Abstract
本发明的一种射灯结构,包括:主体、防水前盖、防水后盖,主体有前后两个腔体,腔体内有调焦组件,调光组件,调色温组件,并在主体的前后端外壁上均设置有螺纹,在螺纹的根部处设置有燕尾槽,燕尾槽上套设有O型圈,防水前盖和防水后盖靠近O型圈的边缘处均设置有斜边,防水前盖与主体前端螺纹连接,防水后盖与主体后端螺纹连接。本发明的目的在于提供一种能防水,能调光亮,调色,调光斑于一体的射灯结构。

本发明属于LED灯技术领域,具体涉及一种射灯结构。
背景技术
户外射灯主要用于一些重点的照明领域,比如绿植,建筑标识,假山,假石等户外需要照明特写的区域。针对户外的重点照明特写,由于被照射的对象,有大有(小),形状各异,所突出的重点的不同,需要不同大小的光斑,不同的色温,不同的亮度,来展示他们的特点,市场上的射灯,通常将调节装置在射灯的外壁上,这种结构防水效果差,常因为雨水渗入导致灯具失效。因此,需要设计一种调节亮度,调色温,调光斑大小的且具有防水功能户外射灯。
发明内容
因此,本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中射灯具备调光,调色,调光斑功能,但它的防水效果差,射灯容易进水的问题。
为此,采用的技术方案是,本发明的一种射灯结构,包括:主体、防水前盖、防水后盖,所述主体前后端外壁上均设置有螺纹,在螺纹的根部处设置有燕尾槽,所述燕尾槽上套设有O型圈,所述防水前盖和所述防水后盖靠近所述O型圈的边缘处均设置有斜边,防水前盖与主体前端螺纹连接,防水后盖与主体后端螺纹连接。
优选的,将调亮度组件,调色温组件,调光斑大小的组件,这三部分内置主体的前后腔体内,主体前后端有螺牙结构,并采用前后盖螺旋结构与主体连接,压紧胶圈,分别密闭主体的前后腔体,旋开压盖,用户可以方便的调节灯具的亮度,色温以及光斑大小,旋紧压盖,可以使得三部分组件,密闭在一个防水的主体内。
优选的,所述前盖、所述后盖的外壁上均设置有滚花。
所述前盖上、后盖上,一端设置斜口罩。
所述的前盖的另一端靠近边缘有一个U型胶槽,通过在U型槽内,填充胶体,粘结透明体在前盖上。

透镜支架,所述透镜支架外壁上沿周向设置有三个斜槽,斜槽上也有均匀分布的凸筋,分布于槽的上下两个面,所述凸台卡入到所述斜槽内,透镜安装在透镜支架上,蜂窝网、彩色片依次放置在透镜顶部;
旋转筒,卡入到透镜支架。
优选的,所述调光色组件包括:
塑胶电源盒,通过螺钉固定在后腔体内壁上,所述塑胶电源盒一端设置有智能控制电源,所述发光体的两条电子引线与所述智能控制电源的输出端连接;
所述主体的侧面设置有一个方形槽,所述方形槽底面设置有腰孔和螺纹孔,方形槽内设置有转接块,所述转接块通过螺栓固定在方形槽内,

上述技术方案的工作原理及有益技术效果:防水前盖4和防水后盖5通过螺纹2安装在主体1的前后端,在旋紧的过程中,防水后盖5使得O型圈26沿着主体1的燕尾槽3向内测挤压,达到后端防水的目的;由于防水前盖4一端边缘处有斜边27,防水前盖4在旋紧的过程中,使得O型圈沿着主体1的燕尾槽3向内测挤压,达到前端防水的目的。

转臂20,所述转臂20一端与所述转接块19之间齿啮合,所述转臂20另一端设置有螺纹,能通过螺纹连接固定在固定座上,所述智能控制电源15的输入引线从所述主体1的侧面穿出,依次穿过所述转接块19、所述转臂20与导线21连接。如图8所示,所述智能控制电源15上分别设置有调光按钮22和调色温按钮23。螺丝固定控制电源在塑胶电源盒上,螺丝将转臂固定在转接块上,再将混合好的AB胶灌封电源盒内,胶体填充在主体,电源盒及智能控制电源,同时也将出线孔形成密封,填充胶体起到防水。
