As shown in fig. 1-3, the three-dimensional warehouse for rapidly storing molds according to the present invention includes a mold warehousing assembly line 1, a mold ex-warehouse assembly line 2, a mold shelf 3, a tunnel type stacker 4 and a stacker rail 5; the two sides of the stacker track 5 are both provided with a mould shelf 3, the mould warehousing assembly line 1 and the mould ex-warehouse assembly line 2 are arranged at the same end of the mould shelf 3, and the mould warehousing assembly line 1 and the mould ex-warehouse assembly line 2 are respectively positioned at the two sides of the stacker track 5; the roadway stacker 4 moves along the stacker rail 5, and the roadway stacker 4 is used for carrying the molds on the mold warehousing assembly line 1 to the mold shelf 3 or carrying the molds from the mold shelf 3 to the mold ex-warehouse assembly line 2.
The stacker track 5 comprises a top rail 11 and a ground rail 12, and the tunnel type stacker 4 comprises a main body frame 13, an upper walking mechanism 14, a lower walking mechanism 15, a lifting mechanism 16 and a cargo carrying platform 17; the upper traveling mechanism 14 and the lower traveling mechanism 15 are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of the main body frame 13, the upper traveling mechanism 14 and the lower traveling mechanism 15 are respectively matched with the sky rail 11 and the ground rail 12, the lifting mechanism 16 controls the goods carrying platform 17 to lift, and the goods carrying platform 17 is provided with a fork telescopic mechanism 18.
When the intelligent three-dimensional warehouse is in work, a mold is manually placed on a tray, an identification bar code is pasted on the tray, a forklift is conveyed to a storage opening of the intelligent three-dimensional warehouse of the edge-covering mold, the edge-covering mold is bound with the current tray after being manually scanned, then the conveyor performs storage operation, after size detection and reading of the identification bar code on the mold, the stacker forks the mold to perform storage operation, if storage errors or goods are not correctly placed, the conveyor automatically returns the mold and gives an alarm, manual processing is waited, and after storage, a WMS system updates storage information and automatically uploads the information to an upper system.
When the mold is required to be delivered from the warehouse, a worker inputs a mold bar code or a model to be delivered from the warehouse into a stereoscopic warehouse control computer, and after the input is finished, the worker presses a 'delivery' button on the computer; after the stereoscopic warehouse stacker control system receives the ex-warehouse information and the corresponding material coding information sent by the control computer, the tunnel stacker is dispatched to automatically operate to the automatically-specified position of the support system, the corresponding tray is taken out, the support is automatically operated and placed on the automatically-specified ex-warehouse conveyor of the system, meanwhile, the WMS updates the inventory information, and the die is sent to a warehouse outlet.
