Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a medical kit assembling machine, the medical kit assembling machine of the invention includes a kit lower cover feeding mechanism 1, a kit lower cover conveying line 2, a reagent plate taking mechanism 3, a reagent plate cutting and strip loading mechanism 4, a kit upper cover conveying line 5, a visual detection device 6, a kit upper cover pressing mechanism 7 and a kit assembling line 8, a kit lower cover is conveyed by the kit lower cover conveying line 2 and is fed to the kit assembling line 8 by the kit lower cover feeding mechanism 1, and the kit assembling line 8 conveys the kit lower cover to a subsequent station; the reagent plate is taken by the reagent plate taking mechanism 3 and fed to the reagent plate cutting and strip loading mechanism 4, the reagent plate is cut into reagent strips, and the reagent strips are loaded into a reagent box lower cover of the reagent box assembly line 8; the visual detection device 6 is used for detecting whether the reagent strips in the lower cover of the kit are qualified, if the detection is qualified, the action of the upper cover conveying line 5 of the kit and the upper cover feeding mechanism (not shown in the figure) of the kit is controlled, so that the upper cover of the kit is covered on the lower cover of the kit with the reagent strips, and finally, the upper cover of the kit is pressed tightly by the upper cover pressing mechanism 7 of the kit, and the assembly of the medical kit is completed.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the reagent kit lower cover conveying line 2, the feeding mechanism 1 and the reagent kit assembly line 8, and a reagent kit lower cover detection device 9 is further arranged between the reagent kit lower cover conveying line 2 and the reagent kit lower cover feeding mechanism 1. The kit lower cover detection device 9 is matched with the kit lower cover feeding mechanism 1 for use, transmits a detection signal to the kit lower cover feeding mechanism 1, and controls the kit lower cover feeding mechanism 1 to remove the kit lower cover if the kit lower cover is in a reverse state; and if the front face of the lower cover of the kit is reversed, controlling the feeding mechanism 1 of the lower cover of the kit to adjust the position of the head and the tail of the lower cover of the kit, and feeding to the kit assembly line 8. The procedures of conveying, detecting and feeding the upper cover of the kit are the same as those of the lower cover of the kit, the principles of the conveying line, the detecting device and the feeding mechanism of the lower cover of the kit are similar to those of the corresponding conveying line, the detecting device and the feeding mechanism of the upper cover of the kit, the specific structures are slightly different, and the detailed description is omitted in the embodiment.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of the reagent cassette lower cover transport line 2, and fig. 5 is an exploded structural view of the reagent cassette lower cover transport line 2. The reagent box lower cover conveying line 2 comprises a conveying belt 201, a pressing roller 203, a motor 206 and a mounting plate 216, wherein the motor 206 is used for driving the conveying belt 201, the conveying belt 201 is provided with a plurality of belt pulleys, the plurality of belt pulleys are mounted on a rack 215 through a plurality of belt pulley fixing holes 202, and the plurality of belt pulleys can keep the conveying belt 201 tensioned; the motor 206 can adopt a common alternating current driven motor, the press rollers 203 are arranged on the mounting plate 216, the mounting plate 216 extends along the conveying direction of the conveying belt 201, a plurality of press rollers 203 are arranged in parallel and kept tight, and the press rollers 203 are not interfered with each other and can rotate freely; the mounting plate 216 is fixedly mounted on the rack 215, the height of the mounting plate 216 can be adjusted, and the height of the mounting plate can be adjusted according to the difference between the compression roller 203 and the medical reagent box cover to be conveyed so as to adapt to the conveying requirements under different working conditions; the frame 215 is connected to the base 209 through the bracket 208, the height of the bracket 208 is adjustable, the height can be adjusted according to the system requirement, the base 209 can be fixed on the operation table, for example, the base is connected through bolts, and the stability of the device is kept; the mounting plate 216 is provided with a plurality of mounting claw parts 211 which are arranged in parallel along the conveying direction, the mounting claw parts 211 are positioned above the conveying belt 201, the plurality of mounting claw parts 211 are separated from each other, a first rotating shaft hole 213 is arranged on the mounting claw parts 211, the mounting claw parts 211 are formed by sheet metal, a gap between the compression roller 203 and the conveying belt 201 is used for a medical reagent box cover to pass through, and the gap has a certain expansion and contraction allowance due to the formation of the sheet metal and can only be pressed to pass through a single medical reagent box cover; each of the mounting claw portions 211 is provided with a second rotating shaft hole 212 corresponding to the first rotating shaft hole 213, and the platen roller 203 is rotatably mounted on the mounting claw portion 211 through the first rotating shaft hole 213 and the second rotating shaft hole 212 by the roller shaft 214.
