本发明涉及铝型材制造工艺领域,特别涉及一种铝单板的高效清洗装置。
背景技术
铝单板是指经过铬化等处理后,再采用氟碳喷涂技术,加工形成的建筑装饰材料。铝单板具有重量轻,钢性好,安装施工方便快捷等优点,是装饰幕墙中常用的材料。
在制作铝单板的过程中,有需要对铝单板进行清洗的过程。清洗铝单板表面并在其表面形成钝化层,增强油漆附着力及增加涂层抗腐蚀能力。在清洗时需要用不同的清洗液对铝单板进行清洗,普通的清洗池只采用浸洗的方式对铝单板进行处理,而每次浸洗时都会将若干的铝单板进行堆放,使铝单板的浸洗需要较多的时间。针对以上问题,以下提出一种解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种铝单板的高效清洗装置,具有能够对堆叠的铝单板进行推动,使铝单板之间发生位移差,从而使液体能够更好的与铝单板表面接触,使铝单板的清洗更加便捷的优点。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种铝单板的高效清洗装置,包括吊具与四个清洗池,四个所述清洗池包括一级池、二级池、三级池和四级池,四个所述清洗池的结构相同,所述清洗池两侧的侧壁上对称的设有进液口,所述清洗池的底部埋设有出液管,所述出液管的一端与清洗池的底部相通,所述出液管的一端设有阀门,所述吊具包括吊杆与吊篮,所述吊篮包括上边框、下边框和若干连接柱,所述吊杆与上边框的上端固定连接,所述连接柱的上端与上边框固定连接,所述连接柱的下端与下边框固定连接,所述连接柱包括若干连接块,所述连接块的上端面设有滑槽,所述连接块的下端面设有滑块,所述滑块位于滑槽内,且与滑槽滑动配合,所述滑块的两侧固设有限位块,所述滑槽的两端均固设有限位片,所述限位片与限位块配合,所述清洗池的下端面设有固定槽,所述下边框与固定槽配合,所述清洗池的侧壁上设有若干防护壳,所述防护壳内设有电动推杆,所述电动推杆与上边框配合。
采用上述技术方案,将需要浸洗的铝单板放置到吊篮内,之后通过外界的起吊装置与吊杆固定,将吊篮吊起,并放入到一级池内,下边框会放入到固定槽内,一级池内的液体会对吊篮内的铝单板进行浸洗,之后电动推杆启动,向一侧推动上边框,上边框会带动与之固定的连接块移动,使若干连接块之间出现水平的位移差,从而使上边框与下边框之间出现水平方向上的位移差,若干连接块会推动铝单板移动,使若干了铝单板之间也产生水平位移差,从而使液体与位于中部的铝单板表面充分接触,等一段时间后,再反向推动上边框,使若干铝单板向另一侧倾斜,从而使液体能够与铝单板的另一侧接触,从而完成对铝单板的浸洗,当一级池内浸洗完成后,再将铝单板放入到二级池内,重复上述操作,之后依次放入三级池和四级池,完后对铝单板的浸洗。
作为优选,所述电动推杆的输出轴上固设有推架,所述推架呈]形,所述推架与上边框配合,所述推架的一侧固设有软垫。
采用上述技术方案,电动推杆启动,带动推架移动,推架的凹陷处正好抵在上边框的侧壁上,软垫能够减少推架与上边框之间的磨损,使电动推杆能够更好的完成对上边框的推动。
作为优选,所述连接块的侧壁上固设有推柱,所述推柱四侧的侧壁上均设有刷毛。
采用上述技术方案,当电动推杆推动上边框移动时,连接块会带动推柱移动,使推柱能够推动铝单板移动,推柱上的刷毛也能对铝单板的表面进行刷洗,将铝单板表面的杂质去除。
作为优选,所述清洗池两侧的侧壁上对称的设有板槽,所述板槽内设有滤网,所述滤网与板槽配合,所述滤网上开设有若干滤孔,所述滤网的下端设有转杆,所述转杆的两端均插接在板槽的侧壁上,且与板槽转动连接,所述清洗池的侧壁上嵌设有电机一,所述电机一的输出轴与转杆的一端固定连接。
采用上述技术方案,当清洗池内没有吊具时,启动电机一,电机一会带动转杆转动,从而使转杆带动滤网转动,使滤网从竖直状态转动到水平状态,滤网会将液体内的杂质向下压,使杂质聚集在清洗池的底部,便于将杂质排出。
作为优选,所述清洗池的底面呈漏斗形,所述出液管位于清洗池底面的最低处,所述清洗池的底面设有网板,所述网板位于清洗池底面的最高处。
采用上述技术方案,聚集到清洗池底部的杂质会沿着清洗池的底面移动,并在清洗池底部的最低处聚集,方便对杂质的排出。
作为优选,所述清洗池的侧壁内设有收卷槽,所述收卷槽内设有收卷辊,所述收卷槽的一侧固设有电机二,所述电机二的输出轴与收卷辊的一端固定连接,所述收卷辊上缠绕有抵片,所述收卷槽的一侧开设有出料口,所述抵片的一侧穿过出料口,且与出料口滑动配合,所述抵片的一侧固设有密封块,所述清洗池另一侧的侧壁上设有密封槽,所述密封块与密封槽配合。
采用上述技术方案,电机二启动,带动收卷辊移动,使收卷辊上的抵片从出料口移出,抵片会带动密封块移动,使密封块进入到密封槽内,且与密封槽固定,抵片会将清洗池隔开,使抵片上端的液体不会很快流入到抵片下端,方便对抵片下端的液体和杂质进行排除,节约资源。
