技术领域
本发明属于鱼饲料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种提高鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的亲鱼饲料。
背景技术
鲈鱼肉质洁白肥嫩,细刺少、无腥味,味极鲜美,富含丰富的蛋白质和维生素,还可以入药使用,是一种极具营养价值的补品。而鲈鱼虽然名贵,但是其繁殖却较为麻烦,其中亲鱼饲料对鲈鱼的繁殖影响尤为突出,亲鱼饲料能影响亲鱼的繁殖能力、受精作用、胚胎发育及育苗质量。
传统的亲鱼饲料普遍采用商品鱼料提供,其对于鲈鱼的亲鱼繁殖具有以下方面的缺陷:
A、传统商品鱼料经常含有棉粕等原料,棉粕所含有的游离棉酚对亲鱼精子的活力具有影响;
B、商品鱼饲料为了追求生长率和较低的饵料系数,常常添加较多的饱和脂肪酸,对亲鱼的胚胎发育不利;
C、亲鱼繁殖需要的某些微量营养物质含量不够,如维生素、微量元素锌等,影响精子活力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种提高鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的亲鱼饲料,满足亲鱼繁殖对各种营养物质的需要,降低鲈鱼繁殖的难度。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种提高鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的亲鱼饲料,包含如下重量份的组分:木薯淀粉8-10份、去皮豆粕10-25份、磷虾粉3-5份、螺旋藻2-3份、超级蒸汽鱼粉50-55份、酵母粉2-5份、发酵豆粕3-8份、大豆浓缩蛋白3-8份、鱼油1-3份、磷脂油1-3份、磷酸二氢钙1.5-3份、复合维生素0.1-0.3份、复合矿物质1份、晶体赖氨酸0.1-0.3份、蛋氨酸0.1-0.3份、甜菜碱0.1-0.3份、氯化胆碱0.1-0.3份、左旋肉碱0.01-0.02份、维生素E 0.01-0.03份、维生素C 0.1-0.2份、抗氧化剂0.01-0.02份。
更进一步地,提高鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的亲鱼饲料包含如下重量份的组分:木薯淀粉10份、去皮豆粕10份、磷虾粉3份、螺旋藻2份、超级蒸汽鱼粉54份、酵母粉4份、发酵豆粕5份、大豆浓缩蛋白5份、鱼油2份、磷脂油1份、磷酸二氢钙1.6份、复合维生素0.2份、复合矿物质1份、晶体赖氨酸0.2份、蛋氨酸0.2份、甜菜碱0.3份、氯化胆碱0.3份、左旋肉碱0.01份、维生素E0.02份、维生素C0.15份、抗氧化剂0.02份。
更进一步地,所述复合维生素包含如下重量份的组分:维生素A 0.99份、维生素D30.025份、维生素K3 6份、维生素B1 10份、维生素B2 15份、维生素B6 20份、维生素B12 0.03份、烟酰胺50份、D-泛酸20份、叶酸3份、D-生物素0.1份、肌醇80份。
更进一步地,所述复合矿物质包括如下重量份的组分:铁8份、铜0.6份、锰2.5份、锌6份、碘0.15份、硒0.045份、钴0.05份、镁12份。
更进一步地,所述锌为螯合锌,且螯合锌中锌的质量分数为16%。
更进一步地,所述抗氧化剂包含如下质量百分比的组分:乙氧基喹啉52-60%、没食子酸丙酯2-5%、二氧化硅37-45%。
更进一步地,提高鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的亲鱼饲料,采用如下方法制成:
(1)按照配方称取原料,并将各原料经二次粉碎至90%过80目筛,再均匀混合;
(2)将混合后的原料经调质解调器在98℃下调制3分钟;
(3)将调制后的原料在120℃下经双螺杆挤压膨化机制粒;
