Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有香茅的饲料添加剂及其制备方法,由发酵菌种和以下重量份数的原料混合发酵制成:香茅叶或香茅渣750~900份、八角渣150~300份、柠檬桉叶100~200份、油茶粕300~450份、肉桂渣150~300份,混匀后采用水提取后得提取液和浸提废渣,浸提废渣和香茅叶作为固态发酵基质,混合固体发酵菌,海藻糖和蔗糖作为碳源,硫酸铵作为氮源,经固态发酵,经烘干、粉碎,压制成颗粒,混合日粮喂养;提取液经减压浓缩,混合液体发酵菌(保加利亚乳杆菌、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌)和海藻糖,液态发酵,过滤,滤液作为饲料添加剂。本发明的香茅饲料添加剂营养价值高、适口性好,不仅能提高禽兽的抗病性,禽兽的增重效果显著,还能提高肉质及去除肉腥味。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于饲料添加剂技术领域,具体是一种含有香茅的饲料添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在动物饲养中广泛使用抗生素、化学合成药物、激素、β-兴奋剂、重金属、镇静剂等促生长保健剂。抗生素等促生长保健剂在饲料中的应用历史由来已久,它创造了养殖业和饲料工业的革命,使得规模养殖在全世界范围内得到了迅速发展,动物的生产数量和饲料转化率得到大幅度提高。但长期以来使用抗生素等非绿色饲料添加剂,导致了如下的问题:畜禽和水产产品中药物残留严重,直接危害人体健康;畜禽和水产产品品质下降,缺乏市场竞争力和信任感;细菌耐药性增强、耐药菌株增多,威胁人类安全;破坏生态环境等。
当前农业部已经发布了有关规定:自2020年1月1日起,退出除中药外的所有促生长类药物饲料添加剂品种,兽药生产企业停止生产、进口兽药代理商停止进口相应兽药产品,同时注销相应的兽药产品批准文号和进口兽药注册证书。自2020年7月1日起,饲料生产企业停止生产含有促生长类药物饲料添加剂(中药类除外)的商品饲料。因此,研究抗生素的替代品是当今社会的迫切需求。
香茅草,别名包茅,为多年生草本,禾本科,白茅属。分布于我国广西、广东、辽宁、河北、山东、河南、安徽、江苏、浙江、江西、湖北等地。香茅草中含有鞣质、蛋白质、蒽醌类、黄酮类、酚类以及挥发油类等活性成分外,还含有丰富的蛋白、脂肪、粗纤维等营养物质。香茅草本身散发出一种天然浓郁的柠檬香味,有和胃通气、醒脑催情的特殊功效。近年来,随着香料市场的不断扩大,当前香茅出现了规模化种植,其鲜草主要用来提取0.7~1% 的挥发油作为香精,剩下95~99% 的下脚料都丢弃处理。
当前也有关于利用香茅渣作为饲料添加剂,如CN 201611091810.8公开了一种利用香茅草残渣制备饲料添加剂的方法,包括以下过程:分别取康宁木霉、宇佐美曲霉和白地霉,按1~1.5∶1~1.5∶1~1.5的比例混合,制成复合酶,并置入培养箱中进行扩大培养,成为复合发酵菌种;将香茅草残渣、八角残渣、桂皮残渣中加入残渣重量1%的复合发酵菌种,并加入适量的水,使其保持含水量在40~50%,用搅拌机搅拌均匀,成为混合料;混合料置入发酵罐中,密封在26~28℃下进行发酵,发酵时间72 h,出料,成为发酵料;发酵料投入干燥装置中,在80℃下干燥到含水量低于12%;干燥料经粉碎机粉碎后,过60目筛。该方案对废弃物进行充分利用,并且用于养殖,对饲养的禽畜具有很有的保健药效。但该方案香茅草残渣需要经过发酵处理,且各原料配比不合理,采用的发酵菌种发酵效果不好等原因,使得香茅作为饲料添加剂时,对鸡、鸭、鹅等家禽的增重、提高肉质及防病效果不太理想。且香茅草中含有月桂烯,畜禽难以接受这种刺激的味道,导致禽畜的适口性较差。因此,当前香茅草难以作为牧草品种直接饲养畜禽。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种含有香茅的饲料添加剂及其制备方法。本发明提供饲料添加剂以林业加工剩余物作为原料,再加入复合菌种进行发酵,制得的饲料添加剂无难闻刺激性气味,适口性好,不仅能提高禽兽的抗病性,禽兽的增重效果较为显著,还能提高肉质及去除肉的腥味。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种含有香茅的饲料添加剂,包括如下质量百分含量的原料:香茅叶或挥发油提取后的香茅渣750份~900份、八角渣150份~300份、柠檬桉叶100份~200份、肉桂渣150份~300份、油茶粕300份~400份、液体发酵复合菌1.0份~2.5份、固体发酵混合菌2.0份~3.5份;所述液体发酵复合菌由保加利亚乳杆菌、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌组成,所述固体发酵混合菌由放线菌、雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌、黑曲霉菌组成。
进一步地,所述香茅草为Cymbopogon citratus (DC.) Stapf饲草型柠檬香茅。