作为优选,所述密封槽的内壁上设有磁块,所述密封块与磁块相吸。
采用上述技术方案,密封块也为磁性材质,能够与磁块相互吸引,当密封块进入到密封槽内后,密封块会与磁块固定,防止液压将抵片压开,使抵片下方的排液能够顺利进行。
作为优选,所述一级池内设有碱溶液,所述三级池内设有酸溶液,所述二级池与四级池内均设有清洗液。
采用上述技术方案,铝单板依次经过碱洗,水洗,酸洗和水洗四个步骤,能够顺利完成对铝单板的清洗。

如图1至图6所示,一种铝单板的高效清洗装置,包括吊具与四个清洗池1,四个清洗池1的结构相同,四个清洗池1包括一级池、二级池、三级池和四级池。需要清洗的铝单板由吊具带动,依次放入到一级池、二级池、三级池、四级池内进行清洗。一级池内设有碱溶液,三级池内设有酸溶液,二级池与四级池内均设有清洗液。铝单板会依次经过碱洗、水洗、酸洗、水洗,四个步骤将铝单板表面清洗完毕。
清洗池1两侧的侧壁上对称的设有进液口2,从进液口2处,可以将各种液体送入到对应的清洗池1内。
吊具包括吊杆5与吊篮6,吊篮6包括上边框7、下边框8和若干连接柱9。需要清洗的铝单板放置到下边框8上,下边框8对铝单板进行支撑。吊杆5与上边框7的上端固定连接,外界的起吊装置与吊杆5的上端固定,使起吊装置能够将吊篮6和铝单板吊起,并进行移动。
连接柱9包括若干连接块10,连接块10的上端面设有滑槽,连接块10的下端面设有滑块11,滑块11与滑槽滑动配合。当上边框7与下边框8在水平方向上需要发生位移时,各个连接块10之间也会相互滑动,使上边框7和下边框8能够顺利的发生位移。
滑块11的两侧固设有限位块12,滑槽的两端均固设有限位片。限位片将滑槽两端的开口宽度缩小,使滑块11能够从开口处通过,限位块12无法从开口处通过,即滑块11只能够在一定的范围内滑动,防止相邻的两块连接块10分离。
清洗池1的侧壁上设有若干防护壳15,防护壳15内设有电动推杆16。防护壳15能够对电动推杆16进行保护,防止液体与电动推杆16直接接触。电动推杆16的输出轴上固设有]形的推架17。电动推杆16启动后,会带动推架17移动。推架17的高度与上边框7的高度保持一致,推架17会抵在上边框7的一侧,推动上边框7水平移动。推架17的一侧固设有软垫,软垫能够防止推架17与上边框7之间硬硬接触,从而防止推架17和上边框7的磨损。
清洗池1的下端面设有固定槽14,下边框8与固定槽14配合。当电动推杆16推动上边框7移动时,先将下边框8放入到固定槽14内,使下边框8不会发生移动,从而使上边框7与下边框8之间能够发生位移。
当上边框7水平移动后,若干连接块10也会发生水平位移。连接块10的侧壁上固设有推柱18,连接块10会带动推柱18移动,推柱18会推动铝单板移动,使若干铝单板之间能够产生水平位移,从而使液体能够与铝单板充分接触,有利于对铝单板的清洗。推柱18四侧的侧壁上均设有刷毛,刷毛能够对铝单板的表面进行刷洗,有利于对铝单板的清洗。
清洗池1两侧的侧壁上对称的设有板槽,板槽内设有滤网19,滤网19的下端设有转杆。转杆转动时会带动滤网19转动,使滤网19的上端向清洗池1内做圆周运动。清洗池1的侧壁上嵌设有电机一,电机一的输出轴与转杆的一端固定连接。电机一启动后会带转杆转动,转杆带动滤网19转动,使滤网19的一侧从液面的上方向下移动,将液体中的杂质都向下推动,使杂质聚集在清洗池1的底面。
清洗池1的底面呈漏斗形,杂质会沿着漏斗形的清洗池1底面滑动,聚集到清洗池1底面的最低处。清洗池1的底部埋设有出液管3,出液管3的一端设有阀门4。出液管3位于清洗池1的底部的最低处,当杂质聚集后,打开阀门4,可以将杂质和清洗池1内的液体一起通过出液管3排出。
清洗池1的侧壁内设有收卷槽,收卷槽内设有收卷辊21,收卷槽的一侧固设有电机二,电机二的输出轴与收卷辊21的一端固定连接。电机二启动后会带动收卷辊21转动,收卷辊21上缠绕有抵片23,收卷辊21转动时会将抵片23从收卷辊21上放出,或者对抵片23进行收卷。
收卷槽的一侧开设有出料口,抵片23与出料口滑动配合,当收卷辊21将抵片23放出时,抵片23会从出料口处移出收卷槽,并进入到清洗池1内。抵片23的一侧固设有密封块20,清洗池1另一侧的侧壁上设有密封槽,密封槽的内壁上设有磁块13。抵片23会带动密封块20移动,使密封块20向密封槽靠近。当密封块20进入到密封槽内后,磁块13会对密封块20产生一个吸力,使密封块20与磁块13固定。密封块20为磁铁,能与磁块13之间相互吸引,使磁块13与密封块20的固定更加牢固。
清洗池1的底面设有网板22,网板22位于清洗池1底面的最高处。抵片23位于网板22的上方,当抵片23移动时,网板22会对抵片23进行支撑,使抵片23不会向下移动,从而使密封块20能够顺利的进入到密封槽内。