(4)制粒后在80℃下烘干,最后冷却得到鲈鱼亲鱼饲料。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明提供的鱼饲料以鱼油、磷脂油等优质油脂替代传统亲鱼饲料中的饱和脂肪酸,在降低饱和脂肪酸数量的,降低亲鱼饲料对胚胎活性的不利影响的同时,为亲鱼繁殖提供充足的不饱和脂肪酸,促进胚胎发育;而一般饲料中的含有大量的不饱和脂肪酸容易发生氧化,影响鱼体生长,在本发明中则不存在这个问题,本发明中抗氧化剂、磷虾粉、螺旋藻、维生素E和维生素C相互协同,既清除了亲鱼体内过多的自由基,又从根本上改善了亲鱼的体质,提升了亲鱼的抗氧化能力和抗应激能力,从而有效提升了亲鱼的繁殖能力;
2.本发明中添加有促进脂肪代谢供能的微量营养素-左旋肉碱,棱促进亲鱼母体IGF-1的分泌,促进胚胎生长发育,同时左旋肉碱也是帮助机体将长链脂肪酸带入细胞线粒体进行氧化功能的微量营养素,能通过促进脂肪代谢供能,改善亲鱼的繁殖性能,提进一步提升公鱼精子活力;
3、锌是重要的微量营养元素,对于促进亲鱼的繁殖性能、支持免疫系统的发育及非特异性免疫系统(皮肤、黏膜)等的完整以及免疫细胞功能的发挥具有重要作用,而常规使用的普通无机锌会由于饲料中普遍存在的植酸的拮抗作用,导致鲈鱼不能有效吸收,本发明中添加高吸收利用率的螯合锌后,有效提升了鲈鱼对锌元素的吸收利用率,以提高亲鱼精子活力,满足鱼体繁殖对锌元素的需要。

其中,本发明使用的超级蒸汽鱼粉主要为秘鲁的进口超级蒸汽鱼粉。
本配方中,配置有多种可提升鱼类繁殖能力营养物质,以其相互协同来提高鲈鱼亲鱼的繁殖性能,其主要改善如下:A、调整鲈鱼亲鱼料的饱和脂肪酸的数量,添加鱼油、磷脂油等优质油脂的种类和数量,提供多不饱和脂肪酸;B、强化维生素E和维生素C的添加,提高亲鱼的抗氧化能力和抗应激能力,添加体内抗氧化剂,清除亲鱼体内过多的自由基;C、添加磷虾粉和螺旋藻,提供增强机体抗氧化能力和免疫力的类胡萝卜素,促进机体健康,同时磷虾粉还有促进亲鱼摄食作用;D、添加促进脂肪代谢供能的微量营养素-左旋肉碱,促进亲鱼母体IGF-1的分泌,促进胚胎生长发育,且公鱼精子尾部含有比血清浓度高10多倍的ATP,添加左旋肉碱可以促进精子的活力,而鱼苗幼体由于自身合成左旋肉碱能力较低,亲鱼饲料添加左旋肉碱对鱼苗体储也有促进作用。

实施例1
本实施例提供的提高鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的亲鱼饲料包括如下重量份的组分:木薯淀粉8份、去皮豆粕20份、磷虾粉3份、螺旋藻2份、超级蒸汽鱼粉50份(秘鲁或)、酵母粉2份、发酵豆粕8份、大豆浓缩蛋白8份、鱼油3份、磷脂油3份、磷酸二氢钙1.5份、复合维生素0.1份、复合矿物质1份、晶体赖氨酸0.3份、蛋氨酸0.1份、甜菜碱0.1份、氯化胆碱0.3份、左旋肉碱0.02份、维生素E 0.01份、维生素C 0.1份、抗氧化剂0.02份。
其中,抗氧化剂包含如下质量百分比的组分:乙氧基喹啉52%、没食子酸丙酯3%、二氧化硅45%。
上述原料通过以下制备方法制得饲料:
(1)将上述各原料经二次粉碎至90%过80目筛,均匀混合;
(2)再将混合后的原料经调质解调器在98℃下调制3分钟;
(3)然后在120℃下经双螺杆挤压膨化机制粒;
(4)最后在80℃下烘干,冷却后,即制成上述的鲈鱼亲鱼饲料。
实施例2
本实施例提供的提高鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的亲鱼饲料包括如下重量份的组分:木薯淀粉10份、去皮豆粕10份、磷虾粉3份、螺旋藻2份、超级蒸汽鱼粉54份、酵母粉4份、发酵豆粕5份、大豆浓缩蛋白5份、鱼油2份、磷脂油1份、磷酸二氢钙1.6份、复合维生素0.2份、复合矿物质1份、晶体赖氨酸0.2份、蛋氨酸0.2份、甜菜碱0.3份、氯化胆碱0.3份、左旋肉碱0.01份、维生素E0.02份、维生素C0.15份、抗氧化剂0.02份。
其中,抗氧化剂包含如下质量百分比的组分:乙氧基喹啉58%、没食子酸丙酯5%、二氧化硅37%
上述原料通过以下制备方法制得饲料:
(1)将上述各原料经二次粉碎至90%过80目筛,均匀混合;
(2)再将混合后的原料经调质解调器在98℃下调制3分钟;
(3)然后在120℃下经双螺杆挤压膨化机制粒;