进一步地,所述液体发酵复合菌由质量比为0.5:1.0:1.5的保加利亚乳杆菌、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌组成。
进一步地,所述固体发酵复合菌由质量比为0.5:1.0:1.5的放线菌、雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌、黑曲霉菌组成。
进一步地,所述香茅为晒干的香茅叶或提取精油剩余的香茅渣。
进一步地,香茅每次采收时,采收部位从茎以上10~15公分开始采收。
本发明还提供所述含有香茅的饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将香茅、八角渣、肉桂渣及茶粕混合均匀,用水浸提后,过滤,滤液经减压浓缩后,加入液体发酵复合菌,海藻糖和蔗糖作为碳源,硫酸铵作为氮源,混合均匀,在密封环境下25~30℃,pH4~7,发酵30~40天后,即得香茅液体饲料添加剂;浸提的滤渣,混合香茅叶,在25~37℃,发酵40~50天,经干燥,粉碎之后,压制成颗粒圆柱型(d1.0cm,h2.0cm),制成香茅固体饲料添加剂。
进一步地,所述饲料添加剂应用于鸡、鸭或鹅的喂养。
进一步地,所述饲料添加剂是以5~15%的添加量与基础日粮或饲料拌匀后即可喂养。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点及有益效果为:
1、本发明提供的饲料添加剂以香茅、八角渣、肉桂渣、油茶粕等林业加工剩余物作为原料,用水浸提之后,再加入固体发酵混合菌和液体发酵菌种进行发酵,制得的饲料添加剂无难闻刺激性气味,适口性好;能提高禽兽的抗病性,禽兽的增重效果较为显著,还能提高肉质及去除肉的腥味。
2、本发明在饲料添加剂中加入油茶粕,油茶粕的主要成分为粗蛋白、脂肪、糖类、纤维、茶皂素等有效成分,不仅能促进畜禽的增重,还利于发酵菌的繁殖,茶皂素能提高鸡鸭鹅的抗病性,油茶粕还有茶油的香味,能提高动物的适口性。
3、香茅草品种有几百种类,但每一品种的生物产量、挥发油和主成分含量存在较大区别,经过发明人长期的试验结果发现本发明采用饲草型柠檬香茅(Cymbopogon citratus (DC.) Stapf),与其他香茅草对比,香茅的主要成分中月桂烯含量明显减少(低于15%),能够显著提高畜禽对饲料的适口性;该品种的香茅草能够在低温的冬天生长,解决了当前香茅不能越冬,畜禽饲料添加剂紧缺的难题;且该品种的香茅生物量大,亩产量与普通香茅亩产量可提高1~2倍,且生命周期与其他品种相比可延长2~3年;该品种的香茅能够解决了现有香茅作为饲料添加剂时存在适口性较差、产量低、经济效益低等缺陷。
4、本发明香茅采收时采收部位从叶子上部10~15公分开始采收,该采收部位能够使得采收后的香茅快速生长,2个月可采收一次,采收周期明显缩短,经济效益明显提高。
本发明以保加利亚乳杆菌、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌作为液体发酵菌种,以放线菌、雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌、黑曲霉菌作为固体发酵混合菌。不仅能够利于果胶、纤维素和木质素的降解,发酵后得到的饲料添加剂中,蛋白质、橙花醛、香叶醛、肉桂醛、总黄酮等有效化合物明显增加,增加了饲料的适口性,有利于动物对饲料的吸收,提高饲喂效果;且冠突散囊菌不仅有利于调理动物肠胃,还能散发出香味,提高饲料适口性。
5、本发明提供的饲料添加剂能够以5~15%的添加量加入饲料中,不仅能够明显降低了饲料成本,饲养的鸡鸭鹅脖子脖子光滑,没腥味,体内氨基酸成分增加,肉质明显优于市场上的饲料鸡鸭,出售价格高于市场上的饲料鸡鸭,显著提高农户的收入。本饲料添加剂具有很好的社会效益和经济效益,具有很好的市场推广前景,有望成为抗生素的替代品。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。应该强调的是,下述说明仅仅是示例性的,而不是为了限制本发明的范围及其应用。
柠檬香茅草种存在显著的表观和理化特性显著差异,大部分家系因生物产量、挥发油和主成分含量不同。申请人经过长期研究发现普通柠檬(油用型)香茅品种与本申请所用的饲草型柠檬香茅品种的主要成分及生物产量存在以下区别。具体如表1所示,其中1~3为普通油用型柠檬香茅品种;4~6为饲草型柠檬香茅品种。

因此,本发明采用饲草型柠檬香茅(Cymbopogon citratus (DC.) Stapf)作为原料,与其他香茅草对比,香茅的主要成分中月桂烯含量明显减少(低于15%),能够显著提高畜禽对饲料的适口性;该品种的香茅草能够在低温的冬天生长,解决了当前香茅不能越冬,畜禽饲料添加剂紧缺的难题;且该品种的香茅生物量大,亩产量与普通香茅亩产量可提高1~2倍。
其次,发明人经过多次试验还发现香茅每次采收后从茎以上10~15公分开始采收,能够使得采收后的香茅快速生长,2个月可采收一次,与常用的平地采收相比,采收周期缩短15~30天。
实施例1