With reference to fig. 4 and 5, the cross section of the frame 215 is in a necking groove structure, the transmission belt 201 is located below the opening of the necking groove structure, the width of the transmission belt 201 is slightly larger than the opening width of the necking groove structure, the opening width of the necking groove structure is matched with the length of the compression roller 203, and the compression roller 203 is pressed into the opening of the necking groove structure during conveying, so that the stability of the transportation of the medical reagent kit cover is ensured, and the deviation of the medical reagent kit cover is prevented. Preferably, the mounting plate 216 is comprised of a first mounting plate 205 and a second mounting plate 207 or more mounting plates 216 to facilitate processing and to accommodate conveyor belts 201 of different lengths. The frame 215 is provided with a counting device 204, and the counting device 204 is positioned beside the conveyor belt 201 and used for counting the number of the passed medical reagent box covers and transmitting the data back to the control system. In other embodiments of the present invention, the compression roller 203 may be made of a material with elasticity, the compression roller 203 may ensure a gap between the compression roller 203 and the conveyor belt 201 for passing through the medical reagent box cover, and the gap has a certain expansion and contraction allowance due to the sheet metal forming, so that only a single medical reagent box cover can be pressed through the gap.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a reagent box lower cover detection device 9, where the reagent box lower cover detection device 9 includes a support 901, an air cylinder 902, an expansion link 903, a photoelectric switch 904, and a top seat 906, where the top seat 906 can move up and down in a vertical direction under the driving of the air cylinder 902, and the expansion link 903 and the photoelectric switch 904 are installed at one end of the top seat 906. Photoelectric switch 904 is a groove-type correlation photoelectric switch, is located the upper end of telescopic link 903, and when telescopic link 903 sheltered from photoelectric switch 904, photoelectric switch 904 output signal to this vertical displacement of judging telescopic link 903.
In fig. 6, the number of the telescopic rods 903 is two, the positions right below the two telescopic rods 903 correspond to surface detection points of a lower cover 905 of the reagent kit, and the lower cover 905 of the reagent kit is conveyed by a conveying line (not shown in the figure) and is sequentially detected. When the cylinder 902 presses down, the two telescopic rods 903 are driven to move downwards until the surface detection points of the lower cover 905 of the kit are contacted with each other, and the height difference of the surface detection points of the lower cover 905 of the kit is judged by comparing the vertical displacement difference of the two telescopic rods 903, so that the front side, the back side, the head side and the tail side of the lower cover 905 of the kit are judged. Specifically, the back surface of the reagent kit lower cover 905 is flat and has a small height difference, and the front surface of the reagent kit lower cover 905 has a certain height difference, and when it is detected that the surface detection point of the reagent kit lower cover 905 has a certain height difference, it is determined that the reagent kit lower cover 905 is in a front state; the front head and tail detection points of the lower reagent kit cover 905 have different height differences, so that the front head and tail state of the lower reagent kit cover 905 is judged. In other embodiments of the invention, the number of the telescopic rods is one, and the front and back states of the lower cover of the reagent kit can be judged according to the difference of the heights of the front and back of the lower cover of the reagent kit. Two kits are shown in fig. 6, with one kit upside down. The reagent kit is provided with a convex part, detection is realized by utilizing the height difference between the convex part and the reagent kit body, as can be seen from fig. 6, the position of the convex part at the head part is different from that at the tail part, the height difference at the head part is different from that at the tail part, and when the two telescopic rods 903 are contacted with the reagent kit, the detection can be carried out to detect whether the two telescopic rods are reversed.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a reagent kit lower cover feeding mechanism 1, where the reagent kit lower cover feeding mechanism 1 includes a support 101, a top seat 102, a sliding seat 103, a connecting plate 104, a rotating platform 105, and a mechanical clamping jaw 106, where a horizontal sliding rail is provided on an upper surface of the top seat 102, and the sliding seat 103 is mounted on the sliding rail and can slide horizontally along the sliding rail. A vertical cylinder is mounted on the sliding base 103, a piston rod of the cylinder is fixed with a connecting plate 104, and the connecting plate 104 can be driven by the cylinder to move up and down along the vertical direction. Along the direction of the slide rail of the top base 102, two rotating platforms 105 are fixed on the side of the connecting plate 104, and the bottom