上述技术方案的工作原理及有益技术效果:当需要调节光斑大小时,拧下防水前盖4,手动转动旋转筒13,带动透镜支架10及透镜11转动,通过凸台29沿着斜槽30运动,使得旋转筒13顺时针转动,透镜11就远离发光体,光斑就会变小;旋转筒13顺时针转动,透镜11靠近发光体,光斑就会变变大,完成光斑调节后,拧紧防水前盖4,使得O型圈压入在主体1的燕尾槽内,形成密封,阻止水压进入腔体内。旋转时凸台29上凸筋与斜槽30上的凸筋,会对彼此产生阻尼,使得调节角度时,比较有手感。当需要调节亮度,调节色温时,拧下防水后盖5,旋转调光按钮22,进行亮度的调节,旋转调色温按钮23进行色温的调节,完成调节后,拧紧防水后盖5,使得O型圈压入在主体1的燕尾槽内,形成密封,阻止水压进入腔体内。由于旋转筒、调光按钮、调色温按钮在不进行调节时,都会被防水前盖和防水后盖密封起来,具有良好的防水性能,因而,不容易接触水引起失效,提高了的射灯的使用寿命。
在一个实施例中,如图4-7所示,所述防水前盖4、所述防水后盖5的外壁上均设置有滚花24。
上述技术方案的工作原理及有益技术效果:外表面滚花24,增加摩擦力,方便用户拆卸及安装。
在一个实施例中,如图1所示,所述防水前盖4上设置斜口罩25。
上述技术方案的工作原理及有益技术效果:斜口罩25套入灯具的前端,用来改变灯光的投射方向,斜口罩的底端设置螺牙,用手拧螺丝将其固定。斜口罩25和防水前盖4之间设置有透明体31,透明体31采用玻璃制作。
在一个实施例中,如图9-11所示,所述主体1的外壁上设置有清洁装置,所述清洁装置包括:
壳体32,设置在所述主体1外壁上,所述壳体32为圆筒状,所述壳体32的侧壁上设置有环形开口37;
轴承33,设置在所述壳体32内,所述轴承33的内圈固定在所述主体1的外壁上;
第一锥齿轮34,所述第一锥齿轮34的中心设置有第一通孔,所述第一通孔的内壁与所述轴承33的外圈固定连接,所述第一锥齿轮34能绕着所述主体1的轴线旋转;
滑槽35,设置在所述第一锥齿轮34的侧壁上,所述滑槽35沿所述第一锥齿轮34的径向延伸,所述滑槽35内设置有滑块36,所述滑块36能沿着所述滑槽35往复运动,所述滑块36的侧壁上设置有卡条44,所述滑槽35的内壁上设置有导向槽45,所述卡条44卡装在所述导向槽45内;
导向杆38,设置在所述滑槽35下方,所述导向杆38一端与第一锥齿轮34的侧壁连接,所述导向杆38另一端穿过所述环形开口37延伸至所述壳体32之外;
清洗圈39,套设在所述主体1的外壁上,所述清洗圈39的壁面上设置有沿轴向延伸的第二通孔40,所述导向杆38远离所述第一锥齿轮34的一端穿过所述第二通孔40,并与限位块41连接,所述清洗圈39的内壁面上设置有刷毛;
弹簧42,套设在所述导向杆38上,所述弹簧42一端与所述第一锥齿轮34侧壁连接,所述弹簧42另一端与所述清洗圈39连接;
连杆43,所述连杆43一端与所述滑块36铰链连接,所述连杆43另一端与所述清洗圈39外壁铰链连接。
所述清洁装置还包括:电机46,设置在所述主体1的外壁上,电机46位于所述壳体32,所述电机46的输出轴向外侧延伸,并与第二锥齿轮47连接,所述第一锥齿轮34与所述第二锥齿轮47啮合。
上述技术方案的工作原理及有益技术效果:当需要对射灯的外壁进行清洁时,启动电机46,带动第二锥齿轮47旋转,通过第二锥齿轮47与第一锥齿轮34啮合,带动第一锥齿轮34旋转,在离心力的作用下,滑块36沿着滑槽35向外侧移动,连杆43就拉着清洗圈39沿着导向杆38向左移动,并压缩弹簧42,通过电机46的转速变换,离心力的大小不断变化,清洗圈39的平衡位置就不断变化,清洗圈39就会不断的来回左右往复运动,同时,清洗圈39还不断的旋转,使得清洗圈39内壁上的刷毛对主体1的外壁进行清扫,除掉主体1外壁上的灰尘。
在一个实施例中,还包括清洗液喷洒装置,所述清洗液喷洒装置包括:
存液箱48,设置在所述壳体32上端,所述存液箱48内设置有清洗液;
第三通孔49,所述主体1外壁上沿周向设置有若干第三通孔49,所述清洗圈39覆盖在所述第三通孔49上;
