertilizer, the outdoor organic fertilizer collecting barrel 35 is provided with a barrel cover (not shown in the figure). A filter screen partition plate 48 is arranged in the outdoor organic fertilizer collecting barrel 35, the filter screen partition plate 48 is used for filtering the organic fertilizer falling from the heat-preservation collecting barrel 5, and the solid organic fertilizer is left on the filter screen partition plate 48; the liquid organic fertilizer flows to the lower part of the filter screen partition plate 48; the outdoor organic fertilizer collecting barrel 35 is also provided with a water discharging nozzle 43 below the filter screen partition plate 48; the drainage water nozzle 43 is used for discharging liquid organic fertilizer;
the filter screen partition plates 48 comprise transverse partition plates 48-1 and vertical partition plates 48-2; a plurality of water drainage holes 48-3 are formed in the transverse partition plate 48-1 and the vertical partition plate 48-2; the vertical partition plates 48-2 are grouped into two groups, and the transverse partition plate 48-1 is also provided with a plurality of water drainage holes 48-3 at the part between the two groups of vertical partition plates 48-2.
As a preferable scheme, the buried water storage tank 34 is a closed container and is provided with a connecting pipe 44, a second overflow pipe 45, a suction pipe 46 and a submersible pump 49; the water suction pipe 46 is communicated with the submersible pump 49 and is used for greening and sprinkling the liquid organic fertilizer or discharging the liquid organic fertilizer into an urban regenerated water pipe network; the connecting pipe 44 is used for being communicated with the drainage water nozzle 43 and discharging liquid organic fertilizer into the buried water storage tank 34; the submersible pump 49 is powered by a solar battery 37 placed within the plant room 32.
If the organic fertilizer in the heat-preservation collecting barrel 5 is not completely poured, the liquid fertilizer can be injected into the heat-preservation collecting barrel 5 for flushing by using the drainage water nozzle 43.
The foregoing is directed to preferred embodiments of the present invention, other and further embodiments of the invention may be devised without departing from the basic scope thereof, and the scope thereof is determined by the claims that follow. However, any simple modification, equivalent change and modification of the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention are within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A comprehensive treatment method for kitchen cleaning wastewater and kitchen garbage is characterized by comprising the following steps:
collecting kitchen waste and kitchen waste water by using an indoor kitchen waste water and kitchen waste water rapid treatment system, and crushing, heating and fermenting the kitchen waste and the kitchen waste water;
and
performing solid-liquid separation on the kitchen garbage and the kitchen cleaning wastewater which are crushed, heated and fermented by using an outdoor kitchen cleaning wastewater and kitchen garbage collection system;
the separated solid is used as organic fertilizer, and the liquid is used for greening and sprinkling or discharged into a city regenerated water pipe network.
2. The comprehensive treatment method of kitchen waste water and kitchen waste according to claim 1, wherein the kitchen waste and the kitchen waste are crushed and heated, and are sealed, insulated and fermented before entering an outdoor kitchen waste water and kitchen waste collection system for solid-liquid separation;
preferably, the kitchen cleaning wastewater is vegetable washing water, rice washing water, waste tea water or cooking water and does not contain cleaning agents, salt and grease.
Preferably, the sealing and heat preservation time is more than 1 hour, and the temperature is 20-35 ℃.
3. The method for comprehensively treating kitchen cleaning wastewater and kitchen waste according to claim 1,
the system for rapidly treating the indoor kitchen clean wastewater and the kitchen waste comprises a garbage basket (1), a four-way pipe (2), a garbage processor (3), a water storage tank (4) and a heat-preservation collecting barrel (5);
the garbage lifting basket (1) is cylindrical, a water outlet (11) is formed in the side face of the garbage lifting basket, and a filter screen is arranged at the position of the water outlet (11);
the four-way pipe (2) comprises a main pipe (21), a sewage pipe (22) and a water purification pipe (23);
the garbage basket (1) is placed in the main pipe (21), and the water outlet (11) is at the same horizontal height with the water inlet of the sewage pipe (22) and the water inlet of the water purification pipe (23); the water outlet (11) of the garbage basket (1) only corresponds to the inlet of the sewage pipe (22) or the inlet of the purified water pipe (23);
the water purifying pipe (23) is communicated with the water storage tank (4), and the sewage pipe (22) is communicated with a kitchen drainage pipeline;
the lower end of the main pipe (21) is communicated with the garbage disposer (3);
a water pump (6) is arranged in the water storage tank (4) and is used for conveying the kitchen cleaning wastewater collected in the water storage tank (4) to the garbage processor (3);
the garbage processor (3) is used for crushing and heating kitchen cleaning wastewater and kitchen garbage;
the heat-preservation collecting barrel (5) is used for collecting kitchen garbage and kitchen cleaning wastewater which are crushed and heated by the garbage processor (3); a valve (27) is arranged at the water outlet of the heat-preservation collecting barrel (5).

