The device for saline-alkali soil improvement according to claim 3, wherein the throwing device (6) comprises a fixed cylinder (61), a connecting rod (62), a rotating rod (63), a second servo motor (64), a rotating disc (65) and an arc-shaped strip (66), the fixed cylinder (61) is fixed on the lower surface of the mounting plate (1), one end of the connecting pipe (38) is communicated with the fixed cylinder (61), the connecting rod (62) is fixed on the bottom of the inner wall of the fixed cylinder (61), the rotating rod (63) is rotatably connected in the middle of the connecting rod (62) through a bearing, the top of the rotating rod (63) is rotatably connected with the mounting plate (1) through a bearing, the second servo motor (64) is fixed on one end of the upper surface of the mounting plate (1) close to the rotating rod (63), the output end of the second servo motor (64) is fixedly connected with the rotating rod (63), the rotating disc (65) is fixed on the bottom of the rotating rod (63), and carousel (65) upper surface is the toper setting, carousel (65) upper surface equidistance is fixed with arc strip (66).

7. The apparatus for improving saline-alkali soil according to claim 4, wherein the second agitating shaft (8) is symmetrically fixed to one end of the rotating shaft (63).
8. Apparatus for the reclamation of saline-alkali soil according to claim 2, wherein a shield (9) is fixed to the bottom of the two discharge channels and the synchronizing wheel (37) is located inside the shield (9).
