虽然在TRU 34内能够使用若干不同类型的制冷剂,但是一些制冷剂倾向于具有相对高的GWP,而其它倾向于具有相对低的GWP,并且随着规定改变,变得越来越要求相对低GWP制冷剂的使用。相对低GWP制冷剂倾向于比相对高GWP制冷剂更易燃。因此,于在TRU应用中使用相对低GWP制冷剂的情况下,典型地必需防止相对低GWP制冷剂泄漏到移动通过TRU34的流中和/或到货物区域24中。
来自蒸发器管件62的制冷剂泄漏是不常见的,但是在一些实施例中,可能发生在返回弯曲部元件64处的制冷剂泄漏。因此,由于蒸发器区段38的内部容纳了返回弯曲部元件64,因此泄漏能够发生,并且导致制冷剂(即,适度易燃的低GWP制冷剂)直接进入到通过TRU 34的空气的流中或到货物区域24中。
为了防止制冷剂在循环通过TRU 34的空气流或直接到货物区域24中的制冷剂的流内的挟带,蒸发器盘管42的返回弯曲部元件64与蒸发器区段38的其余部分隔离。现在参考图5和图6,密封元件70被定位在TRU 34的蒸发器区段38内,邻近管板66和返回弯曲部元件64。密封元件70和管板66一起与限定蒸发器区段38的表面(诸如例如风扇和喷嘴单元44的一个或多个邻近表面)协作以限定密封腔72,被布置在蒸发器盘管42的侧部处的多个返回弯曲部元件64被定位在所述密封腔72内。密封元件70可以由任何合适的材料(诸如例如板金属)形成。虽然密封元件70被图示为大致平行于邻近管板66被定向,使得平行于蒸发器管62的轴线测量的腔72的宽度大致是均匀的,但是其中密封元件70与管板66以一角度布置的实施例也在本公开的范围内。此外,虽然关于TRU 34的蒸发器盘管42图示和描述了密封元件70和腔72,但是应当理解的是,在任何应用中的任何热交换器的具有循环通过其的低GWP制冷剂的返回弯曲部元件被认为在本公开的范围内。
在实施例中,通风系统80被布置成与腔72流体连通,并且可操作以从其排出泄漏的制冷剂,诸如例如制冷剂气体。如所示出的,通风系统80包括导管或泄放管线82,所述导管或泄放管线82延伸通过形成在密封机构中的对应开口84。阀86(诸如例如止回阀或其它单向阀)可以沿着由导管82限定的流体流路径被定位。阀86可操作以允许来自腔72内的制冷剂穿过其并泄放到外界大气,诸如例如拖车主体22的外面。然而,阀86限制通过导管82到腔72中的水分和外界空气的流。
在实施例中,阀86是响应于已知压力的施加而可操作的泄压阀。在这样的实施例中,腔72内的制冷剂的积聚将增加此密闭空间内的压力。一旦腔72内的压力超过与阀86相关联的阈值,阀86就将操作以允许制冷剂的流泄放到拖车主体22外侧。一旦已经喷出足够的制冷剂使得腔72和/或导管82内的压力下落低于阀86的阈值,阀86就将关闭。
具有与制冷系统的其余部分隔离的返回弯曲部元件64的热交换器提供了方法,以不仅包含泄漏的制冷剂,而且安全地将制冷剂从腔72泄放到外界大气,降低了制冷剂积累的风险。此外,通过使用简单的密封元件70来形成腔72,现有的制冷系统可以容易地被修改以隔离易于泄漏的区域。
术语“大约”旨在包括与基于在提交本申请时可用的装备对特定量的测量相关联的误差的度。

Claims (19)
1.一种热交换器,其包括:
多个管元件,其包括第一管段和第二管段;
至少一个返回弯曲部,其连接所述第一管段的端部和所述第二管段,使得所述多个管元件和所述至少一个返回弯曲部限定所述热交换器的流体流路径,其中所述至少一个返回弯曲部被定位在腔内,所述腔与所述热交换器的其余部分隔离。
2.如权利要求1所述的热交换器,其中所述至少一个返回弯曲部与所述多个管元件之间的接口被布置在所述腔内。
3.如权利要求1所述的热交换器,其中所述热交换器进一步包括:
管板,其被连接到所述多个管元件中的至少一个;以及
密封元件,其邻近所述管板被定位,其中所述密封元件和所述管板至少部分地限定所述腔。
4.如权利要求3所述的热交换器,其中所述密封元件由板金属形成。
5.如权利要求3所述的热交换器,其中所述密封元件大致平行于所述管板被定向。
6.如权利要求1所述的热交换器,其进一步包括通风系统,所述通风系统用于将从所述热交换器泄漏到所述腔中的流体泄放到外界大气。
7.如权利要求6所述的热交换器,其中所述通风系统进一步包括:
导管,其与所述腔流体连通;以及
阀,其被连接到所述导管,其中所述阀可操作以在第一方向上允许通过其的流。
8.如权利要求7所述的热交换器,其中所述阀在第二方向上限制通过所述导管的流。
9.如权利要求7所述的热交换器,其中所述阀是泄压阀。
10.一种运输制冷系统,其包括:
冷凝器;
蒸发器盘管,所述蒸发器盘管中的至少一部分被定位在与所述蒸发器盘管的其余部分隔离的腔内;以及
风扇,其用于使空气跨越所述蒸发器盘管移动。
11.如权利要求10所述的运输制冷系统,其中所述蒸发器盘管进一步包括:
多个管元件,其包括第一管段和第二管段;
至少一个返回弯曲部,其连接所述第一管段的端部和所述第二管段,使得所述多个管元件和所述至少一个返回弯曲部限定所述热交换器的流体流路径。
12.如权利要求11所述的运输制冷系统,其中所述至少一个返回弯曲部与所述多个管元件之间的接口被布置在所述腔内。
13.如权利要求11所述的运输制冷系统,其中所述热交换器进一步包括:
管板,其被连接到所述多个管元件中的至少一个;以及
密封元件,其邻近所述管板被定位,其中所述密封元件和所述管板至少部分地限定所述腔。
14.如权利要求13所述的运输制冷系统,其中所述运输制冷系统进一步包括风扇和喷嘴单元,并且所述风扇和喷嘴单元与所述管板和所述密封元件协作以限定所述腔。
15.如权利要求10所述的运输制冷系统,其进一步包括通风系统,所述通风系统用于将从所述蒸发器盘管泄漏到所述腔中的流体泄放到外界大气。
16.如权利要求15所述的运输制冷系统,其中所述运输制冷系统是运输制冷拖车的部分,并且所述腔内的所述流体被泄放到所述运输制冷拖车的外部。
17.如权利要求15所述的运输制冷系统,其中所述通风系统进一步包括:
导管,其与所述腔流体连通;以及
阀,其被连接到所述导管,其中所述阀可操作以在第一方向上允许通过其的流。
18.如权利要求17所述的运输制冷系统,其中所述阀在第二方向上限制通过所述导管的流。
19.如权利要求17所述的运输制冷系统,其中所述阀是泄压阀。
