As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, the tray loading mechanism 32 is disposed between the bag cutting mechanism 24 and the sealing mechanism 33, and the tray loading mechanism 32 includes a desiccant box 321, a tray loading pusher 322 for pushing the material and the desiccant into the U-shaped sealed package bag 51, and a suction cup 323 for opening the package bag 51; the drying agent is arranged in the drying agent box 321, the drying agent box 321 is arranged at the blanking device of the labeling machine 10, and the tray loading pusher is positioned below the drying agent box 321. The sucking disc passes through on the sucking disc mounting bracket is equipped with desiccant case 321, and sucking disc 323 includes first sucking disc and second sucking disc, and first sucking disc and second sucking disc adsorb the one side of wrapping bag 51 respectively, open the unsealed one side of wrapping bag 51 and form the opening.
After the materials are labeled and discharged through the labeling machine 10, the materials flow into the lower portion of the drying agent box 321, the first sucking disc and the second sucking disc respectively adsorb one surface of the packaging bag 51, the unsealed side of the packaging bag 51 is opened to form an opening, and the tray loading push handle 322 respectively pushes the materials and the drying agent into the packaging bag 51 through the opening under the driving of the push handle driving mechanism; the pushing handle driving mechanism in this embodiment may be a cylinder driving mechanism, a servo motor driving mechanism or a stepping motor driving mechanism.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 8, the sealing mechanism 33 is disposed between the tray loading mechanism 32 and the discharging assembly 40, the sealing mechanism 33 includes a vacuum-pumping member 331, a sealing pressing plate 332 and a sealing heating plate 333, the vacuum-pumping member 331 pumps vacuum in the packaging bag 51 through a vacuum-pumping nozzle, the vacuum-pumping nozzle and the sealing pressing plate 332 are disposed above the packaging conveying plate 31 through a sealing support, the sealing driving mechanism 334 is disposed on the sealing support, and the sealing driving mechanism 334 drives the sealing pressing plate 332 to move up and down relative to the sealing heating plate 333; in this embodiment, the vacuum pumping member 331 may be a vacuum pumping cylinder, and the sealing driving mechanism may be a cylinder driving mechanism, a servo motor driving mechanism, or a stepping motor driving mechanism.
The packaging bag 51 filled with the materials and the drying agents is transferred to the sealing mechanism 33 through the packaging material stirring claw 311, the unsealed opening is positioned between the sealing heating plates 333, the vacuumizing piece 331 vacuumizes the packaging bag 51 through the vacuumizing suction nozzle, and the sealing driving mechanism 334 drives the sealing pressing plate 332 to press the opening to seal the unsealed opening while the sealing heating plates 333 are heated.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 9, the discharging assembly 40 includes a packaging labeling mechanism 41 and a discharging conveyer belt 42, the packaging labeling mechanism 41 is disposed between the sealing mechanism 33 and the discharging conveyer belt 42, the packaging labeling mechanism 41 includes a packaging labeling head 411 and a visual detection camera 412, the packaging labeling head 411 is disposed on a packaging labeling slide rail 413, the packaging labeling driving mechanism drives the packaging labeling head 411 to move on the packaging labeling slide rail 413, the packaging labeling slide rail 413 is disposed above the packaging conveyer plate 31 through a packaging labeling support 414, in this embodiment, the packaging labeling driving mechanism may be a cylinder driving mechanism, a servo motor driving mechanism, or a stepping motor driving mechanism; the visual detection camera 412 is arranged between the packaging labeling head 411 and the discharging conveying belt 42, the visual detection camera 412 is arranged above the packaging conveying plate 31 through a visual detection support, and the visual detection camera 412 is used for detecting whether the packaging labeling of the packaging bag is accurate or not; the third claw reciprocates between the sealing mechanism 33 and the packaging and labeling head 411, the fourth claw reciprocates between the packaging and labeling head 411 and the visual inspection camera 412, and the fourth claw transfers the labeled packaging bag 51 to the visual inspection camera 412.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 9, the discharging conveyor belt 42 is disposed on one side of the packing conveyor plate 31, the discharging conveyor belt 42 may be a conveyor belt, the discharging conveyor belt 42 and one side of the packing conveyor plate 31 are provided with discharging transfer suckers 43, the discharging transfer suckers 43 are disposed on discharging transfer slide rails 44, and the discharging transfer slide rails 44 are disposed on the workbench through discharging transfer brackets 441; the discharging transfer driving mechanism drives the discharging transfer sucker 43 to move on the discharging transfer slide rail 44, and the discharging transfer sucker 43 is used for transferring the packaging bag 51 which is packaged and labeled to the discharging conveyer belt 42 from the packaging conveyer plate 31 to finish discharging; in this embodiment, the discharging transfer driving mechanism may be an air cylinder driving mechanism, a servo motor driving mechanism, or a stepping motor driving mechanism.
