一种固定片预制热收缩带
技术领域
本发明涉及热收缩带技术领域,尤其涉及一种固定片预制热收缩带。
背景技术
管道防腐用3PE热收缩带是采用辐射交联3PE基材和热熔胶复合而成的一种重要的防腐材料,它常常的被应用在燃气管道、排水管道等管道当中,这种产品具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,密封能力好,使用寿命很长。同时它常常被应用在一些输油,输气管道中的接口处,用于其防腐蚀,保证其输油,输气正常运行。
通常的3PE热收缩带在弯绕搭接部位要另用一块单独的固定片对其进行固定防滑移。如果通过焊接的方式,将3PE热收缩带和固定片进行连接,可以简化后续使用过程,提升防滑移效果。在固定片对3PE热收缩带进行包覆固定的过程中,如何进一步提升热收缩带的粘合效果,是值得进一步进行研究和发掘的。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的不足,本发明目的在于提供了一种新型固定片预制热收缩带,由于热收缩带上焊接有固定片,因此,在使用热收缩带后,可便捷地使用固定片对其进行固定。但是,为了进一步利用固定片的紧固效果,申请人发现可以在胶粘剂层中添加压敏胶成分,由于固定片的固定以及持续施力作用,对于后期的热收缩紧固和粘合效果可以进一步得以增强。
然而现有技术中,通常使用的压敏胶本身不便于应用在热收缩带上,另一方面,由于热收缩带的热加工特性,因此,要求压敏胶也应当具有较高的耐热性能。
有鉴于此,本申请克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种新型的固定片预制热收缩带,在胶粘剂层中复合了压敏胶的成分,可以使得在固定片对热收缩带固定后,持续挤压施力,发挥压敏胶的粘合性能,并使热收缩带具有更好的粘合固定的效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种固定片预制热收缩带,包括热收缩带和一块焊接固定在其起始端的固定片,其特征在于:所述热收缩带包括设置在外层的辐射交联聚乙烯基材层,以及设置在所述辐射交联聚乙烯基材层内侧的胶粘剂层。
所述胶黏剂层按重量份计,包括如下成分:乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物30-50份,热塑性弹性体20-30份,MQ硅树脂10-20份,乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷20-40份,固化催化剂0.005-0.02份,增粘树脂1-5份,填料1-5份,抗氧化剂1-2份,偶联剂0.5-1份。
在本发明一个优选的实施方式中,所述固化催化剂选自铂催化剂、钌催化剂或铑催化剂。优选铂催化剂。铂催化剂以足以使MQ硅树脂和乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷完成交联的量存在。
在本发明一个优选的实施方式中,所述热塑性弹性体选自苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯(SIS)嵌段共聚物或苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)嵌段共聚物。
在本发明一个优选的实施方式中,所述增粘树脂选自萜烯树脂、松香树脂、古马隆树脂中的一种或多种。
在本发明一个优选的实施方式中,所述填料选自炭黑、白炭黑、黏土、碳酸钙、碳酸镁中的一种或多种。
在本发明一个优选的实施方式中,所述抗氧化剂为抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂168,或其组合。
在本发明一个优选的实施方式中,所述偶联剂选自3-环氧丙氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷。
有机硅树脂可含有T单元、D单元、M单元和Q单元,适合于本发明的有机硅树脂是MQ硅树脂,在一个非限制性实施方式中,所述MQ硅树脂中M单元硅原子与Q单元硅原子的摩尔比M/Q的范围是0.5-1,更为优选的范围是0.6-0.9。所述MQ硅树脂的粘度不小于5000厘泊。非限制性的实例是购自瓦克公司的TF803硅树脂,其M/Q的比例得到精确控制,约为0.67。另一个可选方案是陶氏公司的MQ-1600有机硅树脂。
在本发明一个优选的实施方式中,所述乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷具有0.5-5摩尔百分比的乙烯基单元。特别优选具有1-3摩尔百分比的乙烯基单元。所述乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷具有100万及以上厘泊的粘度。优选为150万至250万厘泊。
在本发明一个优选的实施方式中,MQ硅树脂的用量为乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷用量的约0.5,在更低的比率下,压敏组分可能会变脆而失去可靠的粘性,当比率较高时,又容易展现过分的粘性。
本发明有益的技术效果是:
本发明所述固定片预制热收缩带包括胶粘剂层,所述胶黏剂层含有常规胶黏剂,所述热收缩带用于粘接管道接口,缠绕、热加工后采用固定片进行固定而成。随着固定片的持续施压,压敏胶组分中的铂催化剂催化MQ硅树脂和乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷之间形成交联,使线性聚合物具有类似于橡胶一样的网络结构,而形成固体结构,发挥粘合剂的作用。通过常规粘合剂和压敏粘合剂的组合,使得本发明的热收缩带具有较好粘附性,且粘合过程不会因200℃左右的高温而导致压敏组分失活,具有较高的热加工性能。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种固定片预制热收缩带,包括热收缩带和一块焊接固定在其起始端的固定片,所述热收缩带包括设置在外层的辐射交联聚乙烯基材层,以及设置在所述辐射交联聚乙烯基材层内侧的胶粘剂层。
