Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, and discloses an anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) and a preparation method thereof, wherein the anti-aging skin repair liquid comprises 8-12% of propylene glycol, 12-18% of tannin mixture, 0.5-0.8% of sodium hyaluronate, 10-12% of Retinol solution, 0.2-0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 0.1-0.3% of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of water; the tannin mixture comprises flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract, Taraxacum officinale rhizome/root extract, herba Violae extract, Malva sylvestris extract, flos Lonicerae extract, radix Paeoniae extract and Aloe Barbadensis leaf juice; retinol solutions include glycerol, polyglycerol-10 laurate, niacinamide, 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 1, 2-pentanediol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, tocopheryl acetate, 1, 3-propanediol, and hydroxyppinacolone retinoic acid; the tannin mixture and the tretinoin synergistically activate the filaggrin, relieve sensitive skin and delay skin aging.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to an anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Sensitive Skin (SS) refers to a high-response state of skin under physiological or pathological conditions, mainly occurs on the face, and clinically shows that when the skin is stimulated by physical, chemical and mental factors, the skin is easy to have subjective symptoms such as burning, stabbing pain, itching and tightness, accompanied by symptoms such as erythema, scaling and telangiectasia.
The lack of filaggrin can lead to the entry of foreign allergens into the body through broken epidermal barriers and binding to antigen presenting cells leading to the development of atopic diseases. Thereby causing symptoms and signs of atopic dermatitis such as dry skin, rash, pruritus and the like.
Retinol (retinol) is a natural vitamin a, commonly known as retinol and its derivatives: a family of retinoids, including: retinoids, Retinoic Acid (RA), retinyl esters, beta-carotene, etc., retinoids are the first choice for skin use as an antioxidant, anti-aging, and acne treatment.
The retinol ingredient contained in the skin care product in the prior art is easy to lose activity in air, light and heat, has poor stability, and not only has large using amount of the anti-sensitive anti-aging nutrient ingredient, but also has poor effect.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol), which has good effect and high safety under the using amount of anti-sensitive anti-aging nutrient components.
The invention also aims to provide a method for preparing the anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) so as to quickly meet the market demand.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) comprises, by weight, 8-12% of propylene glycol, 12-18% of tannin mixture, 0.5-0.8% of sodium hyaluronate, 10-12% of Retinol solution, 0.2-0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 0.1-0.3% of ethylhexylglycerin, and the balance of water;
the tannin mixture comprises flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract, Taraxacum officinale rhizome/root extract, herba Violae extract, Malva sylvestris extract, flos Lonicerae extract, radix Paeoniae extract and Aloe Barbadensis leaf juice;
the retinol solution comprises glycerol, polyglycerol-10 laurate, niacinamide, 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 1, 2-pentanediol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, tocopheryl acetate, 1, 3-propanediol, and hydroxyppinacolone retinoic acid.
Specifically, the tannin mixture comprises 1% of chamomile extract, 1% of dandelion rhizome/root extract, 1% of Chinese violet extract, 1% of malva sylvestris extract, 0.5% of honeysuckle extract, 1% of peony root extract, 0.5% of aloe barbadensis leaf juice and the balance of water by weight percentage.
Specifically, the retinol solution comprises 15% of glycerol, 8% of polyglycerol-10 laurate, 6% of nicotinamide, 6% of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 2.5% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 2.5% of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 2.5% of tocopherol acetate, 2.5% of 1, 3-propanediol, 1.5% of hydroxy pinatone retinoic acid and the balance of water by weight percentage.
Further, the invention also provides a preparation method of the anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol), which comprises the following steps:
s1) weighing 8-12% of propylene glycol, 12-18% of tannin mixture, 0.5-0.8% of sodium hyaluronate, 10-12% of retinol solution, 0.2-0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 0.1-0.3% of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of water according to weight percentage;
s2) heating part of deionized water, adding sodium hyaluronate for soaking, and stirring uniformly to obtain sodium hyaluronate gel;
s3) adding propylene glycol, the retinol solution and the tannin mixture into the sodium hyaluronate gel, stirring uniformly by using a homogenizer, adding the rest part of deionized water, and cooling to obtain emulsion;
s4) adding phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin into the emulsion, and stirring until the phenoxyethanol and the ethylhexylglycerin are dissolved, thereby obtaining the anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol).