of each rotating platform 105 is provided with a mechanical clamping jaw 106 for clamping the lower cover of the reagent kit. The rotary table 105 is provided with a motor for adjusting the position of the reagent cassette lower cover based on a detection signal from the reagent cassette lower cover detecting device 9. The slide carriage 103 slides on the slide rail of the top seat 102, and the air cylinder drives the connecting plate 104 to move up and down, so as to drive the mechanical clamping jaw 106 to convey the lower cover of the reagent box from the detection station of the lower cover of the reagent box to the reagent box assembly line 8. The rotary table and the mechanical clamping jaw can be realized by adopting the prior art. With reference to fig. 3, the reagent box lower cover conveying line 2 is arranged perpendicular to the reagent box assembly line 8, and the reagent box loading mechanism 1 is used for transferring the reagent box on the reagent box lower cover conveying line 2 to the reagent box assembly line 8. Specifically, the reagent box lower cover conveying line 2 conveys the reagent box lower cover to the detection station 1011, the reagent box lower cover detection device 9 detects the reagent box lower cover positioned at the detection station 1011, the mechanical clamping jaw 106 positioned on the left side in fig. 7 is used for transferring the reagent box lower cover positioned at the detection station 1011 to the temporary storage station 1012, and the mechanical clamping jaw positioned on the right side transfers the reagent box lower cover positioned at the temporary storage station 1012 to the reagent box assembly line 8 or discards the reagent box lower cover to the waste box 1013. The rotary table 105 on the left side operates based on the detection result of the reagent cassette lower lid detection device 9, for example, the detection result shows that the head and the tail of the reagent cassette lower lid are reversed, after the mechanical clamping jaws on the left rotating platform clamp the lower cover of the reagent kit, the rotating platform needs to rotate 180 degrees, the head and the tail of the lower cover of the reagent kit are adjusted and then placed into a temporary storage station 1012, since the right-side rotating table and the left-side rotating table are both mounted on the connecting plate 104, they move synchronously, therefore, when the left mechanical clamping jaw clamps one lower cover of the reagent box, the right mechanical clamping jaw clamps one lower cover of the reagent box from the temporary storage station, if the reagent box lower cover of the temporary storage station is unqualified, the right mechanical clamping jaw discards the reagent box lower cover into a waste box 1013 in the process of moving to the reagent box assembly line 8, if the test sample is qualified, the right rotary table rotates 90 degrees and then the lower cover of the test sample is placed on the test sample assembly line 8.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a reagent kit assembly line 8, a reagent kit lower cover feeding station 801 and a reagent strip loading station 802 are sequentially arranged on the reagent kit assembly line 8 along a reagent kit conveying direction, a reagent box upper cover feeding station 803 and a reagent box upper cover pressing station 804, specifically, a reagent box lower cover feeding mechanism 1 finishes feeding of a reagent box lower cover at a reagent box lower cover feeding station 801, a reagent plate cutting and strip loading mechanism 4 finishes strip loading of reagent strips at a reagent strip loading station 802, a reagent box upper cover feeding mechanism (not shown in the figure, the reagent box upper cover can be taken from a reagent box upper cover conveying line to the upper cover feeding station by a rotating table and a mechanical clamping jaw shown in figure 7) finishes feeding of the reagent box upper cover at a reagent box upper cover feeding station 803, and a reagent box upper cover pressing mechanism 7 presses the reagent box upper cover at a reagent box upper cover pressing station 804, thereby completing assembly of the medical reagent box. The upper cover pressing mechanism 7 of the kit adopts a conventional pressing structure, and the upper cover and the lower cover can be pressed by pressing the upper cover of the kit from top to bottom.
Fig. 9 is a partial enlarged view of a cross section of the reagent cartridge assembly line 8, the reagent cartridge assembly line 8 is provided with a conveying channel 805 for conveying the reagent cartridge lower cover, the left and right side walls of the conveying channel 805 are provided with limit strips 851, and the limit strips 851 can limit the reagent cartridge lower cover in the conveying channel 805 when the reagent cartridge lower cover is in the conveying process. Be provided with locating component 852 on the lateral wall of transfer passage 805 of above-mentioned each station, locating component can adopt the gyro wheel, and locating component 852 can stretch out and draw back along transfer passage 805's width direction elasticity, and when the kit lower cover was carried to each station, locating component 852 can be fast with the brake of kit lower cover, fixed to make things convenient for each station to assemble the kit. In connection with the four stations of fig. 8, the positioning assembly is provided at four stations.
