Abstract
本发明属于冶金行业烧结生产设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种刚柔双密封双层卸灰阀,包括阀体,设置在此阀体内的双层阀板支座,固定在阀体上的双层阀座,其特征在于在每层阀座下方设有一个阀板,在每层阀座的上下两层板之间设有刚性活动阀座,在每层阀座内且位于刚性活动阀座旁侧设有限位块,在每层阀座外侧且位于相应阀板上方设有柔性密封件,每层阀板铰接在相应的阀板支座上。本发明解决了双层卸灰阀的密封问题,刚性活动阀座与阀板之间形成一道刚性密封,柔性密封件同时与阀板之间形成一道柔性密封,形成双密封,密封效果好,柔性密封件在刚性活动阀座的保护下,避免了损坏,维护检修方便,可靠性强,易损件易于更换。

技术领域
本发明属于冶金行业烧结生产设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种刚柔双密封双层卸灰阀。
背景技术
在冶炼行业进行烧结生产时,需要一种设备将烧结生产中的各部降尘管里的矿和灰都排放且不能形成漏风的设备,就是双层卸灰阀。目前的双层卸灰阀存在的问题:
普遍漏风率高,造成灰尘和一些颗粒在风机负压的作用下,在管道中旋转,磨损管道,造成漏风。目前在用的双层卸灰阀主要有刀口式和电液推杆式。刀口式因为阀座的刀口和阀板之间经常存在一些小的颗粒,造成漏风,逐渐造成阀板和阀座磨损,使用寿命短。电液推杆式,因插板的滑槽里经常进一些颗粒,干涉了阀板的推进,形成漏风口,且电液推杆在现场多灰尘的工矿下,液压机构易受损而失效,电液推杆一旦滑槽进杂物,调整是非常麻烦的。目前的这两种形式的双层阀,使用寿命都不长,密封效果差,漏风严重,给生产组织带来不利影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种机构简单,密封性好,可靠性好的刚柔双密封双层卸灰阀。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
本发明的一种刚柔双密封双层卸灰阀,包括阀体,设置在此阀体内的双层阀板支座,固定在所述阀体上的双层阀座,其特征在于在每层阀座下方设有一个阀板,在每层阀座的上下两层板之间设有刚性活动阀座,在每层阀座内且位于所述刚性活动阀座旁侧设有限位块,在每层阀座外侧且位于相应阀板上方设有柔性密封件,每层阀板铰接在相应的阀板支座上。
所述的刚性活动阀座在其对应的阀座内活动。
所述的柔性密封件为橡胶密封件。
本发明的优点:
(1)本发明的刚柔双密封双层卸灰阀,彻底解决了双层卸灰阀的密封问题,刚性活动阀座与阀板之间形成一道刚性密封,柔性密封件同时与阀板之间形成一道柔性密封,形成双密封,密封效果好;
(2)本发明的刚柔双密封双层卸灰阀,解决了密封件的寿命问题,阀板打开时,刚性活动阀座靠重力落下,保护了柔性密封件不被物料冲刷;柔性密封件的密封效果好,又减少了刚性活动阀座也免受物料冲刷、磨损;
(3)本发明的刚柔双密封双层卸灰阀,维护检修更加方便,维修更换只需卸几个螺栓就能解决问题。

下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1-3所示,一种刚柔双密封双层卸灰阀,包括阀体1,设置在此阀体1内的双层阀板支座3,固定在所述阀体1上的双层阀座5,其特征在于在每层阀座5下方设有一个阀板4,在每层阀座5的上下两层板之间设有刚性活动阀座6,在每层阀座5内且位于所述刚性活动阀座6旁侧设有限位块2,在每层阀座5外侧且位于相应阀板4上方设有柔性密封件7,每层阀板4铰接在相应的阀板支座3上。
所述的刚性活动阀座6在其对应的阀座5内活动。
所述的柔性密封件7为橡胶密封件。
本发明的刚柔双密封双层卸灰阀,以一层卸灰阀为例,阀座5固定设置在阀体1上,刚性活动阀座6设置在阀座5的两层板之间,刚性活动阀座6可以在阀座5里活动,设置在阀座5内的限位块2限制刚性活动阀座6的活动范围。柔性密封件7固定设置在阀座5外侧。阀板4活动铰接设置在阀板支座3上,不把紧,留有活动间隙。当阀板4密封时,刚性活动阀座6与阀板4之间形成一道刚性密封,柔性密封件7同时与阀板4之间形成一道柔性密封,形成双密封,阀板4打开时,刚性活动阀座6靠重力落下,保护了柔性密封件7不被物料冲刷。

1.一种刚柔双密封双层卸灰阀,包括阀体,设置在此阀体内的双层阀板支座,固定在所述阀体上的双层阀座,其特征在于在每层阀座下方设有一个阀板,在每层阀座的上下两层板之间设有刚性活动阀座,在每层阀座内且位于所述刚性活动阀座旁侧设有限位块,在每层阀座外侧且位于相应阀板上方设有柔性密封件,每层阀板铰接在相应的阀板支座上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刚柔双密封双层卸灰阀,其特征在于所述的刚性活动阀座在其对应的阀座内活动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的刚柔双密封双层卸灰阀,其特征在于所述的柔性密封件为橡胶密封件。