In the actual operation of the labeling, bag-making and packaging production line provided by the invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, an aluminum composite film 50 is sleeved on a feeding roller 211, a feeding driving mechanism 212 respectively drives a first feeding roller 214 and a second feeding roller 215 to rotate, the aluminum composite film 50 enters between film sealing heating plates 222 through the guiding of a guiding roller 213, the film sealing heating plates 222 are L-shaped, when the film sealing heating plates 222 are heated, a pressing plate driving mechanism 223 drives a film sealing pressing plate 221 to press the film sealing heating plates 222 to move, the L-shaped films of the aluminum composite film 50 are heat-sealed into a whole at equal intervals, and two packaging bags 51 which are connected with the L-shaped films and sealed into a U shape are formed.
Next, the bag-pulling driving mechanism 232 moves the sealed aluminum composite film 50 on the bag-pulling slide rail 231 while holding it, and pulls the sealed aluminum composite film 50 toward the wrapping unit 30, and the cutter driving mechanism 242 drives the cutter 241 to move up and down, thereby cutting the L-sealed aluminum composite film 50 into the U-sealed packaging bag 51.
Then, under the driving of the packaging conveying driving mechanism 313, the packaging material stirring claw 311 drives the packaging bag 51 with the U-shaped seal to move towards the tray loading mechanism 32, the first suction cup sucks one surface of the packaging bag 51 with the U-shaped seal, the second suction cup sucks the packaging bag 51 with the U-shaped seal to the other surface, and the unsealed side forms an opening; after the material is labeled and discharged by the labeling machine 10, the material flows into the lower part of the drying agent box 321, and the material and the drying agent are pushed into the packaging bag 51 through the opening on the unsealed side by the tray-loading pusher 322 driven by the pusher driving mechanism.
The packaging bag 51 filled with the materials and the drying agents is transferred to the sealing mechanism 33 through the packaging material stirring claw 311, the unsealed opening is positioned between the sealing heating plates 333, the vacuumizing piece 331 vacuumizes the packaging bag 51 through the vacuumizing suction nozzle, and the sealing driving mechanism 334 drives the sealing pressing plate 332 to press the sealing heating plates 333 to seal the unsealed opening while the sealing heating plates 333 are heated.
The vacuumized and heat-sealed packaging bag 51 is transferred to the packaging and labeling mechanism 41 through the packaging material shifting claw 311, the packaging and labeling driving mechanism drives the packaging and labeling head 411 to move on a packaging and labeling sliding rail, the packaging and labeling head 411 performs packaging and labeling on the packaging bag 51, the packaged and labeled packaging bag 51 is transferred to the visual detection camera 42 through the packaging material shifting claw 311, and the visual detection camera 412 detects whether labeling on the packaging bag 51 is accurate or not. Next, the discharge transfer suction cups 43 suck the packaging bags 51, the discharge transfer driving mechanism drives the discharge transfer suction cups 43 to move on the discharge transfer slide rails 44, and the packaged and labeled packaging bags 51 are transferred from the packaging conveying plate 31 onto the discharge conveying belt 42, thereby completing the discharge.
Compared with the prior art, the labeling, bag making and packaging production line provided by the invention has the advantages that the bag making and packaging production line is arranged on one side of the labeling machine, a bag making component can directly make packaging bags required for packaging, the packaging component is arranged at the blanking device of the labeling machine, materials are filled into the packaging bags together with a drying agent after the labeling and blanking are finished, and the vacuumizing and sealing treatment is carried out; the discharging assembly can be used for packaging, labeling and detecting after packaging is finished; the secondary purchase of the packaging bags after the material labeling and blanking is avoided, the shipment period is prolonged, the cost for purchasing the packaging bags is further reduced, the production shipment period is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved.
Although terms such as labelling machine, feed roller, film sealing press plate, bag pulling drive mechanism, cutter, package transfer plate and package pick are used more often in this document, the possibility of using other terms is not excluded. These terms are used merely to more conveniently describe and explain the nature of the present invention; they are to be construed as being without limitation to any additional limitations that may be imposed by the spirit of the present invention.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A labeling, bag making and packaging production line is characterized in that: comprises a bag-making component (20), a packaging component (30) and a discharging component (40) which are arranged on one side of a labeling machine (10) in sequence; the bag-making assembly (20) is used for making an aluminum composite film (50) into a packaging bag (51), the packaging assembly (30) is used for placing materials and drying agents into the packaging bag (51), the packaging bag (51) is subjected to vacuum heat sealing, the packaging assembly (30) is arranged between the bag-making assembly (20) and the discharging assembly (40), and the packaging assembly (30) is arranged on one side of a blanking device of the labeling machine (10).
2. The labeling, bag-making and packaging production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the bag making assembly (20) comprises a feeding mechanism (21), the feeding mechanism (21) comprises a feeding roller (211) for conveying an aluminum composite film (50), a feeding driving mechanism (212) for driving the feeding roller (211) to rotate and a plurality of guide rollers (213) for guiding the aluminum composite film (50), and the feeding roller (211) is arranged on one side of the guide rollers (213); the feeding roller (211) rotates under the driving of the feeding driving mechanism (212).

