Abstract

本发明公开了一种车顶密封工艺,首先对开胶处清理残胶然后精细除灰、除胶,然后刷底涂剂,然后进行粘接以及压接,然后进行防护,刷防护胶,拆除胶带,清理现场,最后验证密封情况,合格则投入使用,不合格返工重复上述步骤。本发明不破坏车体结构,维修后不影响车体外观;施工工艺简化,节省维修时间,节约维修成本。

车顶密封工艺
技术领域
本发明属于机械工艺领域,特别涉及一种车顶密封工艺。
背景技术
城轨车辆Tc车(头车)钢结构为玻璃钢车头与不锈钢车体对接,玻璃钢车头底部落在车体底架上方,顶部与不锈钢车体对接,搭接处采用密封胶进行密封。随着车辆运行时间的增长,密封胶受车辆震动、外界环境影响逐渐失去弹性,导致车顶玻璃钢与不锈钢对接处密封胶出现裂缝,在阴雨天或者洗车过程中车顶发生漏水现象,导致车内电气设施、内装等淋水,影响车辆运营安全。目前通常采取的维修方式是:车顶出现漏水现象时,采用原样式密封胶进行二次密封,将原缝隙处密封胶覆盖。由于因无法清除原缝隙处密封胶,导致二次密封的有效厚度很小,仅能短期内有效,一段时间后二次密封会再次发生漏水现象。现有技术的主要缺点有:1、车辆组装时,车顶玻璃钢与不锈钢对接缝隙很难保证缝隙均匀,造成密封胶涂打效果较差,容易出现裂缝、气孔等缺陷;2、密封胶虽具有一定耐候性、耐腐蚀性,但寿命一般不超过5年,5年后原胶清除困难,影响二次施工。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了车顶密封工艺,主要解决车顶玻璃钢车头与不锈钢车体对接处连接密封问题,解决因密封胶老化而出现漏雨的问题以及新车出厂时密封胶涂打效果较差,容易出现裂缝、气孔等缺陷的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种车顶密封工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、除胶:采用除胶剂、刮胶工具将原车顶密封胶刮平,使玻璃钢车头的车顶、不锈钢车顶、原车顶密封胶在同一平面;
S2、除灰:采用清洁剂和酒精清除玻璃钢车头1的车顶和不锈钢车顶灰尘,充分晾干;
S3、刷底涂剂:在原密封对接缝隙处及两侧各5cm处涂刷底涂剂;
S4、粘接:涂刷底涂剂后30分钟内粘接防水胶带;
S5、压接:采用热风枪对防水胶带均匀加热,温度不超过50℃,加热同时采用橡胶锤均匀敲击防水胶带,使防水胶带与车顶充分贴合;
S6、防护:沿防水胶带两侧贴无痕胶带,无痕胶带与防水胶带间距3-6mm;
S7、刷防水胶:选用液态防水胶,完全覆盖防水胶带并涂刷均匀,厚度为0.4-0.6mm;
S8、喷涂面漆:待液态防水胶凝固后,向表面喷涂黑色面漆;
S9、拆除无痕胶带,清理现场。
优选地,步骤S1中所述工具为壁纸刀或钢尺或刮刀或扁铲。
优选地,步骤S4中所述防水胶带两侧应超出原车顶密封胶边缘至少10mm,防水胶带主要成分为丁基橡胶,背面附铝箔防护。
优选地,步骤S7中所述液态防水胶主要成分为聚氨酯。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、玻璃钢车头车顶与不锈钢车体车顶对接处密封胶厚度充分且均匀,密封效果优良,延缓密封胶的老化;
2、不破坏原车结构,维修后不影响车顶外观,施工工艺简化,节省维修时间,节约维修成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1和图2对本发明的工艺流程做进一步说明:
实施例一:
一种车顶密封工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、除胶:采用除胶剂、刮胶工具将原车顶密封胶2刮平,使玻璃钢车头1的车顶、不锈钢车顶3、原车顶密封胶2在同一平面;
S2、除灰:采用清洁剂和酒精清除玻璃钢车头1的车顶和不锈钢车顶3的灰尘,充分晾干;
S3、刷底涂剂:在原密封对接缝隙处及两侧各5cm处涂刷底涂剂;
S4、粘接:涂刷底涂剂后30min内粘接防水胶带4,防水胶带4两侧应超出原车顶密封胶2边缘至少10mm;
S5、压接:采用热风枪对防水胶带4均匀加热,温度为50℃,加热同时采用橡胶锤均匀敲击防水胶带4,使防水胶带4与车顶充分贴合;
S6、防护:沿防水胶带4两侧贴无痕胶带,无痕胶带与防水胶带4间距3mm;
S7、刷防水胶:选用液态防水胶,完全覆盖防水胶带4并涂刷均匀,厚度为0.5mm;
S8、喷涂面漆:待液态防水胶凝固后,向表面喷涂黑色面漆;
S9、拆除无痕胶带,清理现场。
实施例二:
一种车顶密封工艺,其基本步骤及所使用的模具均同实施例一,只是有关的参数有所不同:S5步骤中热风枪温度为45℃,S6步骤中的无痕胶带与防水胶带4间距6mm;S7步骤中的液态防水胶厚度为0.4mm。
实施例三:
一种车顶密封工艺,其基本步骤及所使用的模具均同实施例一,只是有关的参数有所不同:S5步骤中热风枪温度为40℃,S6步骤中的无痕胶带与防水胶带4间距5mm;S7步骤中的液态防水胶厚度为0.5mm。
以上三个实施例在维修完成24小时后,进行车辆淋雨试验,车辆未出现漏雨情况;经过3个月的载客运营,再次做洗车试验时,也未出现漏雨现象;本次施工方案可至少提升车辆密封性10年。

Claims (4)

1.一种车顶密封工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、除胶:采用除胶剂、刮胶工具将原车顶密封胶刮平,使玻璃钢车头的车顶、不锈钢车顶、原车顶密封胶在同一平面;
S2、除灰:采用清洁剂和酒精清除璃钢车头的车顶和不锈钢车顶的灰尘,充分晾干;
S3、刷底涂剂:在原密封对接缝隙处及两侧各5cm处涂刷底涂剂;
S4、粘接:涂刷底涂剂后30分钟内粘接防水胶带;
S5、压接:采用热风枪对防水胶带均匀加热,温度不超过50℃,加热同时采用橡胶锤均匀敲击防水胶带,使防水胶带与车顶充分贴合;
S6、防护:沿防水胶带两侧贴无痕胶带,无痕胶带与防水胶带间距3-6mm;
S7、刷防水胶:选用液态防水胶,完全覆盖防水胶带并涂刷均匀,厚度为0.4-0.6mm;
S8、喷涂面漆:待液态防水胶凝固后,向表面喷涂黑色面漆;
S9、拆除无痕胶带,清理现场。
2.根据权利要求1所述车顶密封工艺,其特征在于:步骤S1中所述工具为壁纸刀或钢尺或刮刀或扁铲。
3.根据权利要求1所述车顶密封工艺,其特征在于:步骤S4中所述防水胶带两侧应超出原车顶密封胶边缘至少10mm,防水胶带主要成分为丁基橡胶,背面附铝箔防护。
4.根据权利要求1所述车顶密封工艺,其特征在于:步骤S7中所述液态防水胶主要成分为聚氨酯。