所述胶黏剂层按重量份计,组成为:乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物40份,苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯(SIS)嵌段共聚物25份,MQ硅树脂15份,乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷30份,铂催化剂0.01份,萜烯树脂3份,炭黑2份,抗氧化剂1010 1份,3-环氧丙氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.5份。
实施例2
具有与实施例1一致的热收缩带结构,其中胶黏剂层按重量份计,组成为:乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物45份,苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)嵌段共聚物20份,MQ硅树脂15份,乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷30份,钌催化剂0.01份,古马隆树脂3份,碳酸钙2份,抗氧化剂168 1份,3-环氧丙氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷1份。

具有与实施例1一致的热收缩带结构,其中胶黏剂层按重量份计,组成为:乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物40份,苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯(SIS)嵌段共聚物25份,丙烯酸系聚合物50份,异氰酸酯系交联剂10份,松香树脂2份,炭黑2份,抗氧化剂168 1份,3-环氧丙氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.5份。
为了验证MQ硅树脂系压敏组分的作用,对比例1具体选择了聚酰亚胺树脂系压敏组分,对比例2选择了丙烯酸树脂-异氰酸酯系压敏组分,作为对照。通过一般热加工的方式,安装所述热收缩带,加热温度为约200℃,测试剥离强度时,将热收缩带垂直地从钢管进行剥离,使用拉力试验机测量其剥离强度。按照GB/T23257标准进行性能的测试,其结果如下表1所示:

根据表1的数据,可看出,从实施例1-3和对比例1-2,经过高温粘接,初始的粘接性能相差不大。但经过30天后,进行第二次测试,实施例1-3中的剥离强度均有明显增强,说明了MQ硅树脂系压敏组分发挥了作用,使得粘结作用增强。对比例1中的聚酰亚胺树脂系压敏组分可能耐一定高温,但对于200℃的温度而言,其难以与其他胶黏剂成分产生配合,对比例2中的丙烯酸树脂-异氰酸酯系压敏组分难以耐受高温加热,对于整体的粘结效果产生负影响,导致第二次剥离效果大大降低。
从上述数据整体分析可以得出,选择MQ硅树脂系压敏组分,可以较高的耐受热加工带来的负面影响,随着时间的增加,可以有效增强胶黏剂的力学性能。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种固定片预制热收缩带,其特征在于:所述热塑性弹性体选自苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯(SIS)嵌段共聚物或苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)嵌段共聚物。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种固定片预制热收缩带,其特征在于:所述增粘树脂选自萜烯树脂、松香树脂、古马隆树脂中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种固定片预制热收缩带,其特征在于:所述填料选自炭黑、白炭黑、黏土、碳酸钙、碳酸镁中的一种或多种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种固定片预制热收缩带,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂168,或其组合。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种固定片预制热收缩带,其特征在于:所述偶联剂选自3-环氧丙氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种固定片预制热收缩带,其特征在于:所述固化催化剂选自铂催化剂、钌催化剂或铑催化剂中的一种或多种。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种固定片预制热收缩带,其特征在于:所述MQ硅树脂中M单元硅原子与Q单元硅原子的摩尔比M/Q的范围是0.6-0.9,所述MQ硅树脂的粘度不小于5000厘泊。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种固定片预制热收缩带,其特征在于:所述乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷具有0.5-5摩尔百分比的乙烯基单元。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种固定片预制热收缩带,其特征在于:所述乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷具有100万及以上厘泊的粘度。