(4)最后在80℃下烘干,冷却后,即制成上述的鲈鱼亲鱼饲料。
实施例3
本实施例提供的提高鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的亲鱼饲料包括如下重量份的组分:木薯淀粉10份、去皮豆粕10份、磷虾粉2份、螺旋藻3份、超级蒸汽鱼粉55份、酵母粉5份、发酵豆粕3份、大豆浓缩蛋白3份、鱼油1份、磷脂油1份、磷酸二氢钙1.5-3份、复合维生素0.3份、复合矿物质1份、晶体赖氨酸0.1份、蛋氨酸0.3份、甜菜碱0.3份、氯化胆碱0.1份、左旋肉碱0.01份、维生素E0.03份、维生素C0.2份、抗氧化剂0.01份。
其中,抗氧化剂包含如下质量百分比的组分:乙氧基喹啉60%、没食子酸丙酯2%、二氧化硅38%。
上述原料通过以下制备方法制得饲料:
(1)将上述各原料经二次粉碎至90%过80目筛,均匀混合;
(2)再将混合后的原料经调质解调器在98℃下调制3分钟;
(3)然后在120℃下经双螺杆挤压膨化机制粒;
(4)最后在80℃下烘干,冷却后,即制成上述的鲈鱼亲鱼饲料。
实施例4
本实施例提供的提高鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的亲鱼饲料包括如下重量份的组分:木薯淀粉9份、去皮豆粕25份、磷虾粉2份、螺旋藻3份、超级蒸汽鱼粉51份、酵母粉3.5份、发酵豆粕5份、大豆浓缩蛋白5份、鱼油2份、磷脂油2份、磷酸二氢钙2份、复合维生素0.2份、复合矿物质1份、晶体赖氨酸0.2份、蛋氨酸0.2份、甜菜碱0.2份、氯化胆碱0.2份、左旋肉碱0.015份、维生素E0.015份、维生素C 0.11份、抗氧化剂0.013份。
其中,抗氧化剂包含如下质量百分比的组分:乙氧基喹啉55%、没食子酸丙酯5%、二氧化硅40%。
上述原料通过以下制备方法制得饲料:
(1)将上述各原料经二次粉碎至90%过80目筛,均匀混合;
(2)再将混合后的原料经调质解调器在98℃下调制3分钟;
(3)然后在120℃下经双螺杆挤压膨化机制粒;
(4)最后在80℃下烘干,冷却后,即制成上述的鲈鱼亲鱼饲料。
试验例
选取健康鲈鱼亲鱼7000尾,随机分为7组,第1组投喂实施例1制得的饲料,第2组投喂实施例2制得的饲料,第3组投喂实施例3制得的饲料,第4组投喂实施例4制得的饲料,第5组投喂本发明中不添加磷虾粉、螺旋藻、左旋肉碱的饲料,记为对比例5,第6组投喂市场上销售的常规鲈鱼亲鱼饲料,记为对比例6。
对比例5的饲料包括如下重量份的组分:木薯淀粉10份、去皮豆粕15份、超级蒸汽鱼粉54份、酵母粉4份、发酵豆粕5份、大豆浓缩蛋白5份、鱼油2份、磷脂油1份、磷酸二氢钙1.6份、复合维生素0.2份、复合矿物质1份、晶体赖氨酸0.2份、蛋氨酸0.2份、甜菜碱0.3份、氯化胆碱0.3份、维生素E 0.02份、维生素C 0.15份、抗氧化剂0.02份。
对比例6的饲料包括如下重量份的组分:面粉5份、木薯淀粉5份、去皮豆粕20份、超级蒸汽鱼粉50份、发酵豆粕3份、大豆浓缩蛋白5份、鱼油3份、豆油5份、磷酸二氢钙2份、复合维生素0.2份、复合矿物质1份、晶体赖氨酸0.3份、蛋氨酸0.2份、甜菜碱0.2份、氯化胆碱0.2份、维生素E 0.01份、维生素C 0.1份。
试验在攀枝花米易鲈鱼温棚养殖场进行,养殖场平均水温23℃、pH为7.6、溶氧量为5.5mg/L,试验时间为4个月(2018年10月31日-2019年3月1日),饲料的投饵率为1-1.5%、每天上午8点投喂一次、下午4点投喂一次,喂养后的繁殖结果如下表3所示:

从实施例1-4与对比例1的对比可以明显看出,磷虾粉、螺旋藻、左旋肉碱与本发明配方中的其它物质相互配合,能有效提升亲鱼的喂养效果,起到相辅相成的作用;从实施例1-4与对比例2的对比可以明显看出,本发明提高鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的亲鱼饲料喂养鲈鱼后,得到的养殖性能指标,如产卵量、受精率、孵化率、鱼苗质量等与市场上销售的常规鲈鱼亲鱼饲料相比均有明显优势,是一种能有效改善鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的新型饲料。