Preferably, the heated deionized water of step S2) and the deionized water of step S2) each account for 50% of the total amount of deionized water used.
Preferably, the temperature for heating the deionized water in step S2) is 45 to 50 ℃.
Preferably, in step S2), the soaking time of the sodium hyaluronate is 2-2.5 h.
Preferably, in step S3), the stirring time of the homogenizer is 15-20min, and the homogenizing time is 3-5 min.
Preferably, in the step S3), the temperature for reducing the temperature is 35-40 ℃; in step S4), the stirring time is 3-5 min.
The technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) has the advantages that the tannin mixture and the Retinol synergistically activate filaggrin, sensitive skin is relieved, and skin aging is delayed.
Furthermore, the invention also provides a method for preparing the anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol), the process is simple, and the prepared product has good skin absorbability and high transdermal rate.

An anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) comprises, by weight, 8-12% of propylene glycol, 12-18% of tannin mixture, 0.5-0.8% of sodium hyaluronate, 10-12% of Retinol solution, 0.2-0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 0.1-0.3% of ethylhexylglycerin, and the balance of water;
the tannin mixture comprises flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract, extract of rhizome/root of Taraxacum officinale, herba Violae extract, Malva sylvestris extract, flos Lonicerae extract and Aloe Barbadensis leaf juice;
the retinol solution comprises glycerol, polyglycerol-10 laurate, niacinamide, 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 1, 2-pentanediol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, tocopheryl acetate, 1, 3-propanediol, and hydroxyppinacolone retinoic acid.
According to the anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol), the chamomile extract, the dandelion rhizome/root extract, the Chinese violet extract, the malva flower extract, the honeysuckle flower extract, the peony root extract and the aloe barbadensis leaf juice contained in the adopted tannin mixture are plant extracts with the most relieving effect, the strong effect of small molecular sodium hyaluronate is fused to lock water, and multiple in-vitro barrier protection is provided for sensitive skin. The hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester contained in the vitamin A alcohol solution can resist oxidation and relieve skin, and the tannin mixture and the vitamin A alcohol are synergistic, so that sensitive skin is relieved while filaggrin is activated, and skin aging is delayed.
In addition, the vitamin A alcohol solution can improve the stability of contained hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester, and can promote skin absorption to enter an anti-aging target position; the contained hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester can directly act without combination and conversion with biological enzyme, and has the advantages of less irritation, higher safety in use and better transdermal rate.
The sodium hyaluronate is also called as hyaluronic acid sodium and is an inherent substance of skin, the exogenous sodium hyaluronate is used for supplementing the endogenesis of the skin, the micromolecular sodium hyaluronate can go deep into the epidermal layer of the skin and promote the supply of skin nutrition and the excretion of waste so as to prevent skin aging, the proliferation and differentiation of epidermal cells can be promoted, the regeneration of the epidermal cells can be accelerated, the healing of the skin at the damaged part can be promoted, the sodium hyaluronate also has the effects of moisturizing and lubricating the skin, the sodium hyaluronate can improve the physiological condition of the skin, provide an environment for the synthesis of dermal collagen and elastic fibers, and enhance the supply of nutrient substances.
Specifically, the tannin mixture comprises 1% of chamomile extract, 1% of dandelion rhizome/root extract, 1% of Chinese violet extract, 1% of malva sylvestris extract, 0.5% of honeysuckle extract, 1% of peony root extract, 0.5% of aloe barbadensis leaf juice and the balance of water by weight percentage.
The flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract can relieve tight and sensitive skin.
The extract of the rhizome/root of Taraxacum officinale has the effect of preventing skin inflammation.
The herba Violae extract can relieve the burning sensation of sensitive skin and eliminate inflammation.
The flos Lonicerae extract is used for regulating sebum secretion, relieving free radical injury caused by ultraviolet irradiation, and has antiaging and moisturizing effects.
The radix Paeoniae extract has effects of clearing heat, cooling blood, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, promoting metabolism, enhancing immunity, and improving facial roughness.
The Aloe barbadensis leaf juice contains plant active polypeptide and amino acid, has effects of diminishing inflammation, relieving pain, repairing skin wound, treating skin inflammation, and healing acne, freckle, acne, scald, knife wound, mosquito bite, etc.
