本发明涉及U型箱涵弹性密封止水胶条安装工艺,属于箱涵工程技术领域,包括:箱涵和防水胶条,防水胶条接头处理,遇到防水胶条与防水胶条有接头的时候,防水胶条的接茬处应平行于涂刷防水胶面切割成45°角进行连接,接茬要保证角度一致、不可过长,搭接紧密并用补漏胶条将搭接的接口粘实,箱涵上下节接口处,水平胶条要在箱涵安装方向预留不小于15mm的防水胶条,并且在T型胶条的短边方向向长边方向切割成45°角,竖向防水胶条上端留有10‑15毫米的防水胶条。本发明提高了箱涵之间的结构稳定性,同时保证了内部的管线的正常运作,提高了箱涵的使用寿命,减缓电路氧化所造成的损失,节约成本。

本发明涉及U型箱涵弹性密封止水胶条安装工艺,属于箱涵工程技术领域。
背景技术
现浇钢筋混凝土箱涵作为将电力、通讯,燃气、供热、给排水等各种工程管线集于一体的隧道空间,施工较为方便,相较管涵更加经济。目前,箱涵与箱涵之间的连接存在一定缝隙,结果稳定性不足,对箱涵内的工程管线造成很大的影响,随着时间的增加可能造成箱涵下侧泥土沉降。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,进而提供U型箱涵弹性密封止水胶条安装工艺,对箱涵之间提供了密封保证了箱涵内外隔离。
本发明的技术方案:
U型箱涵弹性密封止水胶条安装工艺,包括以下步骤,
步骤一、用铲子清理箱涵的承口和插口在生产过程中的遗留物及污染物;
步骤二、清理干净后用毛刷再次清理承口和插口的浮灰,用刷子把需要安装胶条的位置清扫一遍;
步骤三、刷防水胶前先用搅拌棒把防水胶搅拌均匀,刷子沾防水胶均匀涂刷在箱涵的粘接胶条的凹槽处,待防水胶达到粘接的粘度后就即可安装胶条;
步骤四、防水胶条接头处理,遇到防水胶条与防水胶条有接头的时候,防水胶条的接茬处应平行于涂刷防水胶面切割成45°角进行连接,接茬要保证角度一致、不可过长,搭接紧密并用补漏胶条将搭接的接口粘实;
步骤五、箱涵上下节接口处,水平胶条要在箱涵安装方向预留不小于15mm的防水胶条,并且在T型胶条的短边方向向长边方向切割成45°角;
步骤六、防水胶条粘接完毕后,用胶锤在防水胶条上均匀的砸一遍,以保证防水胶条的粘接牢固;
步骤七、在箱涵的每个顶角处用补漏胶条增加至少一处固定点固定,防止防水胶条的脱落。
进一步,所述竖向防水胶条上端留有10-15毫米的防水胶条。

以下将结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
U型箱涵弹性密封止水胶条安装工艺,包括以下步骤,
步骤一、用铲子清理箱涵1的承口和插口在生产过程中的遗留物及污染物;
步骤二、清理干净后用毛刷再次清理承口和插口的浮灰,用刷子把需要安装胶条的位置清扫一遍;

1.U型箱涵弹性密封止水胶条安装工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
步骤一、用铲子清理箱涵(1)的承口和插口在生产过程中的遗留物及污染物;
步骤二、清理干净后用毛刷再次清理承口和插口的浮灰,用刷子把需要安装胶条的位置清扫一遍;
步骤三、刷防水胶前先用搅拌棒把防水胶搅拌均匀,刷子沾防水胶均匀涂刷在箱涵(1)的粘接胶条的凹槽处,待防水胶达到粘接的粘度后就即可安装胶条;
步骤四、防水胶条接头处理,遇到防水胶条与防水胶条有接头的时候,防水胶条的接茬处应平行于涂刷防水胶面切割成45°角进行连接,接茬要保证角度一致、不可过长,搭接紧密并用补漏胶条将搭接的接口粘实;