Claims (7)
1.一种提高鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的亲鱼饲料,其特征在于,包含如下重量份的组分:木薯淀粉8-10份、去皮豆粕10-25份、磷虾粉3-5份、螺旋藻2-3份、超级蒸汽鱼粉50-55份、酵母粉2-5份、发酵豆粕3-8份、大豆浓缩蛋白3-8份、鱼油1-3份、磷脂油1-3份、磷酸二氢钙1.5-3份、复合维生素0.1-0.3份、复合矿物质1份、晶体赖氨酸0.1-0.3份、蛋氨酸0.1-0.3份、甜菜碱0.1-0.3份、氯化胆碱0.1-0.3份、左旋肉碱0.01-0.02份、维生素E 0.01-0.03份、维生素C0.1-0.2份、抗氧化剂0.01-0.02份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的亲鱼饲料,其特征在于,包含如下重量份的组分:木薯淀粉10份、去皮豆粕10份、磷虾粉3份、螺旋藻2份、超级蒸汽鱼粉54份、酵母粉4份、发酵豆粕5份、大豆浓缩蛋白5份、鱼油2份、磷脂油1份、磷酸二氢钙1.6份、复合维生素0.2份、复合矿物质1份、晶体赖氨酸0.2份、蛋氨酸0.2份、甜菜碱0.3份、氯化胆碱0.3份、左旋肉碱0.01份、维生素E 0.02份、维生素C 0.15份、抗氧化剂0.02份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提高鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的亲鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述复合维生素包含如下重量份的组分:维生素A0.99份、维生素D3 0.025份、维生素K3 6份、维生素B110份、维生素B2 15份、维生素B6 20份、维生素B12 0.03份、烟酰胺50份、D-泛酸20份、叶酸3份、D-生物素0.1份、肌醇80份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的提高鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的亲鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述复合矿物质包括如下重量份的组分:铁8份、铜0.6份、锰2.5份、锌6份、碘0.15份、硒0.045份、钴0.05份、镁12份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的提高鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的亲鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述锌为螯合锌,且螯合锌中锌的质量分数为16%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的提高鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的亲鱼饲料,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂包含如下质量百分比的组分:乙氧基喹啉52-60%、没食子酸丙酯2-5%、二氧化硅37-45%。
7.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的提高鲈鱼亲鱼繁殖性能的亲鱼饲料,其特征在于,采用如下方法制成:
(1)按照配方称取原料,并将各原料经二次粉碎至90%过80目筛,再均匀混合;
(2)将混合后的原料经调质解调器在98℃下调制3分钟;
(3)将调制后的原料在120℃下经双螺杆挤压膨化机制粒;
(4)制粒后在80℃下烘干,最后冷却得到鲈鱼亲鱼饲料。
