本发明公开了一种便携式货物爬坡运输架装置,其结构包括运输装置、机架,运输装置安装于机架上,运输装置包括链条、卡块、卡槽、限位块、驱动电机、驱动齿轮、从动齿轮,驱动齿轮和从动齿轮均与链条相啮合,从动齿轮通过轴承安装于机架上,驱动齿轮与驱动电机相连接,卡块安装于链条上,卡块与卡槽为一体化结构,限位块安装于卡槽内,易于后期的维修保养,且方便移动可适应多个场景下,例如搬家时货物上车,工厂流水线带作业等,实用方便,对货物的抓附力好,可爬坡角度大,且通过传输带上的花纹及限位块,避免在爬坡时货物后溜,造成损坏,还可根据货物的体积大小进行限位块间距的调节,以适应多种货箱,提升运输效率。

本发明是一种便携式货物爬坡运输架装置,属于运输领域。
背景技术
目前,传输带被广泛应用在货物运输领域,现有的传输带除了可在同一水平方向上进行运输外,还可通过爬坡机将货物运输到不同的高度,从而提高货物转移的效率。
但是现有技术在爬坡过程仅依靠货物与传输带面对面的摩擦力进行固定,对高坡度或货物体积大质量重的情况下就极易发生打滑,使得货物无法运输。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种便携式货物爬坡运输架装置,其结构包括运输装置、机架,所述运输装置安装于机架上,所述运输装置包括链条、卡块、卡槽、限位块、驱动电机、驱动齿轮、从动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮和从动齿轮均与链条相啮合,所述从动齿轮通过轴承安装于机架上,所述驱动齿轮与驱动电机相连接,所述卡块安装于链条上,所述卡块与卡槽为一体化结构,所述限位块安装于卡槽内。
为优化上述技术方案,进一步采取的措施为:
根据一种优选方式,所述卡块设有若干个且均与链条相焊接。
根据一种优选方式,所述卡槽截面为“凸”字状,且所述卡槽两侧折角处为锐角状。
根据一种优选方式,所述限位块截面“凸”字状,所述限位块两侧折角处为锐角状,且所述限位块顶部具有斜角。
根据一种优选方式,所述运输装置设有两组对称安装于机架两侧,且所述机架底部设有万向轮。
根据一种优选方式,所述限位块贯穿于两组的卡块,两组所述运输装置之间设有传输带,且所述传输带安装于机架上,所述传输带表面设有花纹。
根据一种优选方式,所述传输带通过电机驱动。
有益效果
(1)本发明结构简单,易于后期的维修保养,且方便移动可适应多个场景下,例如搬家时货物上车,工厂流水线带作业等,实用方便。
(2)本发明对货物的抓附力好,可爬坡角度大,且通过传输带上的花纹及限位块,避免在爬坡时货物后溜,造成损坏。
(3)本发明还可根据货物的体积大小进行限位块间距的调节,以适应多种货箱,提升运输效率。

请参阅图1-图3,本发明提供一种便携式货物爬坡运输架装置:其结构包括运输装置1、机架2,所述运输装置1安装于机架2上,所述运输装置1包括链条101、卡块102、卡槽103、限位块104、驱动电机105、驱动齿轮106、从动齿轮107,所述驱动齿轮106和从动齿轮107均与链条101相啮合,所述从动齿轮107通过轴承安装于机架2上,所述驱动齿轮106与驱动电机105相连接,所述卡块102安装于链条101上,所述卡块102与卡槽103为一体化结构,所述限位块104安装于卡槽103内,所述卡块102设有若干个且均与链条101相焊接,所述卡槽103截面为“凸”字状,且所述卡槽103两侧折角处为锐角状,所述限位块104截面“凸”字状,所述限位块104两侧折角处为锐角状,且所述限位块104顶部具有斜角,所述运输装置1设有两组对称安装于机架2两侧,且所述机架2底部设有万向轮,所述限位块104贯穿于两组的卡块102,两组所述运输装置1之间设有传输带3,且所述传输带3安装于机架2上,所述传输带3表面设有花纹,所述传输带3通过电机驱动。
工作原理;通过启动驱动电机105及传输带3,驱动电机105将使得驱动齿轮106发生转动,通过驱动齿轮106和从动齿轮107相互配合传动链条101,使得链条101发生移动,卡块102将跟随链条101发生移动,同时根据货物体积大小选择合适的间距在卡槽103上安装限位块104,通过限位块104对货物进行限位,避免在爬坡过程货物从传输带3上滑落。
本专利所说的。控制方式是通过控制器来自动控制,控制器的控制电路通过本领域的技术人员简单编程即可实现,属于本领域的公知常识,并且本发明主要用来保护机械装置,所以本发明不再详细解释控制方式和电路连接

1.一种便携式货物爬坡运输架装置,其特征在于:其结构包括运输装置(1)、机架(2),所述运输装置(1)安装于机架(2)上,所述运输装置(1)包括链条(101)、卡块(102)、卡槽(103)、限位块(104)、驱动电机(105)、驱动齿轮(106)、从动齿轮(107),所述驱动齿轮(106)和从动齿轮(107)均与链条(101)相啮合,所述从动齿轮(107)通过轴承安装于机架(2)上,所述驱动齿轮(106)与驱动电机(105)相连接,所述卡块(102)安装于链条(101)上,所述卡块(102)与卡槽(103)为一体化结构,所述限位块(104)安装于卡槽(103)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式货物爬坡运输架装置,其特征在于:所述卡块(102)设有若干个且均与链条(101)相焊接。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式货物爬坡运输架装置,其特征在于:所述限位块(104)截面“凸”字状,所述限位块(104)两侧折角处为锐角状,且所述限位块(104)顶部具有斜角。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式货物爬坡运输架装置,其特征在于:所述运输装置(1)设有两组对称安装于机架(2)两侧,且所述机架(2)底部设有万向轮。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种便携式货物爬坡运输架装置,其特征在于:所述限位块(104)贯穿于两组的卡块(102),两组所述运输装置(1)之间设有传输带(3),且所述传输带(3)安装于机架(2)上,所述传输带(3)表面设有花纹。