The transport path 805 is provided with a plurality of pusher assemblies 806 capable of transporting the reagent cartridge lower cover in a single direction of the reagent cartridge assembly line 8. Fig. 10 is a front view of the pushing assembly 806, the pushing assembly 806 includes a pushing seat 861 and a pushing block 862, wherein the pushing block 862 is rotatably mounted on the top of the pushing seat 861, and a spring 863 is mounted between the pushing block 862 and the pushing seat 861. On the opposite side of the mounting spring 863, the pusher block 861 is provided with a locking block 864, and the top of the pusher block 862 is provided with a push-down ramp 865. A plurality of pushing assemblies 806 are mounted on the screw rod driven by the motor at intervals, and the motor drives the screw rod and the pushing assemblies 806 to rotate. When the pushing assembly 806 makes a progressive movement, the pushing block 862 tends to rotate toward the side of the locking block 864, but the pushing block 862 is locked by the locking block 864, so that the pushing block 862 can push the lower cover of the reagent cartridge in front of the pushing block; when the pushing assembly 806 makes a return movement, the downward inclined surface 865 at the top of the pushing block 862 is pressed by the reagent cartridge lower cover behind the pushing block, so that the pushing block 862 rotates towards one side of the spring 863, and the pushing block 862 moves across the lower surface of the reagent cartridge lower cover and cannot push the reagent cartridge lower cover. After the pushing block 862 is separated from the pressing of the reagent box bottom cover, the pushing block 862 is restored by the resistance of the compressed spring 863, and in such a cyclic reciprocating manner, the pushing assembly 806 can only transport the reagent box bottom cover along the one direction of the reagent box assembly line 8.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural view of the reagent plate taking mechanism 3, and fig. 12 is a schematic structural view of a lower platform of the reagent plate taking mechanism 3. The reagent plate taking mechanism 3 comprises a lower platform 301, an upper platform 302, a material sucking mechanism 303, a feeding mechanism 304 and material rods 305, wherein the upper platform 302 is provided with a paper passing groove for the reagent plate to pass through, and a plurality of material rods 305 surround the paper passing groove to form a filling space for stacking the reagent plate. The suction mechanism 303 is installed below the lower platform 301, and the lower platform 301 has a suction channel 307 through which a suction head 308 of the suction mechanism 303 passes. The lower platform 301 is further provided with a straightening mechanism 306 and a feeding mechanism 304, and the straightening mechanism and the feeding mechanism 304 are respectively located at two sides of the material suction channel 307. A plurality of rollers 309 are spaced around the paper feed through slot to guide the reagent plates through. The suction head 308 of the material suction mechanism 303 penetrates through the material suction channel 307 of the lower platform 301, the reagent plates stacked on the upper platform 302 are sucked from the bottom, the reagent plates are sucked to the lower platform 301 from the paper passing groove, the reagent plates are pushed to the material conveying guide rail from the side by the forward pushing mechanism 306 of the lower platform 301, and finally the reagent plates are conveyed to the cutter support 407 by the material conveying mechanism 304 for cutting. As can be seen from FIG. 12, a total of 6 rollers are arranged around the paper passing groove, and these 6 rollers hold the reagent plate, and when the suction head 308 sucks the lowermost reagent plate from the bottom and pulls it downward, the rollers rotate due to friction, and based on the flexibility of the reagent plate, the reagent plate can reach the lower platform 301 from above the rollers.
Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of the reagent plate cutting and strip loading mechanism 4, the reagent plate cutting and strip loading mechanism 4 includes a support 401, a top seat 402, a slide rail 403, a slide carriage 404, a cylinder 405, a suction head 406, a cutter support 407, and a cutter 408, the top seat 402 is provided with a horizontal slide rail 403, and the slide carriage 404 is mounted on the slide rail 403 and can slide along the slide rail 403. The lower end of the sliding seat 404 is connected with a vertical cylinder 405, and the cylinder 405 is provided with a speed regulating valve capable of regulating the action speed of the cylinder. The piston rod of the cylinder 405 is connected to the suction head 406, and the suction head 406 is moved up and down in the vertical direction by the driving of the cylinder 405. The cutter holder 407 is provided with a cutter 408, and the cutter 408 is used for cutting the reagent plate 409 into reagent strips. The bottom of the suction head 406 is provided with a suction nozzle for sucking a reagent plate or a reagent strip, and a vacuum detection sensor is arranged in the suction nozzle and can judge whether the reagent plate or the reagent strip is sucked or not.
