Principle of operation
In the invention, when in use, the furnace body 1 is fixed at a proper position, then an external fan device is used for connecting the furnace body at the middle position inside the right side of the air inlet 6, combustible chemical fixed garbage is placed at the upper end of the furnace bar 12 through the adding hole 14, then the chemical garbage is ignited, simultaneously an external fan device is used for blowing, liquid filling is carried out through the filling pipe 72 when liquid chemical garbage is combusted, the separating plate 73 is pushed in the filling process, a gap is formed on the right sides of the upper ends of the separating plate 73 and the filling pipe 72, then the liquid enters the combustion box 71, then the liquid garbage is ignited for combustion, the chemical solid garbage and the liquid garbage are convenient to be combusted, toxic gas generated during garbage combustion is discharged through the separating pipe 81 in the garbage combustion process, and gas generated during liquid combustion and fixed combustion is separated through the second separating plate 82 in the toxic gas discharging process Then, the garbage such as soot generated during garbage combustion is filtered through the filter screen 83, the garbage falls into the inner bottom end of the furnace body 1, the inlet and outlet pipe 95 is connected with an external water circulation system during chemical garbage combustion, water enters the heat collecting pipe 91 through the circulation box 94, the heat collecting pipe 91 is heated during garbage combustion, heat generated during garbage combustion is collected and then discharged through the circulation box 94 and the inlet and outlet pipe 95 arranged on the other side, the heat collecting operation is convenient during garbage incineration, energy is saved, the lower right side of the smoke inlet pipe 103 is connected through the discharge pipe 86 during smoke discharge after combustion, then smoke enters the ecological filter box 101 through the smoke inlet pipe 103, and then the smoke is purified and deodorized through the water filled in the ecological filter box 101 arranged on the left side, simultaneously, the humidifying work is conveniently carried out on the flue gas, then the flue gas enters the water secondary filled inside the ecological filter box 101 arranged on the right side through the guide pipe 104 to carry out the purifying and humidifying work on the flue gas, and then the chemical waste incineration work is completed.

The incinerator for chemical waste of claim 1, wherein said filterable and separable flue pipe structure (8) comprises a separation pipe (81), a second partition plate (82), a filter screen (83), a connection cover (84), an inverted U-shaped pipe (85) and a discharge pipe (86), said second partition plate (82) being longitudinally bolted to the middle position of the inner wall of the separation pipe (81); one end of the filter screen (83) is respectively connected with the middle position of the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the separating pipe (81) through screws; the other end of the filter screen (83) is respectively connected to the upper parts of the middle positions of the left side and the right side of the second partition plate (82) through screws; the connecting cover (84) is in threaded connection with the outer wall of the upper end of the separating pipe (81); the left side and the right side of the lower end of the inverted U-shaped pipe (85) respectively penetrate through the middle positions of the inner parts of the left side and the right side of the connecting cover (84); the lower end of the discharge pipe (86) is welded at the middle position of the upper end of the inverted U-shaped pipe (85).

The incinerator for chemical waste of claim 1, wherein said detachable heat collecting pipe structure (9) comprises a heat collecting pipe (91), square nuts (92), spring washers (93), a circulating box (94) and an inlet/outlet pipe (95), said square nuts (92) are respectively screwed on the left and right sides of the outer wall of the heat collecting pipe (91); the spring pads (93) are respectively sleeved on the outer wall of the heat collecting pipe (91); the heat collecting pipe (91) is sequentially connected with the middle position between the circulating boxes (94) in a threaded manner from front to back; the lower ends of the inlet pipe (95) and the outlet pipe (95) are respectively in threaded connection with the middle positions of the left side and the right side of the circulating box (94).

The incinerator according to claim 1, wherein said replaceable ecological filter box structure (10) comprises an ecological filter box (101), a viewing plate (102), a smoke inlet pipe (103), a guiding pipe (104) and a smoke outlet pipe (105), said viewing plate (102) being respectively embedded in the middle of the front surface of said ecological filter box (101); the left side of the smoke inlet pipe (103) is inserted into the bottom end of the ecological filter box (101); two ends of the guide pipe (104) are respectively inserted at the left side and the right side of the upper end of the ecological filter box (101); the lower end of the smoke outlet pipe (105) is in threaded connection with the right side of the upper end of the ecological filter box (101).

An environmental protection chemical garbage incinerator according to claim 1 wherein said first partition plate (2) is provided with vent holes at the lower middle position and said support plate (13) middle position, respectively; the right pipeline of the air inlet hole (6) is connected with a fan device; the upper end of the first partition plate (2) is arranged in the middle of the lower end of the smoke outlet (17); the shielding cover (18) and the cleaning cover (19) are respectively stainless steel covers; the observation cover (20) is made of transparent toughened glass.

The incinerator according to claim 1, wherein said combustion case (71) is a ceramic case; the floating ball (74) and the connecting rod (75) are respectively inserted in the middle position of the right inner part of the filling pipe (72); and a sealing ring is arranged at the joint of the combustion box (71) and the filling pipe (72).
7. An environmentally friendly chemical garbage incinerator according to claim 1, wherein said combustion case (71) is disposed at an upper end of the supporting plate (13); the filling pipe (72) penetrates through the lower part of the right side of the furnace body (1).

The incinerator according to claim 2, wherein the upper end of the second partition plate (82) is in contact with the inner top end of the connection cover (84); the left side and the right side of the inverted U-shaped pipe (85) are respectively in threaded connection with a manual valve; stainless steel plates with through holes are welded at the bottom parts of the left side and the right side of the separation pipe (81) respectively.

The incinerator according to claim 2, wherein said separation pipe (81) is bolted to the middle of the upper end of the furnace body (1); the separating pipe (81) and the smoke outlet (17) are correspondingly arranged; and a sealing gasket is arranged at the joint of the separation pipe (81) and the furnace body (1).

The incinerator according to claim 3, wherein said spring washer (93) is disposed between said square nuts (92), said circulating box (94) is a stainless steel box having threaded holes on the inner walls of the left and right sides in sequence from front to back, and said inlet and outlet pipe (95) is a L-type stainless steel pipe.
