本发明涉及一种大麻油的水提取工艺,属于化学技术领域。将所述复合植物水解酶水溶液的PH值调至4‑5,利用超声波提取装置对第二混合溶液进行提取并过滤最后产生出提取液,将提取液泵入到逆流提取设备中,并使用乙酸乙酯萃取液对提取液进行逆流萃取形成萃取提取液,逆流萃取过程直至萃取提取液水液澄清即可,将萃取提取液进行浓缩,并使用分子蒸馏设备去除重组分杂质,即得到大麻油。本发明的有益之处是:用蒸馏水和复合植物水解酶制成复合植物水解酶水溶液,从而改变了用溶剂提取工业大麻油的做法,不仅降低了生产成本并缩短了提取时间,提高了提取效率,还提高了大麻油的纯度,本发明工艺新颖,操作方便。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种大麻油的水提取工艺,属于化学技术领域。
背景技术:
工业大麻,指获准合法种植、四氢大麻酚含量低于0.3%的大麻。中国将工业大麻称为汉麻(hemp),是大麻科(Cannabinaceae)大麻属(Cannabis)1年生草本植物。其应用广泛,应用包括纺织、造纸、食品、医药、卫生、日化、皮革、汽车、建筑、装饰、包装等领域,是经典的生产资料。
大麻油俗称线麻子油或小麻籽油。由大麻子(含油约25%~35%)得到的干性油,其干性次于桐油、亚麻油、梓油、苏子油等,外观和特性与低碘值的亚麻籽油很接近,但略带绿色,大致的脂肪酸组成为:饱和酸10.1%,油酸16%,亚油酸46%,亚麻酸28%,酸值3mg KOH/g,碘值149~167,相对密度0.925~0.933(15/15℃)。冻点约16℃。主要成分为亚油酸、亚麻酸和油酸的甘油酯,用于油漆及肥皂等工业。
目前,工业大麻油多采用溶剂浸提法进行提取,比如用乙醇或者石油醚溶剂提取,这种提取方法需要消耗大量贵重的有机溶剂,能耗高,提取成本高,提取时间较长,而且提取的大麻二酚中有机溶剂残留,有异味,纯度低。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:发明一种大麻油的水提取工艺,以解决行业中面临的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种大麻油的水提取工艺,提取工艺步骤如下:
A、根据实际需要,准备设定数量的蒸馏水,然后向所述蒸馏水中加入复合植物水解酶并进行搅拌形成第一混合溶液,然后向第一混合溶液中加入盐酸溶液形成复合植物水解酶水溶液,将所述复合植物水解酶水溶液的PH值调至4-5;
B、选取50-100目的工业大麻花叶;
C、向工业大麻花叶中加入复合植物水解酶水溶液进行搅拌形成第二混合溶液;
D、将所述第二混合溶液进行加热,并加热至45℃-50℃;
E、利用超声波提取装置对第二混合溶液进行提取并过滤最后产生出提取液,提取时间为1-3小时;
F、将提取液泵入到逆流提取设备中,并使用乙酸乙酯萃取液对提取液进行逆流萃取形成萃取提取液,逆流萃取过程直至萃取提取液水液澄清即可;
G、将萃取提取液进行浓缩,并使用分子蒸馏设备去除重组分杂质,即得到大麻油。
作为优选,所述蒸馏水与所述复合植物水解酶的重量比为1:0.005。
作为优选,所述工业大麻花叶和复合植物水解酶水溶液的重量比为1:4-10;
作为优选,所述分子蒸馏设备的真空度为0-50Pa,温度270℃-300℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:用蒸馏水和复合植物水解酶制成复合植物水解酶水溶液,从而改变了用溶剂提取工业大麻油的做法,不仅降低了生产成本并缩短了提取时间,提高了提取效率,还提高了大麻油的纯度,本发明工艺新颖,操作方便。

实施例1:
一种大麻油的水提取工艺,提取工艺步骤如下:
A、准备10kg的蒸馏水1,然后向所述蒸馏水1中加入复合植物水解酶2,由于所述蒸馏水1与所述复合植物水解酶2的重量比为1:0.005,这样复合植物水解酶2的重量为50g,将蒸馏水1与所述复合植物水解酶2进行搅拌形成第一混合溶液3,然后向第一混合溶液3中加入盐酸溶液4形成复合植物水解酶水溶液5,通过盐酸溶液4将所述复合植物水解酶水溶液5的PH值调至4;
