本发明公开了一种动态密封双层卸灰阀,由两个插板阀组成。本发明具有如下的有益效果,一是采用两个插板阀组成,两个插板阀交替打开关闭,适应于高负压工作环境下工作;二是插板阀是动态密封插板阀,当插板关闭到位后,通过流体加压管向圆形阀座的圆槽注入加压流体,使在圆形阀座内的密封活塞环在压力的作用下,将插板压紧,保证插板与阀座的密封;当插板要开启时,加压流体从流体加压管泄出,圆形阀座内的密封活塞环泄压,从插板上松开,插板开启灵活;三是插板不是要导槽中运动,克服了传统插板阀在插板导槽中易积渣的现象;四是气缸伸缩杆是在阀体外与插板联接,安装维修方便。

本发明涉及一种卸灰阀。
背景技术
插板阀是一种在冶金,发电、建材、化工行业广泛应用的阀门,由于插板阀的工作环境是高负压,传统的插板阀插板是采用导向槽导向,插板与导向槽之间的间隙不可调,造成插板与阀体不密封,漏风严重,造成设备损坏;在导向槽中经常夹渣夹灰,造成插板关闭不到位,插板运行不灵活。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种动态密封双层卸灰阀。
本发明的目的是通过如下方式实现的:一种动态密封双层卸灰阀,由两个插板阀组成,所述的插板阀是动态密封插板阀,包括阀体,在阀体内有截面为“∏”字形的圆形阀座,圆形阀座的圆槽开口为缩口状,在圆槽内有倒梯形的密封活塞环,流体加压管从阀体个进入连通圆形阀座的圆槽,在流体加压管外端有接口;在插板下侧面的阀体内侧壁上装有插板托轮;在阀体外侧壁与插板接触处有密封件,气缸通过箱体装在阀体外侧壁上,气缸伸缩杆通过联接件接在插板外端。

如图1、图2、图3所示,一种动态密封双层卸灰阀,由两个插板阀组成,所述的插板阀是动态密封插板阀,包括阀体1,在阀体1内有截面为“∏”字形的圆形阀座7,圆形阀座7的圆槽开口为缩口状,在圆槽内有倒梯形的密封活塞环8,流体加压管12从阀体1个进入连通圆形阀座7的圆槽,在流体加压管12外端有接口11;在插板6下侧面的阀体1内侧壁上装有插板托轮10;在阀体1外侧壁与插板6接触处有密封件9,气缸2通过箱体3装在阀体1外侧壁上,气缸伸缩杆4通过联接件5接在插板6外端。

1.一种动态密封双层卸灰阀,其特征在于:由两个插板阀组成,所述的插板阀是动态密封插板阀,包括阀体[1],在阀体[1]内有截面为“∏”字形的圆形阀座[7],圆形阀座[7]的圆槽开口为缩口状,在圆槽内有倒梯形的密封活塞环[8],流体加压管[12]从阀体[1]个进入连通圆形阀座[7]的圆槽,在流体加压管[12]外端有接口[11];在插板[6]下侧面的阀体[1]内侧壁上装有插板托轮[10];在阀体[1]外侧壁与插板[6]接触处有密封件[9],气缸[2]通过箱体[3]装在阀体[1]外侧壁上,气缸伸缩杆[4]通过联接件[5]接在插板[6]外端。
