Description
Technical Field
The application relates to a skin composition for promoting skin barrier repairing function, and a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the field of cosmetics.
Background
The skin is the largest organ which is contacted with the external environment by human beings, covers the whole body, and is the protective umbrella of the outermost layer of other organs of the body. The skin care product has a layer of sebum membrane formed by fusing sebaceous gland lipid, sweat and keratinocyte lipid on the surface, can reduce the evaporation of water on the surface of the skin, can prevent external dust dirt, irritants and the like from invading the skin, provides a natural protective layer for the skin, and is an important structure for maintaining the health of the skin.
In recent years, skin barriers are damaged by excessive cleaning, facial mask application, exfoliating and the like, and once the skin barriers are damaged, the moisture retention capacity of the skin is reduced, so that symptoms such as tightness after washing, dryness, skin lifting, erythema and the like are caused, and even sensitive skin is easily caused. The principle of formation of sensitive skin is due to the problem of the natural defenses of the skin, which results in a loss of barrier ability to external stimuli. The first warning of a decrease in the natural barrier function of the skin is the disruption of the sebaceous membrane.
In human skin, 75% -90% of skin lipids are derived from sebaceous gland secretion, and the rest only 10% -25% of lipids are derived from intercellular lipids, and are mainly synthesized by ceramide, cholesterol and free fatty acids. Among them, fatty acids cannot be synthesized by the human body itself, and unsaturated fatty acids are more advantageous to the human body in particular. Unsaturated fatty acids not only inhibit the inflammatory effects of various mediators and cytokines that cause inflammation but also do not bring about side effects, which brings about a new approach to the treatment of inflammation.
However, for the care of sensitive skin, some natural and non-irritating skin care products are needed, but the components in the natural and non-irritating skin care products can not all show the effects of the components, and the components are added into the product after being compounded, so that the expected effect of repairing the sensitive skin can not be achieved, and the effects of the components can be inhibited mutually, so that the effect of repairing the sensitive skin is poor.

Performance testing
1. Analysis of the skin's transepidermal loss rate
The skin transepidermal water loss (Trans-epidermal water loss, TEWL) was measured by the germany CK skin moisture loss (TEWL) tester tewatemeter, TM300 and is an important parameter reflecting skin moisture loss and barrier. The lower the value of the variability in the transepidermal water loss rate of the cheek skin, the better the barrier function of the skin.
1. The method for detecting the skin transepidermal water loss rate analysis comprises the following steps:
1.1 subject screening criteria
Healthy female subjects between 20 and 50 years of age; and the subject was positive for skin after 10% lactic acid stinging test (judged as sensitive skin); the face has slight reddening; the number of people is 95, and each sample is randomly 5.
1.2 application sites: face part
1.3 frequency of use: the medicine is used for 1 time in the morning and at night, and is used for 28 days continuously, and 1.2g of medicine is used each time.
1.4 test environmental conditions
The temperature is 21+/-1 ℃ and the relative humidity is 50+/-5%.
1.5 test design
Single blind, random, self front-back control, face (side opposite to lactic acid solution application area selected according to random table).
2. Evaluation method
The skin transepidermal water loss rate was analyzed according to the formula [ (average of skin transepidermal water loss rate on day 28-average of skin transepidermal water loss rate on day 0)/average of skin transepidermal water loss rate on day 0 ], and the results are shown in table 5 below.
Surface 5 differential analysis of the transepidermal loss of water from facial skin
From the results of Table 5, it is seen that the skin after continuous use for 28 days had less water loss through the epidermis than comparative examples 1 to 9 in the case of examples 1 to 10, and the skin barrier was improved as a result of the less water loss through the skin.
Further, as can be seen from examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 3, comparative example 8, the dermatological composition of the present application has a remarkable improvement in skin barrier repair as compared with the individual chia seed oil, sunflower seed oil unsaponifiable and ceramide NP, vaseline, and thus the chia seed oil, sunflower seed oil unsaponifiable and ceramide have a remarkable synergistic effect.
2. Pi Fufan red degree analysis
The Pi Fufan redness parameter is obtained by facial Image acquisition by visual-CR and then cheek area skin a value analysis of a picture under Standard2 light source using Image-Pro-Plus Image analysis software, and the smaller the value of the difference in the cheek Pi Fufan redness, the lighter the skin redness.
1. The detection method for Pi Fufan red degree analysis is as follows:
2. Evaluation method details
The skin redness degree was analyzed according to the formula [ (degree of redness on day 28-degree of redness on day 0)/degree of redness on day 0 ], and the results are shown in table 6 below.
Table 6 differential analysis of the red degree of cheeks Pi Fufan
From the results of Table 6, it is seen that the skin redness degree after continuous use for 28 days was more reduced in the cases of examples 1 to 10 than in comparative examples 1 to 9, and the skin barrier was improved as a result of the smaller loss of the percutaneous moisture.
As can be seen from examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 3, and comparative example 8, the dermatological composition of the present application has a remarkable improvement in the degree of redness of the skin as compared with the individual chia seed oil, sunflower seed oil unsaponifiable matter and ceramide NP, and vaseline, and thus the chia seed oil, sunflower seed oil unsaponifiable matter and ceramide have remarkable synergistic effects. Thus, the use of the composition of the present application may have the effect of promoting skin barrier repair.
