(1) stock planting: the method comprises the following steps of (1) sowing passion fruit stock seeds into a seedling tray, and using peat soil and perlite as planting substrates, wherein the peat soil: perlite 9: 1, fertilizing, watering and keeping proper temperature and humidity, transplanting the stock seeds into a seedling cup after the stock seeds normally grow for 30 days, continuing to grow for 65 days, putting the stock seeds into 0.1% carbendazim solution for soaking and sterilizing for 50min during sowing, soaking the stock seeds in nutrient solution for a period of time, taking the stock seeds out when the stock seeds expand and sprout quickly, and sowing the stock seeds into a seedling tray; the seedling culture tray is a foldable plastic square-corner seedling culture tray, supports are arranged on four legs, and the tray is not in contact with ground soil; the size of the seedling cup is 9cm multiplied by 9 cm;
(2) and (3) scion obtaining: selecting a mother plant without virus through virus detection as a seed source of a scion, planting the mother plant in a culture medium of an insect-proof net greenhouse, keeping proper temperature and humidity, applying fertilizer and watering for management, forming luxuriant branches when the mother plant grows normally for 2-5 months and scion branches are more than 60cm, and cutting off 6cm of each single-bud stem section as the scion for later use; the fertilizer is an organic fertilizer solution for fermenting crops, the solution is rich in organic matters, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and the culture medium is a solid culture medium; the culture medium contains sugar residue, shrimp shell powder, diatom ooze and perlite, and the proportion of each component in the culture medium is 10:2:2: 0.1;

(3) double root cutting grafting: after the rootstock obtained in the step (1) is pulled out, the rootstock is cut at the stem base part in a flat way, half of the main root system is removed, and a small amount of lateral roots are reserved at the same time; meanwhile, grafting by adopting a cleft grafting method, smearing auxin at a cut of a stock, then planting the stock into a seedling cup, and using peat soil and perlite as planting substrates, wherein the peat soil is as follows: perlite 9: 1, the cleft grafting method is to cut a 1 cm-deep notch from the middle of the upper end of a stock, cut the lower end of a scion into a V shape, insert the V-shaped notch into the stock, and enable the two to be tightly jointed, wherein the diameter of the stock is 0.4 cm;
(4) seedling management: and (3) adjusting the temperature to 28 ℃ and the humidity to 85%, enabling the double-broken-root grafting obtained in the step (3) to normally grow for about 60 days, and transplanting the double-broken-root grafting to a field when the buds grow to 12 cm.
Selecting 7 fields, respectively growing seedlings according to the methods of the embodiments 1 to 7, then planting passion fruit, planting 100 passion fruit plants per mu, wherein the field management of the passion fruit is all consistent in the planting process, comparing the root conditions of the passion fruit seedlings cultured in the 7 embodiments with the quantity of the passion fruit picked in the 7 fields when the seedlings are harvested, and the data are shown in table 1.

In the above embodiments, the embodiment 1 to the embodiment 3 are performed by the method for grafting and raising seedlings by double-broken roots completely according to the present invention, the embodiment 4 is another method for operating double-broken roots, the embodiment 5 is performed by changing the manner of planting and scion of the rootstocks, and the broken roots are only one-section of lateral roots, the embodiment 6 eliminates the step of double-broken roots, and the embodiment 7 is performed by only cutting half of the double-broken roots, as can be seen from the above data, the seedlings of the passion fruit grafted seedlings cultivated by the method according to the present invention have developed root systems and more branches, and can absorb a large amount of nutrition in soil, so that the subsequent planting yield is greatly increased, and the economic benefit per unit planting area is significantly improved, so that the method completely according to the present invention is advantageous for the root systems to differentiate towards the periphery, and the developed lateral roots can fully absorb the nutrition in soil, and the yield is increased.

(1) stock planting: sowing the passion fruit stock seeds into a seedling tray, using peat soil and perlite as planting matrixes, fertilizing, watering, keeping proper temperature and humidity, transplanting into a seedling cup after the passion fruit stock seeds grow normally for 30 days, and continuing to grow for 60-70 days;
(2) and (3) scion obtaining: selecting a mother plant without virus through virus detection as a seed source of the scion, planting the mother plant in a culture medium of an insect-proof net greenhouse, keeping proper temperature and humidity, applying fertilizer and watering for management, forming luxuriant branches when the scion branches grow normally for 2-5 months and are more than 60cm, and cutting off the scion for later use;
(3) double root cutting grafting: after the rootstock obtained in the step (1) is pulled out, the rootstock is cut at the stem base part, the main root system is removed, and a small amount of lateral roots are reserved; meanwhile, grafting by adopting a cleft grafting method, smearing auxin at the cut of the stock, then planting the stock into a seedling cup, and using peat soil and perlite as a planting matrix;
(4) seedling management: adjusting the temperature and humidity to be proper, enabling the double-broken-root grafting obtained in the step (3) to normally grow for 60 days, and transplanting the double-broken-root grafting to a field after the buds grow to 10-12 cm.
2. The passion fruit double-root-cutting grafting seedling method according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: in the step (1), during sowing, firstly, stock seeds are put into 0.1% carbendazim solution for soaking and disinfection for 30min, then are soaked for a period of time by using nutrient solution, and are taken out when the stock seeds swell and sprout quickly, and the stock seeds are sowed into a seedling tray; the seedling culture tray is a foldable plastic square-corner seedling culture tray, supports are arranged on four legs, and the tray is not in contact with ground soil; the size of the seedling cup is 9cm multiplied by 9 cm.
3. The passion fruit double-root-cutting grafting seedling method according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the planting substrates are all peat soil: perlite 9: 1, the watering is performed by deep well water or tap water.

The passion fruit double-root-cutting grafting seedling method according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: in the step (2), the fertilizer is an organic fertilizer solution for fermenting crops, the solution is rich in organic matters, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and the culture medium is a solid culture medium.