喷头50,设置在所述限位块41上,所述喷头50的喷嘴朝向所述第三通孔49;
连接管51,所述连接管51一端与所述存液箱48底端连通,所述连接管51另一端与所述喷头50连通,所述连接管51上依次设置有压力泵52、电磁阀53,所述壳体32内设置有处理器54,所述处理器54分别与所述电机46、所述压力泵52、所述电磁阀53连接,所述处理器54与移动终端无线通讯,移动终端为手机;
进液管55,设置在所述存液箱48顶端,所述进液管55上端设置有盖子56。
上述技术方案的工作原理及有益技术效果:当进行清洗时,通过手机启动电机46、压力泵52、电磁阀53,存液箱48内的清洗液就经连接管51输送至喷头50喷出,当清洗圈39移动到左端时,喷洗液喷到毛刷上,然后清洗圈39向右移动对主体1外壁进行刷洗,清洗圈39远离第三通孔49后,清洗液就能经第三通孔49喷射到主体1内,对主体1内的透明体31进行冲洗,除掉玻璃表面的灰尘或污渍,避免影响射灯的光亮度。当关闭清洗装置后,在弹簧42的弹力作用下,推动清洗圈39至左端,清洗圈39覆盖在第三通孔49表面,起到封闭作用,防止雨水或灰尘的进入。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (10)
1.一种射灯结构,其特征在于,包括:主体(1)、防水前盖(4)、防水后盖(5),所述主体(1)前后端外壁上均设置有螺纹(2),在螺纹(2)的根部处设置有燕尾槽(3),所述燕尾槽(3)上套设有O型圈(26),所述防水前盖(4)和所述防水后盖(5)靠近所述O型圈(26)的边缘处均设置有斜边(27),防水前盖(4)与主体(1)前端螺纹连接,防水后盖(5)与主体(1)后端螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的射灯结构,其特征在于,所述主体(1)设置有内腔,内腔内设置有隔板(6),所述隔板(6)将内腔分割为前腔体(7)和后腔体(8),所述前腔体(7)内设置有调光斑组件,所述后腔体(8)内设置有调光色组件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种射灯结构,其特征在于,所述调光斑组件包括:
光源支架(9),通过螺钉固定在前腔体(7)的底壁上,光源支架(9)将发光体压紧在前腔体(7)的底壁上,所述光源支架(9)上沿周向设置有三个凸台(29);
透镜支架(10),所述透镜支架(10)外壁上沿周向设置有三个斜槽(30),所述凸台(29)卡入到所述斜槽(30)内,透镜(11)安装在透镜支架(10)上,蜂窝网(28)、彩色片(12)依次放置在透镜(11)顶部;
旋转筒(13),卡入到透镜支架(10)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种射灯结构,其特征在于,所述调光色组件包括:
塑胶电源盒(14),通过螺钉固定在后腔体(8)内壁上,所述塑胶电源盒(14)一端设置有智能控制电源(15),所述发光体的两条电子引线与所述智能控制电源(15)的输出端连接;
所述主体(1)的侧面设置有一个方形槽(16),所述方形槽(16)底面设置有腰孔(17)和螺纹孔(18),方形槽(16)内设置有转接块(19),所述转接块(19)通过螺栓固定在方形槽(16)内,