B、选取1kg的50-100目的工业大麻花叶6,由于所述工业大麻花叶6和复合植物水解酶水溶液5的重量比为1:5,这样再选取5kg的复合植物水解酶水溶液5;
C、将工业大麻花叶6放置到复合植物水解酶水溶液5中,并进行搅拌形成第二混合溶液7;
D、将所述第二混合溶液7进行加热,并加热至45℃;
E、利用超声波提取装置8对第二混合溶液7进行提取并过滤最后产生出提取液9,提取时间为1.5小时,超声波提取装置的型号为8KM1-THC-20B;
F、将提取液9泵入到逆流提取设备10中,并使用乙酸乙酯萃取液11对提取液9进行逆流萃取形成萃取提取液12,逆流萃取过程直至萃取提取液12水液澄清即可;逆流提取设备10的型号为GD-TQ/3/N2。
G、将萃取提取液12进行浓缩,并使用真空度为25Pa,温度270℃的分子蒸馏设备13去除重组分杂质,即得到大麻油14。
实施例2:
一种大麻油的水提取工艺,提取工艺步骤如下:
A、准备15kg的蒸馏水1,然后向所述蒸馏水1中加入复合植物水解酶2,由于所述蒸馏水1与所述复合植物水解酶2的重量比为1:0.005,这样复合植物水解酶2的重量为75g,将蒸馏水1与所述复合植物水解酶2进行搅拌形成第一混合溶液3,然后向第一混合溶液3中加入盐酸溶液4形成复合植物水解酶水溶液5,通过盐酸溶液4将所述复合植物水解酶水溶液5的PH值调至5;
B、选取1.5kg的50-100目的工业大麻花叶6,由于所述工业大麻花叶6和复合植物水解酶水溶液5的重量比为1:10,这样再选取15kg的复合植物水解酶水溶液5;
C、将工业大麻花叶6放置到复合植物水解酶水溶液5中,并进行搅拌形成第二混合溶液7;
D、将所述第二混合溶液7进行加热,并加热至50℃;
E、利用超声波提取装置8对第二混合溶液7进行提取并过滤最后产生出提取液9,提取时间为2小时;
F、将提取液9泵入到逆流提取设备10中,并使用乙酸乙酯萃取液11对提取液9进行逆流萃取形成萃取提取液12,逆流萃取过程直至萃取提取液12水液澄清即可;
G、将萃取提取液12进行浓缩,并使用真空度为45Pa,温度285℃的分子蒸馏设备13去除重组分杂质,即得到大麻油14。
需要强调的是:以上仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种大麻油的水提取工艺,其特征在于,提取工艺步骤如下:
A、根据实际需要,准备设定数量的蒸馏水(1),然后向所述蒸馏水(1)中加入复合植物水解酶(2)并进行搅拌形成第一混合溶液(3),然后向第一混合溶液(3)中加入盐酸溶液(4)形成复合植物水解酶水溶液(5),将所述复合植物水解酶水溶液(5)的PH值调至4-5;
B、选取50-100目的工业大麻花叶(6);
C、向工业大麻花叶(6)中加入复合植物水解酶水溶液(5)进行搅拌形成第二混合溶液(7);
D、将所述第二混合溶液(7)进行加热,并加热至45℃-50℃;
E、利用超声波提取装置(8)对第二混合溶液(7)进行提取并过滤最后产生出提取液(9),提取时间为1-3小时;
F、将提取液(9)泵入到逆流提取设备(10)中,并使用乙酸乙酯萃取液(11)对提取液(9)进行逆流萃取形成萃取提取液(12),逆流萃取过程直至萃取提取液(12)水液澄清即可;
G、将萃取提取液(12)进行浓缩,并使用分子蒸馏设备(13)去除重组分杂质,即得到大麻油(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大麻油的水提取工艺,其特征在于:所述蒸馏水(1)与所述复合植物水解酶(2)的重量比为1:0.005。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大麻油的水提取工艺,其特征在于:所述工业大麻花叶(6)和复合植物水解酶水溶液(5)的重量比为1:4-10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种大麻油的水提取工艺,其特征在于:所述分子蒸馏设备(13)的真空度为0-50Pa,温度270℃-300℃。