Specifically, the retinol solution comprises 15% of glycerol, 8% of polyglycerol-10 laurate, 6% of nicotinamide, 6% of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 2.5% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 2.5% of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 2.5% of tocopherol acetate, 2.5% of 1, 3-propanediol, 1.5% of hydroxy pinatone retinoic acid and the balance of water by weight percentage.
Glycerol, polyglycerol-10 laurate, 1, 2-pentanediol 2.5% and 1, 3-propanediol are used for regulating the hydration function of the skin, increasing the moisture of the skin, and having the effect of improving the dryness of the skin.
Nicotinamide can relieve and prevent dullness, chloasma and skin resistance decrease caused by premature skin aging.
3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid and tocopherol acetate can inhibit tyrosinase activity, and has antioxidant effect.
Caprylic/capric triglyceride contains palm oil or coconut oil derivatives, and can lubricate soft and rough skin.
Hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester: a retinol derivative has effects in regulating metabolism of epidermis and stratum corneum, resisting aging, reducing sebum overflow, removing pigment from epidermis, preventing acne, and whitening skin and removing speckle. The product has strong effect of retinol, and reduced irritation, and can be used for resisting aging and preventing acne recurrence.
Further, the invention also provides a preparation method of the anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol), which comprises the following steps:
s1) weighing 8-12% of propylene glycol, 12-18% of tannin mixture, 0.5-0.8% of sodium hyaluronate, 10-12% of retinol solution, 0.2-0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 0.1-0.3% of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of water according to weight percentage;
s2) heating part of deionized water, adding sodium hyaluronate for soaking, and stirring uniformly to obtain sodium hyaluronate gel;
s3) adding propylene glycol, the retinol solution and the tannin mixture into the sodium hyaluronate gel, stirring uniformly by using a homogenizer, adding the rest part of deionized water, and cooling to obtain emulsion;
s4) adding phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin into the emulsion, and stirring until the phenoxyethanol and the ethylhexylglycerin are dissolved, thereby obtaining the anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol).
The sodium hyaluronate is soaked to form a gel, so that the sodium hyaluronate can be rapidly absorbed by the skin, the skin is lubricated and the humidity of the skin is improved, and the skin penetration rate absorbed by the skin can be improved by the homogenized Retinol solution and tannin mixture, so that the efficacy of the anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) is improved.
The stability of the emulsion is improved by adding phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin.
Preferably, the heated deionized water of step S2) and the deionized water of step S2) each account for 50% of the total amount of deionized water used.
50% of deionized water is used for dissolving the sodium hyaluronate in the step S1), so that the residual deionized water can be used for cooling in the following process, and the problem that the concentration of the product is low due to the need of increasing the using amount of the deionized water is avoided.
Preferably, the temperature for heating the deionized water in step S2) is 45 to 50 ℃.
The water temperature of 45-50 ℃ is beneficial to improving the dissolution and water absorption speed of the sodium hyaluronate, and if the temperature is over 60 ℃, the sodium hyaluronate is decomposed, so the water temperature is not suitable to be too high.
Preferably, in step S2), the soaking time of the sodium hyaluronate is 2-2.5 h.
Soaking in water of 40-50 deg.C for more than 2 hr to saturate sodium hyaluronate.
Preferably, in step S3), the stirring time of the homogenizer is 15-20min, and the homogenizing time is 3-5 min.
Stirring for 15min or more and homogenizing for 3min or more with a homogenizer to make the nutrient components contained in the tannin mixture and the retinol solution into fine particles, which can be absorbed by skin.
Preferably, in the step S3), the temperature for reducing the temperature is 35-40 ℃; in step S4), the stirring time is 3-5 min.
Cooling to 35-40 deg.C, adding phenoxyethanol to reduce volatilization of phenoxyethanol as antiseptic, adding ethylhexyl glycerol as emulsion stabilizer, and stirring for 3-5min to uniformly distribute the stabilizer in the emulsion.
Examples 1 to 3
1. The anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) of examples 1-3 was prepared and prepared from the raw materials listed in Table 1, and the preparation steps were as follows:
s1) weighing 8-12% of propylene glycol, 12-18% of tannin mixture, 0.5-0.8% of sodium hyaluronate, 10-12% of retinol solution, 0.2-0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 0.1-0.3% of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of water according to weight percentage;
s2) heating half of deionized water to 45-50 ℃, adding sodium hyaluronate, soaking for 2-2.5h, and stirring uniformly to obtain sodium hyaluronate gel;
s3) adding propylene glycol, the retinol solution and the tannin mixture into the sodium hyaluronate gel, uniformly stirring by using a homogenizer for 15-20min and 3-5min, adding the remaining half of deionized water, and cooling to 35-40 ℃ to obtain emulsion;
s4) adding phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin into the emulsion, stirring for 3-5min until the phenoxyethanol and the ethylhexylglycerin are dissolved, and obtaining the anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol).