转臂(20),所述转臂(20)一端与所述转接块(19)之间齿啮合,所述转臂(20)另一端设置有螺纹,能通过螺纹连接固定在固定座上,所述智能控制电源(15)的输入引线从所述主体(1)的侧面穿出,依次穿过所述转接块(19)、所述转臂(20)与导线(21)连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种射灯结构,其特征在于,所述智能控制电源(15)上分别设置有调光按钮(22)和调色温按钮(23)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种射灯结构,其特征在于,所述防水前盖(4)、所述防水后盖(5)的外壁上均设置有滚花(24)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种射灯结构,其特征在于,所述防水前盖(4)上设置斜口罩(25)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种射灯结构,其特征在于,所述主体(1)的外壁上设置有清洁装置,所述清洁装置包括:
壳体(32),设置在所述主体(1)外壁上,所述壳体(32)为圆筒状,所述壳体(32)的侧壁上设置有环形开口(37);
轴承(33),设置在所述壳体(32)内,所述轴承(33)的内圈固定在所述主体(1)的外壁上;
第一锥齿轮(34),所述第一锥齿轮(34)的中心设置有第一通孔,所述第一通孔的内壁与所述轴承(33)的外圈固定连接,所述第一锥齿轮(34)能绕着所述主体(1)的轴线旋转;
滑槽(35),设置在所述第一锥齿轮(34)的侧壁上,所述滑槽(35)沿所述第一锥齿轮(34)的径向延伸,所述滑槽(35)内设置有滑块(36),所述滑块(36)能沿着所述滑槽(35)往复运动,所述滑块(36)的侧壁上设置有卡条(44),所述滑槽(35)的内壁上设置有导向槽(45),所述卡条(44)卡装在所述导向槽(45)内;
导向杆(38),设置在所述滑槽(35)下方,所述导向杆(38)一端与第一锥齿轮(34)的侧壁连接,所述导向杆(38)另一端穿过所述环形开口(37)延伸至所述壳体(32)之外;
清洗圈(39),套设在所述主体(1)的外壁上,所述清洗圈(39)的壁面上设置有沿轴向延伸的第二通孔(40),所述导向杆(38)远离所述第一锥齿轮(34)的一端穿过所述第二通孔(40),并与限位块(41)连接,所述清洗圈(39)的内壁面上设置有刷毛;
弹簧(42),套设在所述导向杆(38)上,所述弹簧(42)一端与所述第一锥齿轮(34)侧壁连接,所述弹簧(42)另一端与所述清洗圈(39)连接;
连杆(43),所述连杆(43)一端与所述滑块(36)铰链连接,所述连杆(43)另一端与所述清洗圈(39)外壁铰链连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种射灯结构,其特征在于,所述清洁装置还包括:电机(46),设置在所述主体(1)的外壁上,电机(46)位于所述壳体(32),所述电机(46)的输出轴向外侧延伸,并与第二锥齿轮(47)连接,所述第一锥齿轮(34)与所述第二锥齿轮(47)啮合。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种射灯结构,其特征在于,还包括清洗液喷洒装置,所述清洗液喷洒装置包括:
存液箱(48),设置在所述壳体(32)上端,所述存液箱(48)内设置有清洗液;
第三通孔(49),所述主体(1)外壁上沿周向设置有若干第三通孔(49),所述清洗圈(39)覆盖在所述第三通孔(49)上;
喷头(50),设置在所述限位块(41)上,所述喷头(50)的喷嘴朝向所述第三通孔(49);
连接管(51),所述连接管(51)一端与所述存液箱(48)底端连通,所述连接管(51)另一端与所述喷头(50)连通,所述连接管(51)上依次设置有压力泵(52)、电磁阀(53),所述壳体(32)内设置有处理器(54),所述处理器(54)分别与所述电机(46)、所述压力泵(52)、所述电磁阀(53)连接,所述处理器(54)与移动终端无线通讯;
进液管(55),设置在所述存液箱(48)顶端,所述进液管(55)上端设置有盖子(56)。
