7. The apparatus for improving saline-alkali soil according to claim 4, wherein the second agitating shaft (8) is symmetrically fixed to one end of the rotating shaft (63).
8. Apparatus for the reclamation of saline-alkali soil according to claim 2, wherein a shield (9) is fixed to the bottom of the two discharge channels and the synchronizing wheel (37) is located inside the shield (9).