一种含有香茅的饲料添加剂,包括如下质量百分含量的原料:挥发油提取后的香茅渣800份、八角渣250份、柠檬桉叶150份、肉桂渣200份、油茶粕300份、液体发酵复合菌2.0份、固体发酵混合菌3.0份;所述液体发酵复合菌由质量比为0.5:1.0:1.5的保加利亚乳杆菌、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌组成,所述固体发酵混合菌由质量比为0.5:1.0:1.5放线菌、雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌、黑曲霉菌组成。
其制备方法为,包括如下步骤:将香茅、八角渣、肉桂渣及茶粕混合均匀,用水浸提后,过滤,滤液经减压浓缩后,加入液体发酵复合菌,海藻糖和蔗糖作为碳源,硫酸铵作为氮源,混合均匀,在密封环境下25~30℃,pH4~7,发酵30~40天后,即得香茅液体饲料添加剂;浸提的滤渣,混合香茅叶,在25~37℃,发酵40~50天,经干燥,粉碎之后,压制成颗粒圆柱型((d1.0cm,h2.0cm),制成香茅固体饲料添加剂。
将本实施例的饲料添加剂用于饲养肉鸡,每组实验所饲养的量相同,其中基础日粮为玉米、豆粕、米糠、花生枯组成,饲喂肉鸡后检测肉质的成分如表2所示。

从上述检测结果得知,本发明提供的饲料添加剂加入饲料中,不仅能够明显降低了饲料成本,饲养的肉鸡体内氨基酸成分增加,肉质明显优于市场上的饲料鸡鸭。
实施例2
一种含有香茅的饲料添加剂,包括如下质量百分含量的原料:挥发油提取后的香茅渣900份、八角渣200份、柠檬桉叶120份、肉桂渣250份、油茶粕350份、液体发酵复合菌2.5份、固体发酵混合菌2.5份;所述液体发酵复合菌由质量比为0.5:1.0:1.5的保加利亚乳杆菌、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌组成,所述固体发酵混合菌由质量比为0.5:1.0:1.5放线菌、雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌、黑曲霉菌组成。

1.一种含有香茅的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:包括如下质量百分含量的原料:香茅叶或挥发油提取后的香茅渣750份~900份、八角渣150份~300份、柠檬桉叶100份~200份、肉桂渣150份~300份、油茶粕300份~400份、液体发酵复合菌1.0份~2.5份、固体发酵混合菌2.0份~3.5份;所述液体发酵复合菌由保加利亚乳杆菌、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌组成,所述固体发酵混合菌由放线菌、雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌、黑曲霉菌组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述含有香茅的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述香茅草为Cymbopogon citratus (DC.) Stapf饲草型柠檬香茅。
3.根据权利要求1所述含有香茅的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述液体发酵复合菌由质量比为0.5:1.0:1.5的保加利亚乳杆菌、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述香茅的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述固体发酵复合菌由质量比为0.5:1.0:1.5的放线菌、雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌、黑曲霉菌组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述含有香茅的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述香茅为晒干的香茅叶或提取精油剩余的香茅渣。
6.根据权利要求2所述含有香茅的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:香茅每次采收时,采收部位从茎以上10~15公分开始采收。
7.如权利要求1所述一种含有香茅的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:将香茅、八角渣、肉桂渣及茶粕混合均匀,用水浸提后,过滤,滤液经减压浓缩后,加入液体发酵复合菌,海藻糖和蔗糖作为碳源,硫酸铵作为氮源,混合均匀,在密封环境下25~30℃,pH4~7,发酵30~40天后,即得香茅液体饲料添加剂;浸提的滤渣,混合香茅叶,在25~37℃,发酵40~50天,经干燥,粉碎之后,压制成颗粒圆柱型,制成香茅固体饲料添加剂。
8.如权利要求1所述一种含有香茅的饲料添加剂的应用,其特征在于:所述饲料添加剂应用于鸡、鸭或鹅的喂养。
9.根据权利要求7所述含有香茅的饲料添加剂的应用,其特征在于:所述饲料添加剂是以5~15%的添加量与基础日粮或饲料拌匀后即可喂养。