When the reagent plate 409 is quantitatively fed to the cutter 408 by the feeding mechanism 304, the air cylinder 405 drives the suction head 406 to move downwards until the suction nozzle sucks the reagent plate 409, and presses the reagent plate 409 on the cutter support 407, and at the moment, the cutter 408 moves downwards to cut the reagent plate 409 into reagent strips; the cut reagent strip and the suction nozzle move up under the driving of the air cylinder 405, meanwhile, the sliding seat 404 slides to the reagent strip loading station 802 along the sliding rail 403, and the air cylinder 405 drives the suction head 406 to move down, so that the suction nozzle and the reagent strip are driven to move down to complete reagent strip loading.
In other embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of photoelectric switches are disposed on the top seat 402 along the slide rail 403, each photoelectric switch is a slot type correlation photoelectric switch, and at the same height as the photoelectric switch, a slide rail is disposed on the slide carriage 404, the slide carriage 404 is driven by a motor (not shown in the figure) to horizontally slide along the slide rail 403, and when the slide rail passes through a lateral slot of the photoelectric switch to block the photoelectric switch, the photoelectric switch outputs a signal, so as to control the sliding speed of the slide carriage 404 and the position of the slide carriage 404 on the slide rail 403, thereby facilitating accurate operations such as reagent strip absorption, strip loading, and the like.
The upper cover pressing mechanism 7 of the kit comprises a pressing cylinder, a pressing head and a support, wherein the pressing cylinder is vertically fixed on the support, the pressing head is fixed on a moving part of the pressing cylinder and moves up and down along with the moving part of the pressing cylinder, and therefore the upper cover of the kit is pressed.
The reagent box lower cover feeding mechanism 1, the reagent box lower cover conveying line 2, the reagent plate taking mechanism 3, the reagent plate cutting and strip loading mechanism 4, the reagent box upper cover conveying line 5, the visual detection device 6, the reagent box upper cover pressing mechanism 7, the reagent box assembly line 8, the reagent box lower cover detection device 9 and the like are controlled by a control system and are carried out according to the assembly sequence of all the parts of the medical reagent box.
Referring to fig. 14 to 16, the medical kit packaging machine 100 of the present embodiment includes a bag taking mechanism 110, a bag opening mechanism 120, a kit conveying mechanism 180, a conveying mechanism 130, a feeding mechanism 190, a sealing mechanism 140, an aligning mechanism 150, a limiting mechanism 170, and a kit packaging line 160. The bag taking mechanism 110 is used for storing the packaging bags 210, and the packaging bags 210 are separated by the bag taking mechanism 110 and then output into one packaging bag 210; the bag opening mechanism 120 is used for opening the bag opening of the packaging bag 210, so that the subsequent bag filling operation is facilitated; the reagent cartridge conveying mechanism 180 is used for conveying the medical reagent cartridge 220 from the previous process to the medical reagent cartridge packaging machine 100; the transport mechanism 130 is primarily used to transport the medical kit 220 from the kit transport mechanism 180 into the open package 210; the sealing mechanism 140 is used for sealing the bagged packaging bag 210 to form the bag-formed kit 200; the aligning mechanism 150 positions the bag-forming kit 200 to output the bag-forming kit 200 in order; the limiting mechanism 170 is used for limiting the position of the packaging bag 210 and preventing the packaging bag from deviating; the reagent cassette packaging line 160 is used for conveying the packaging bag 210 and the packaged reagent cassette 200, and the packaging bag 210 is taken out from the bag taking mechanism 110 and conveyed in the reagent cassette packaging line 160 throughout the entire process, and bag opening of the packaging bag 210, bag filling of the medical reagent cassette 220 and the like, and sealing of the packaging bag 210 are completed in the reagent cassette packaging line 160.