The comprehensive treatment method of kitchen cleaning wastewater and kitchen waste according to claim 3, characterized in that a slurry pump (7) is arranged in the garbage disposer (3) for conveying the kitchen waste and the cleaning wastewater treated by the garbage disposer (3) into the heat-insulating collection tank (5) through a discharge pipe (8).
5. The comprehensive treatment method of kitchen cleaning wastewater and kitchen waste according to claim 4, characterized in that a first sealing ring (12) is arranged at the lower edge of the water outlet (11) of the garbage basket (1) along the circumferential direction of the garbage basket (1); a second sealing ring (13) is arranged on the outer edge of the water outlet (11);
when sewage needs to be drained, the garbage basket (1) is rotated to enable the water outlet (11) to correspond to the inlet of the sewage pipe (22), and at the moment, the inlet of the water purifying pipe (23) is closed;
when clean wastewater needs to be discharged, the garbage basket (1) is rotated to enable the water outlet (11) to correspond to the inlet of the water purifying pipe (23), and at the moment, the inlet of the sewage pipe (22) is closed;
when the garbage needs to be discharged, the garbage lifting basket (1) is lifted and inverted, and the garbage in the garbage lifting basket (1) is poured into the garbage processor (3) to be crushed and heated;
when the water drainage is not needed, the garbage basket (1) is rotated, so that the water outlet (11) corresponds to the inlet of the sewage pipe (22), or the water outlet (11) does not correspond to the inlet of the sewage pipe (22) and does not correspond to the inlet of the water purifying pipe (23).
6. The comprehensive treatment method of kitchen cleaning wastewater and kitchen waste according to claim 3, wherein the garbage disposer (3) is split type and comprises an upper cup body (3-1), a lower cup body (3-2) and an equipment base (3-3),
the upper part of the upper cup body (3-1) is communicated with the main pipe (21), and the lower part of the upper cup body is communicated with the lower cup body (3-2);
a heating bottom plate (3-7) is arranged in the lower cup body (3-2), a motor (3-4) is arranged in the equipment base (3-3), and the motor (3-4) drives a cutter (3-6) arranged in the lower cup body (3-2) through a coupler (3-5); the heating bottom plate (3-7) is used for heating the smashed kitchen garbage to 55-75 ℃.

The method for comprehensively treating kitchen waste water and kitchen waste according to claim 3, wherein the system for rapidly treating indoor kitchen waste water and kitchen waste further comprises a sink drain connector (25); the vegetable washing pool water outlet connecting piece (25) is used for fixedly connecting the vegetable washing pool water outlet with the four-way pipe (2).
8. The method for comprehensively treating kitchen cleaning wastewater and kitchen waste according to claim 1, wherein the outdoor kitchen cleaning wastewater and kitchen waste collection system comprises an above-ground frame (30) and a buried water storage tank (34);
a solar panel (31) is arranged at the top end of the upper ground frame (30);
an equipment room (32), a spare part room (33), an outdoor organic fertilizer collecting barrel (35) and a collecting barrel placing room (36) are arranged in the ground frame (30);
the equipment room (32) is used for placing a vacuum pump (38) and a solar storage battery (37); the vacuum pump (38) is used for reducing the air pressure in the outdoor organic fertilizer collecting barrel (35) through a vacuum pump air inlet pipe (41), so that organic fertilizer in the heat-preservation collecting barrel (5) is discharged into the outdoor organic fertilizer collecting barrel (35), meanwhile, moisture in solid organic fertilizer in the outdoor organic fertilizer collecting barrel (35) is vaporized, and vaporized water vapor is discharged into the buried water storage tank (34) through a vacuum pump exhaust pipe (42);
the solar battery (37) is powered by the solar panel (31);
the collecting barrel placing room (36) is used for placing a heat-preservation collecting barrel (5) which is collected from an indoor kitchen clean wastewater and kitchen garbage rapid treatment system and is filled with kitchen garbage and kitchen clean wastewater which are crushed and heated by the garbage processor (3);
the outdoor organic fertilizer collecting barrel (35) is used for collecting smashed and heated kitchen garbage and kitchen cleaning wastewater in the heat-preservation collecting barrel (5) and filtering the kitchen garbage and the kitchen cleaning wastewater, so that liquid organic fertilizer flows into the buried water storage tank (34) and solid organic fertilizer is left in the outdoor organic fertilizer collecting barrel (35).
