A soothing and anti-allergy cosmetic composition characterized by: the soothing and anti-allergy cosmetic composition comprises the following components: palmitoyl tripeptide-8, mushroom extract, extract of flowers/leaves/vines of Arctium oblongifolium, seed oil of Cynara scolymus, unsaponifiable sunflower seed oil, tocopherol, seed oil of Pinus pentandra, allantoin, panthenol, ceramide, carnosine, extract of Matricaria chamomilla, extract of Hamamelis virginiana, and saponin.
2. A soothing anti-sensitivity cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein: the soothing anti-allergy cosmetic composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: palmitoyl tripeptide-80.04-0.28 part, mushroom extract 0.1-5 parts, barberry flower/leaf/vine extract 0.5-4 parts, cynara scolymus seed oil 0.5-4.2 parts, sunflower seed oil unsaponifiable matter 0.08-0.3 part, tocopherol 0.1-2 parts, Korean pine seed oil 3-10 parts, allantoin 0.1-0.5 part, panthenol 0.8-5 parts, ceramide 0.001-1.3 parts, carnosine 0.04-0.28 part, golden yellow chamomile extract 0.7-6 parts, Hamamelis virginiana extract 0.5-5 parts, and saponin 2-6 parts.
3. A soothing anti-sensitivity cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein: the mushroom extract is selected from Italian white truffleTubermagnatumOr black Chinese pine dewTubermelanosporumThe extract of (1).
4. A soothing anti-sensitivity cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein: the ceramide is at least one compound selected from ceramide 1, ceramide 2, ceramide 3, ceramide 4 and ceramide 6.
