Description

Cosmetic polypeptide composition granules with anti-inflammatory repair effect
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily cosmetics, and particularly relates to a polypeptide composition granule with anti-inflammatory and repairing effects for cosmetics.
Background
Neurogenic inflammation is the occurrence of an inflammatory response by inducing the release of neuropeptides (e.g., substance P) from the sensory nerve endings upon stimulation of the skin. Once the stimulus is removed, inflammation usually resolves rapidly. However, after the skin is inflamed, the threshold of the skin's response to external stimuli is lowered, which causes the skin to be in a continuous inflammatory state, resulting in damage to skin cells.
The human skin contains abundant sensory nerve fibers, and the nerve fibers enable the central nervous system to sense the skin condition at any time and respond to various chemical reactions, heat and physiological stimuli. When the barrier function of the skin is damaged, the transdermal water loss is increased, so that external irritants are easy to permeate, the afferent of sensory nerve signals of the skin is enhanced, the tolerance threshold is reduced, the weak irritation reaction to the outside is excessive, the immune response of the skin is activated, the reactivity of blood vessels is enhanced, the blood vessels are expanded, the infiltration of inflammatory cells is caused, and the skin has various skin discomfortable symptoms such as redness, telangiectasia, feeling of tightness, burning heat, pruritus and the like.
At present, the skin-care product for treating skin inflammation mainly comprises hexanediol, salicylic acid, allantoin and the like, wherein the hexanediol has an irritation effect after being contacted with the skin for a long time and can be absorbed by the skin, and a certain corrosivity can be caused at a high concentration. High concentrations of salicylic acid can irritate the skin and mucous membranes, and can react with proteins in body tissues, thus causing various problems such as skin barrier damage due to corrosive effects. Allantoin can help skin to resist inflammation, relieve and promote cell repair, but the addition amount is about 0.1% -0.2%, and stimulation reaction can be caused by excessive addition. The skin is inflamed, the normal physiological structure and the function of the skin are seriously damaged, on one hand, the natural tolerance threshold of the skin is gradually reduced, and on the other hand, scars are generated.
In view of the foregoing, there is a need in the art for a composition that increases the natural tolerance threshold of the skin and is effective in ameliorating inflammation; but also can repair scar skin after inflammation without generating other side effects.

step five: and (4) sieving the semi-finished product by a 14-mesh sieve to obtain granules, namely the product.
Palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 can be used for compacting skin by stimulating laminin (LamininV) IV and collagen VII, reducing interleukin (interleukin-6) production, eliminating inflammation, and preventing wrinkle formation, relaxation and uneven skin color.
Palmitoyl tripeptide-8 has highly specific anti-inflammatory activity, can effectively prevent and relieve inflammation and symptoms caused by chemical stimulation, is particularly suitable for nursing sensitive and intolerant skin, and potentially reduces the generation of melanin.
The acetyl tetrapeptide-15 is a polypeptide capable of improving the natural tolerance threshold of the skin, and can relieve discomfort caused by cosmetics and skin treatment means by improving the tolerance of the skin to environmental factors, thereby achieving the purpose of relieving skin sensitivity.
The copper peptide can promote the regeneration of skin epithelial tissues, recover the youth of the skin, reduce coarse wrinkles and scars, improve the elasticity of the skin, proliferate keratinocytes and fibroblasts, thicken the subcutaneous tissues, enable the skin to be not fragile and sensitive any more, and increase the elasticity and toughness of the skin.
The radix Ophiopogonis extract is derived from radix Ophiopogonis, is rich in polyfructose active ingredients, and can reduce the disintegration of stratum corneum and achieve the moisturizing effect by enhancing the adhesion of the upper layer of epidermis and recombining the barrier function of skin.
The Opuntia Dillenii extract has antibacterial effect, sitosterol contained in Opuntia Dillenii is antiinflammatory active component, triterpenoid saponin is analgesic active component, and Opuntia Dillenii has antiinflammatory and analgesic effects.
The extract of Sambucus nigra flower is rich in anti-allergic components such as choline and rutin. Can effectively prevent histamine from combining with melanocyte, and inhibit skin inflammation and melanin excessive production.
The chamomile extract contains flavonoid compounds, amino acids and other components, so that the water-oil balance of the skin is regulated to a certain degree, meanwhile, the moisture can be effectively supplemented to the skin, the skin is in a relatively stable state, and the problem of skin redness is reduced.
The bisabolol has good compatibility with skin, reduces skin inflammation, relieves skin acne, prevents acne, improves anti-irritation capability of skin, and repairs skin with inflammation injury.
The safflower seed oil contains a large amount of vitamin E, can inhibit oxidation reaction of human body, delay skin aging, prevent pigment from depositing on skin surface layer, and has anti-inflammatory and wound healing promoting effects.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the cosmetic polypeptide composition granule with the anti-inflammatory repair effect, the palmitoyl tripeptide-8 and acetyl tetrapeptide-15 can reduce the release of proinflammatory factors, improve the tolerance threshold of the skin, effectively repair flushing, local swelling, acne and the like of the skin caused by inflammation, effectively reduce skin inflammation reaction, and play a synergistic role in repairing inflammation.
(2) The polypeptide composition granules with the anti-inflammatory and repairing effects are prepared by compounding the ophiopogon root extract, the prickly pear extract, the American elderberry flower extract and the chamomile extract, have the effects of relieving and resisting inflammation, can effectively relieve the invasion of external factors such as improper chemicals such as sunshine, cold and alcohol and emotion to skin, protect the skin from being damaged, improve the immunity of the skin, maintain the health state of the skin, can isolate ultraviolet rays, activate skin tissues and promote blood circulation, have the functions of relieving, softening and moistening the skin, promote the regeneration of the skin, can diminish inflammation, relieve and repair the skin and improve the sensitivity of the skin.

The healing effect standard of scar repair:
and (3) curing: the red pockmarks of the skin completely disappeared.
The method has the following advantages: the skin had a few pale red pocks.
And (4) invalidation: the red pock marks on the skin are either earlier or worse.
Effective rate (cure number + effective number)/observation number × 100%.
As a result:
Figure BDA0002479130250000161
Figure BDA0002479130250000171
after 4 weeks of treatment, the anti-inflammatory effect and scar repair efficacy of each group were compared, and the efficacy of the administration groups of examples 1-5 was much higher than that of the comparative examples 1-4 and the placebo group. The results show that compared with comparative examples 1-4, the skin inflammation can be more effectively improved and the scar skin can be more effectively repaired after the active ingredients with different action mechanisms are combined.
The above detailed description is specific to possible embodiments of the present invention, and the embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent implementations or modifications that do not depart from the scope of the present invention should be included within the scope of the present invention.