抵片23会将清洗池1分为上下两个部分,当滤网19将杂质聚集到清洗池1底部时,抵片23将清洗池1隔开。之后打开阀门4,阀门4为电磁阀门4,通过电信号控制。阀门4打开后,位于抵片23下方的液体会带着杂质进入到出液管3中,并通过出液管3排出。位于抵片23上方的液体,只能从抵片23与清洗池1侧壁的空隙中慢慢流出,流量较小,能够使位于抵片23上方的液体重复使用,节约资源。等抵片23下方的液体和杂质排完后,阀门4关闭,抵片23被收卷到收卷辊21上,之后只需要重新加入部分液体,即可继续进行清洗。
Claims (8)
1.一种铝单板的高效清洗装置,包括吊具与四个清洗池(1),其特征在于,四个所述清洗池(1)包括一级池、二级池、三级池和四级池,四个所述清洗池(1)的结构相同,所述清洗池(1)两侧的侧壁上对称的设有进液口(2),所述清洗池(1)的底部埋设有出液管(3),所述出液管(3)的一端与清洗池(1)的底部相通,所述出液管(3)的一端设有阀门(4),所述吊具包括吊杆(5)与吊篮(6),所述吊篮(6)包括上边框(7)、下边框(8)和若干连接柱(9),所述吊杆(5)与上边框(7)的上端固定连接,所述连接柱(9)的上端与上边框(7)固定连接,所述连接柱(9)的下端与下边框(8)固定连接,所述连接柱(9)包括若干连接块(10),所述连接块(10)的上端面设有滑槽,所述连接块(10)的下端面设有滑块(11),所述滑块(11)位于滑槽内,且与滑槽滑动配合,所述滑块(11)的两侧固设有限位块(12),所述滑槽的两端均固设有限位片,所述限位片与限位块(12)配合,所述清洗池(1)的下端面设有固定槽(14),所述下边框(8)与固定槽(14)配合,所述清洗池(1)的侧壁上设有若干防护壳(15),所述防护壳(15)内设有电动推杆(16),所述电动推杆(16)与上边框(7)配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝单板的高效清洗装置,其特征在于,所述电动推杆(16)的输出轴上固设有推架(17),所述推架(17)呈]形,所述推架(17)与上边框(7)配合,所述推架(17)的一侧固设有软垫。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种铝单板的高效清洗装置,其特征在于,所述连接块(10)的侧壁上固设有推柱(18),所述推柱(18)四侧的侧壁上均设有刷毛。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种铝单板的高效清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗池(1)两侧的侧壁上对称的设有板槽,所述板槽内设有滤网(19),所述滤网(19)与板槽配合,所述滤网(19)上开设有若干滤孔,所述滤网(19)的下端设有转杆,所述转杆的两端均插接在板槽的侧壁上,且与板槽转动连接,所述清洗池(1)的侧壁上嵌设有电机一,所述电机一的输出轴与转杆的一端固定连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种铝单板的高效清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗池(1)的底面呈漏斗形,所述出液管(3)位于清洗池(1)底面的最低处,所述清洗池(1)的底面设有网板(22),所述网板(22)位于清洗池(1)底面的最高处。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种铝单板的高效清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗池(1)的侧壁内设有收卷槽,所述收卷槽内设有收卷辊(21),所述收卷槽的一侧固设有电机二,所述电机二的输出轴与收卷辊(21)的一端固定连接,所述收卷辊(21)上缠绕有抵片(23),所述收卷槽的一侧开设有出料口,所述抵片(23)的一侧穿过出料口,且与出料口滑动配合,所述抵片(23)的一侧固设有密封块(20),所述清洗池(1)另一侧的侧壁上设有密封槽,所述密封块(20)与密封槽配合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种铝单板的高效清洗装置,其特征在于,所述密封槽的内壁上设有磁块(13),所述密封块(20)与磁块(13)相吸。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种铝单板的高效清洗装置,其特征在于,所述一级池内设有碱溶液,所述三级池内设有酸溶液,所述二级池与四级池内均设有清洗液。