Referring to fig. 14 to 16, the bag taking mechanism 110 includes a storage cover 111, a storage lever 112, a storage detector 113, a bottom plate 115, and a suction cup 114, wherein an opening having a shape substantially the same as that of the packaging bag is formed in the middle of the bottom plate 115, the size of the opening is slightly smaller than that of the packaging bag 210, 6 storage levers 112 are disposed around the bottom plate 115, 6 holes (not shown) are formed in the storage cover 111, and the storage cover 111 is mounted on the 6 storage levers 112 through the 6 holes, and can slide up and down along the storage levers 112 and be taken out. Between the 6 storage stops 112 there is stored a stack of packaging bags 210, the stack of packaging bags 210 resting exactly on the inner edge of the bottom panel 115. The suction cups 114 are connected with the connecting rods, the number of the suction cups 114 is 2, the connecting rods drive the suction cups 114 to move upwards to the bottommost packaging bag 210, the suction cups 114 form negative pressure to suck the bottommost packaging bag 210, then the connecting rods drive the suction cups 114 to move downwards, although the packaging bag 210 is larger than an opening in the bottom plate 115, the suction cups 114 can drag the packaging bag 210 from the bottom plate 115 to the reagent kit packaging line 160 because the packaging bag is a flexible object, the suction cups 114 finish the negative pressure at the moment, the packaging bag 210 falls into the reagent kit packaging line 160, the driving of the suction cups by the connecting rods is a conventional technology, and detailed description is omitted in this embodiment; at the same time, a stack of bags 210 in bag removing mechanism 110 is moved downward by the top storage gland 111. preferably, the top storage gland 111 has a handle or bail to facilitate removal of the storage gland 111 into the bag 210. the storage gland 111 has a weight, optionally made of metal. As shown in fig. 16, the reagent cartridge packaging line 160 includes two parallel conveyor belts 161, and the bag opening suction cups 121 are located between 2 conveyor belts 161, which do not affect the conveying nor the bag sucking operation. The packaging bag in this embodiment is an aluminum foil bag.
Referring to fig. 15 and 16, the bag opening mechanism 120 includes a bag opening suction cup 121, a bag expanding claw 122 and a vacuum pump 124, the bag 210 is first sucked by the bag opening suction cup 121, the bag opening suction cups 121 are disposed on the upper and lower portions of the bag 210, 2 or 4 bags are disposed, that is, 1 or 2 bags are disposed on each of the upper and lower portions, the bag opening suction cups 121 are connected to the vacuum pump 124, and the vacuum pump 124 provides the bag opening suction cups 121 with the negative pressure required for sucking and opening the bag 210. The bag expanding claws 122 are used for expanding the packaging bags and are arranged on one side of the kit packaging line, the bag expanding claws 122 are 2 arranged in a mirror image mode, are respectively opened outwards in work, extend into the packaging bags 210 with the suction openings and are kept after being expanded to 90 degrees, the front ends of the bag expanding claws 122 are conical, fan-shaped, or rectangular with a radius or rectangular with a chamfer, the bag expanding claws can conveniently extend into the packaging bags 210, and the packaging bags 210 cannot be damaged; after the two bag expanding claws 122 are opened, a flared opening 123 is formed in the middle, and after the medical kit 220 and the accessory 230 which need to be added into the packaging bag 210 enter through the flared opening 123, the bag expanding claws 122 restore to the original state. Referring to fig. 14 and 15, the sealing mechanism 140 (i.e., the bag sealing mechanism in fig. 1) employs a heating sealing machine 141 and a thermal control device 142, the heating sealing machine 141 is used for heat sealing the packaging bag 210, and the thermal control device 142 controls parameters of the heating sealing machine 141 to ensure the sealing effect. The aligning mechanism 150 includes an aligning baffle 151 and a guiding portion 152, the guiding portion 152 is located at one end of the aligning baffle 151 opposite to the conveying direction of the bag-formed reagent box 200, and the guiding portion 152 extends outward, the bag-formed reagent box 200 first passes through the guiding portion 152, if the bag-formed reagent box 200 is not close to the side of the reagent box packaging line 160 far away from the aligning mechanism 150, i.e. a part of the bag-formed reagent box may be exposed outside the reagent box packaging line, and then the bag-formed reagent box is guided by the guiding portion 152 and then close to the side of the reagent box packaging line 160 far away from the aligning mechanism 150, so that the subsequent output is convenient, i.e. the bag-formed reagent box 200.
Referring to fig. 15 and 16, the reagent cartridge packaging line 160 includes a conveyor belt 161, a conveyor roller 162, and a slide 163. The conveying belts 161 are 2 and arranged in parallel, the kit packaging line is used for conveying packaging bags, and is also used for bagging and sealing work positions of packaging bags, kits and the like, and 2 conveying belts with intervals are adopted to facilitate the layout of equipment. The assembling machine and the packaging machine of the invention are controlled in a linkage way, so that a whole set of kit assembling and packaging device is formed, the specific medical kit assembling and packaging process can be combined with the figure 1, the assembled kit is transmitted to a magazine mechanism 131 of the packaging machine through a kit transmission mechanism 180 by a kit assembling line 8 of the assembling machine, and then the kit is packaged on a kit packaging line 160 of the packaging machine.