The labeling, bag-making and packaging production line as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the bag making assembly (20) further comprises a film sealing mechanism (22), the film sealing mechanism (22) is arranged on the other side of the guide roller (213), the film sealing mechanism (22) comprises film sealing press plates (221) and film sealing heating plates (222), the film sealing heating plates (222) are located between the film sealing press plates (221), and the film sealing heating plates (222) are L-shaped; the film sealing pressing plate (221) moves up and down relative to the film sealing heating plate (222) under the driving of a pressing plate driving mechanism (223).

The labeling, bag-making and packaging production line as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the bag making assembly (20) further comprises a bag pulling mechanism (23) and a bag cutting mechanism (24), the bag cutting mechanism (24) is arranged on one side of the bag pulling mechanism (23), the bag pulling mechanism (23) is arranged between the film sealing mechanism (22) and the bag cutting mechanism (24), the bag pulling mechanism (23) comprises a bag pulling slide rail (231) and a bag pulling driving mechanism (232) arranged on the bag pulling slide rail (231), and the bag pulling driving mechanism (232) is used for transferring the sealed aluminum composite film (50) to the bag cutting mechanism (24).

The labeling, bag-making and packaging production line as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the bag cutting mechanism (24) comprises a cutter (241) and a cutter driving mechanism (242) used for driving the cutter (241) to move, and under the driving of the cutter driving mechanism (242), the cutter (241) is used for cutting the aluminum composite film (50) into a U-shaped sealed packaging bag (51).

The labeling, bag-making and packaging production line as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the packaging assembly (30) comprises a tray loading mechanism (32) and a sealing mechanism (33) which are sequentially arranged above the packaging conveying plate (31); a packaging conveying groove (312) for a plurality of packaging material stirring claws (311) to move is formed in the packaging conveying plate (31), and the distance between every two adjacent packaging material stirring claws (311) is the same as the distance between the tray loading mechanism (32) and the sealing mechanism (33); under the drive of a packaging conveying drive mechanism (313), the packaging material poking claw (311) drives the packaging bag (51) to move.

The labeling, bag-making and packaging production line as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the sealing mechanism (33) comprises a vacuumizing piece (331), a sealing pressure plate (332) and a sealing heating plate (333), the vacuumizing piece (331) is used for vacuumizing the packaging bag (51), the sealing heating plate (333) is located below the sealing pressure plate (332), and the sealing heating plate (333) is in a straight shape; the sealing pressure plate (332) moves up and down relative to the sealing heating plate (333) under the driving of a sealing driving mechanism (334).