2. The anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) prepared in example 1 was subjected to the following in vitro experiment one:
2.1 Experimental methods: HaCaT-FLG-Luc cells (15 x 10 cells/mL) were treated with the anti-aging skin repair solution containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) at the mass concentrations of 0.1%, 0.5% and 4% for 72 hours using 1mM calcium chloride as a positive control, and then luciferase activity in the corresponding cell lysates was measured, and the effect of activating the silk polymerization protein promoter was expressed by dual induction as a test result, as shown in FIG. 1.
2.2 from the test results shown in fig. 1, it can be seen that the activities of luciferase in cell lysates of HaCaT-FLG-Luc cells (15 × 10 cells/mL) treated with the anti-aging skin repair solution containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) at mass concentrations of 0.1%, 0.5% and 4% are 26%, 97% and 364%, respectively, which indicates that the Retinol solution of the present invention can promote the expression of Filaggrin (FILAGGRIN), decompose and generate moisturizing factors, and can improve the moisturizing property of skin and the integrity of sebum.
3. The anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) prepared in example 2 was subjected to the following two in vitro experiments:
3.1 Experimental methods: 293-VR1 cells are cultured in a 96-well microplate in triplicate, 0%, 1% and 4% by mass of the anti-aging skin repair solution containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) is added into the culture cell fluid of the three test samples to be cultured for 30 minutes, 1 mu M capsaicin is used for stimulation for 3 hours, 10 mu M capsaicin is used for positive control of TRPV-1 receptor, and the IncuCyt viable cell imaging analyzer is used for detecting the cell activity of each test sample after 3 hours, wherein the detection result is shown in figure 2.
3.2 from the test results described in FIG. 2, it can be seen that: the cell viability of a test sample with the concentration of 1 mu M + 1% of capsaicin and a test sample with the concentration of 1 mu M + 4% of capsaicin are respectively improved by about 2 times and 3.5 times compared with that of a control sample with the concentration of 1 mu M of capsaicin, and the results prove that the vitamin A alcohol solution can improve the antagonistic capability of cells on TRPV1 receptors, reduce external stimulation and relieve the skin sensitivity.
It is worth noting that TRPV1 (transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 channel protein) is present in unmyelinated C-fibers and a δ fibers and primarily regulates the perception of burning, pain and stinging sensations in humans. TRPV1 plays an important role in hyperalgesia caused by inflammation. When inflammation occurs, inflammatory factors bind to respective receptors on neurons, act on TRPV1 through respective intracellular signaling pathways, cause central or peripheral nerve sensitization, and manifest as hyperalgesia.
4. The anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) prepared in example 3 was subjected to the following skin permeability test of mice:
4.1 detection instrument: a transdermal absorption tester;
4.2 test method: smearing a free rhodamine B water solution indicator on a test part of the skin of the rat; diluting the anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) prepared in example 3 into 10% aqueous solution as a test sample, smearing the test sample on the test part, and detecting the blank sample and the test sample at 2h and 4h respectively, wherein the image obtained by detection is shown in FIG. 3;
4.3 from the image shown in FIG. 3 it can be seen that: the free rhodamine B water solution is mostly concentrated in the stratum corneum within 2 hours and 4 hours and cannot effectively penetrate through the stratum corneum barrier; the rhodamine B labeled test sample with the concentration of 10% penetrates through the stratum corneum barrier within 2 hours, the fluorescence intensity of the test sample with the concentration of 10% penetrating through the stratum corneum part within 4 hours is enhanced, the result of the skin permeability experiment shows that 10% of active ingredients of the test sample penetrate into the deep layer of the skin, and the anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) can effectively deliver the active substances to the deep layer of the skin.
