Abstract

Description

一种用于内燃机的曲轴箱
本发明涉及的是一种内燃机曲轴箱通风装置,其中包括一个从曲轴箱延伸出来的通风管道和一个设置在其中的液体分离器以及一个用于收集经过分离的液体的收集室,该收集室上带有一排油管道及通向内燃机进气管道的连接管道。
如人们已知,内燃机曲轴箱内的油雾应当被抽出并经过过滤和冷却后回收成机油。
在DE-AS 12 68 902中公开了一种内燃机通风装置。从曲轴箱上的通风孔向上延伸有一根连接管道与进气接管连接。在进气接管内设置有一个带有滤网的冷凝液分离室。从该分离室引出一根带有一个单向阀的排油管通向大气。分离出来的机油直接通过通风接管的侧壁流回到曲轴箱中。但是,在通风接管内空气流速较高时将阻碍机油的回流。此时,机油被气流带入进气接管并进入燃烧流程中。
为此,在DE-OS31 07 191公开的方案中,在通风管道内增设了一个排油管道,液体经由该管道从收集室流向曲轴箱。不过,该排油管道只有在液体分离器处于精确的水平位置时才能可靠地工作。然而,在装有这类曲轴箱通风装置的汽车用内燃机上并不能始终保持该水平位置。因此,在收集室内可能会贮积大量液体,这些液体不能可靠地被排出。因而这部分液体也会被高速气流带到进气接管中从而被带到燃烧过程中。
本发明的任务是提供一种曲轴箱通风装置,该装置也可在车用内燃机上可靠地工作。
解决以上任务的技术方案在于:
一种内燃机曲轴箱通风装置,其中包括一个从曲轴箱延伸出来的通风管道、一个设置在其中的液体分离器、一个用于收集经过分离的液体的收集室,该收集室上带有一排油管道及一个通向内燃机进气管道的连接管道,其中,在与所述的第一排油管道径向相对的位置上还设置有另一排油管道,或者,
在收集室的不同位置上至少设置有另外两个排油管道。
本发明的优点是,通过设置多个接口,或者说排油管道,即使在液体分离器处于倾斜位置时也能可靠地将贮积的机油排出。
在另一实施形式中,使各个排油管道汇入一个共同的管道,该管道从通风管道内腔穿过通到曲轴箱中。
在又一实施形式中,在容装被分离液体的沟槽上设置有接口,用于与排油管道连接。
本发明的其他优选实施形式的特征可由权利要求书及说明书和附图中表示出。其中,可以由各特征单独地构成本发明的实施形式或由若干特征的组合构成本发明的实施形式和在其他领域加以实施并可构成优选的和要求专利保护的实施方案。
以下借助一个实施例进一步说明本发明。
附图中表示了一个内燃机曲轴箱通风装置上的机油分离器。
如图所示,曲轴箱通风装置是由一个从曲轴箱1延伸出来的通风管道2和一个漏斗形液体分离器3构成的。其中,分离器3上带有分离填料4及一个通向活塞式发动机(图中未示)的进气侧的抽气管道5。在液体分离器3中,有一个与之结构相应的底部筛网6构成了一个环形沟槽,用作被分离出来的液体的收集室7。该沟槽位于液体分离器3向通风管道2过渡的区域内。一个排油管道8由该沟槽经由通风管道2的内腔返回到曲轴箱1中。由此使得经过分离后又返回的机油与向上方流动的排气相互分开,即相互无接触。在排油管道8的端部10上可根据需要在曲轴箱1的范围内插上一根软管11。该软管的材料最好采用耐油塑料。软管11通向曲轴箱1内的稳流区内。
与第一排油管道8相并行的还有另一根排油管道12。两管道在径向上处于径向相对的位置上。毋庸置疑,也可以设置譬如三根或四根排油管道。由此可以保证,处于收集室7内的液体在几乎所看偏离于水平的位置上均可从机油分离器中被排出。所有的排油管道汇集到一个总排油管道13中。如前已提及,该总管道可连接一根软管11。
在机油分离器上设置有一个阀14,该阀用于限制由吸气管反作用的负压。该阀由一个阀座15、一个橡胶弹性件16及一个弹簧17构成。当抽气管道5中的负压很高时,阀上的弹性件16将克服弹簧17的弹性力向下移动从而封住或减小机油分离器的通流截面,由此保证该不容许的负压增高不至于延及到曲轴箱中。
在机油分离器的盖18上设置有一个膜式通风阀19。该阀的作用是使处于膜片16上方的腔室通风或充气。

Claims (4)

1.一种内燃机曲轴箱通风装置,其中包括一个从曲轴箱延伸出来的通风管道、一个设置在其中的液体分离器、一个用于收集经过分离的液体的收集室,该收集室上带有一排油管道,以及一个通向内燃机进气管道的连接管道,其特征在于,在与所述的第一排油管道(8)径向相对的位置上还设置有另一排油管道(12)。
2.一种内燃机曲轴箱通风装置,其中包括一个从曲轴箱延伸出来的通风管道、一个设置在其中的液体分离器、一个用于收集经过分离的液体的收集室,该收集室上带有一排油管道,以及一个通向内燃机进气管道的连接管道,其特征在于,在收集室(7)的不同位置上至少设置有另外两个排油管道(12)。
3.按照以上权利要求之一所述的曲轴箱通风装置,其特征在于,排油管道(8、12)汇入一个共同的排油管道(13)中。
4.按照以上权利要求之一所述的曲轴箱通风装置,其特征在于,收集室(7)具有一个环形沟槽,该环形沟槽上的排油孔与排油管道(8、12)连通。