Examples 4 to 6
5. The anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) prepared in the embodiment 1 of the invention is used for preparing essence water, and the preparation formula is shown in the following table 2;
5.1 comparing the using effect of consumers by taking a certain brand of commercially available similar retinol as a contrast;
5.2 test protocol:
the number of consumers: 12 persons;
testing parts: the inner side of the front arm;
and (3) testing time: 2h/4h/6 h;
testing an instrument: soft/fx;
and (3) testing environment: 22 ℃ and humidity of 58 percent;
the test method comprises the following steps: the capacitance method is adopted, 12 persons in each group are respectively smeared on the inner sides of the left and right front arms and then are detected, the skin moisture content is detected for 2h, 4h and 6h, and the average value of the detection results of each group is shown in the following table 3.

As can be seen from the test results in Table 3, the essential water containing 1.5%, 2.5% and 3% of the anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) still has excellent moisture retention of not less than 43% after 6 hours of use, while the moisture content of the similar products on the market is only 34% after 6 hours of use, which is obviously reduced.
In summary, the anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) has the advantages that the tannin mixture and the Retinol synergistically activate the filaggrin, sensitive skin is relieved, and skin aging is delayed.
Furthermore, the invention also provides a method for preparing the anti-aging skin repair liquid containing the Retinol (Viga Retinol), the process is simple, and the prepared anti-aging skin repair liquid containing the Retinol (Viga Retinol) has good skin absorbability and high transdermal rate.

Claims (9)
1. An anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) is characterized in that raw materials comprise, by weight, 8-12% of propylene glycol, 12-18% of tannin mixture, 0.5-0.8% of sodium hyaluronate, 10-12% of Retinol solution, 0.2-0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 0.1-0.3% of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of water;
the tannin mixture comprises flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract, Taraxacum officinale rhizome/root extract, herba Violae extract, Malva sylvestris extract, flos Lonicerae extract, radix Paeoniae extract and Aloe Barbadensis leaf juice;
the retinol solution comprises glycerol, polyglycerol-10 laurate, niacinamide, 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 1, 2-pentanediol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, tocopheryl acetate, 1, 3-propanediol, and hydroxyppinacolone retinoic acid.

The anti-aging skin-repairing liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tannin mixture comprises 1% of flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract, 1% of Taraxacum officinale rhizome/root extract, 1% of Viola yedoensis Makino extract, 1% of Malva sylvestris flower extract, 0.5% of Lonicera japonica flower extract, 1% of Paeonia lactiflora root extract, 0.5% of Aloe barbadensis leaf juice and the balance of water, by weight percentage.
3. The anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) in accordance with claim 1, wherein the Retinol solution comprises 15% of glycerin, 8% of polyglycerin-10 laurate, 6% of niacinamide, 6% of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 2.5% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 2.5% of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 2.5% of tocopheryl acetate, 2.5% of 1, 3-propanediol, 1.5% of hydroxyppinacolone retinoic acid and the balance of water, calculated by weight percentage.
4. The method for preparing anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
s1) weighing 8-12% of propylene glycol, 12-18% of tannin mixture, 0.5-0.8% of sodium hyaluronate, 10-12% of retinol solution, 0.2-0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 0.1-0.3% of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of water according to weight percentage;
s2) heating part of deionized water, adding sodium hyaluronate for soaking, and stirring uniformly to obtain sodium hyaluronate gel;
s3) adding propylene glycol, the retinol solution and the tannin mixture into the sodium hyaluronate gel, stirring uniformly by using a homogenizer, adding the rest part of deionized water, and cooling to obtain emulsion;
s4) adding phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin into the emulsion, and stirring until the phenoxyethanol and the ethylhexylglycerin are dissolved, thereby obtaining the anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol).
5. The method of preparing an anti-aging skin-rejuvenating liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) as claimed in claim 4, wherein the heated deionized water of step S2) and the deionized water of step S2) each account for 50% of the total amount of deionized water used.
6. The method for preparing anti-aging skin-repairing liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) as in claim 4, wherein the heating temperature of the deionized water in step S2) is 45-50 ℃.
7. The method for preparing an anti-aging skin-repairing liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) in accordance with claim 4, wherein the soaking time of the sodium hyaluronate in step S2) is 2-2.5 h.
8. The method for preparing anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) as claimed in claim 4, wherein in step S3), the stirring time of the homogenizer is 15-20min, and the homogenizing time is 3-5 min.
9. The method for preparing anti-aging skin repair liquid containing Retinol (Viga Retinol) as claimed in claim 4, wherein in step S3), the temperature is reduced to 35-40 deg.C; in step S4), the stirring time is 3-5 min.
