本实用新型公开了一种气体输送卸灰阀,包括插板阀,气体输送卸灰桶,在气体输送卸灰桶上接有气体输送管,在插板阀和气体输送卸灰桶之间接有蝶阀。本实用新型具有如下的有益效果,一是在插板阀和气体输送卸灰桶之间加有蝶阀,由于蝶阀的气密性能好,使气体输送卸灰桶内的灰体不能进入到插板阀中,保证插板阀的运行,不易损坏,使用寿命长,故障率低,在气体输送卸灰桶内无压力下降,卸灰效果好;二是蝶阀的密封是采用动态密封,当阀门打开时,密封活塞环泄压,开启灵活;当阀门关闭后,密封活塞环加压,密封性能好。

本实用新型涉及一种卸灰阀。 
背景技术
在冶金、化工、石灰烧制和水泥生产中所使用的气体输送卸灰阀,是由插板阀和气体输送卸灰桶组成,在气体输送卸灰桶上接有气体输送管,在卸灰过程中,先将插板阀打开,灰体从灰斗中落到气体输送卸灰桶内,再关闭插板阀,气体输送管打开,高压气体将气体输送卸灰桶内的灰体从气体输送管中带走,因此阀体内压力较高,一般在0.5pa以上,由于插板阀的气密性能较差,一是阀体内的灰体进入到插板阀体内,造成插板阀卡死,损坏,不能运行;二是气体从插板阀反冲到灰斗,造成压力下降,影响卸灰效果。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高密封性的气体输送卸灰阀。 
本实用新型的目的是通过如下方式实现的:一种气体输送卸灰阀,包括插板阀,气体输送卸灰桶,在气体输送卸灰桶上接有气体输送管,在插板阀和气体输送卸灰桶之间接有蝶阀。 
所述的蝶阀是动态密封蝶阀,由蝶阀体、蝶阀板转轴和电机组成,蝶阀板通过联接板装有转轴上,电机与转轴联接;在蝶阀体与转轴连接处装有密封块;在蝶阀板外缘面上开有蝶阀板环槽,在蝶阀板环槽内有蝶阀板密封活塞环,蝶阀流体加压管从转轴一端进入,并通过蝶阀板连通蝶阀板环槽,在蝶阀流体加压管有接头。 
本实用新型具有如下的有益效果,一是在插板阀和气体输送卸灰桶之间加有蝶阀,由于蝶阀的气密性能好,使气体输送卸灰桶内的灰体不能进入到插板阀中,保证插板阀的运行,不易损坏,使用寿命长,故障率低,在气体输送卸灰桶内无压力下降,卸灰效果好;二是蝶阀的密封是采用动态密封, 
当阀门打开时,密封活塞环泄压,开启灵活;当阀门关闭后,密封活塞环加压,密封性能好。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5所示,一种气体输送卸灰阀,包括插板阀,气体输送卸灰桶2,在气体输送卸灰桶2上接有气体输送管3,在插板阀和气体输送卸灰桶2之间接有蝶阀。所述的插板阀,由插板阀体1、插板4、气缸8、气缸伸缩杆7组成,气缸伸缩杆7通过联接器6与插板4联接;在插板阀体1外侧壁与插板4连接处装有密封块5;所述的蝶阀是动态密封蝶阀,由蝶阀体9、蝶阀板16转轴10和电机15组成,蝶阀板16通过联接板11装有转轴10上,电机15与转轴10联接;在蝶阀体9与转轴10连接处装有密封块12;在蝶阀板16外缘面上开有蝶阀板环槽17,在蝶阀板环槽17内有蝶阀板密封活塞环14,蝶阀流体加压管18从转轴10一端进入,并通过蝶阀板16连通蝶阀板环槽17,在蝶阀流体加压管18有接头13。 
本实用新型的工作原理: 
由于气体卸灰阀要求在阀门停止工作时,也就是气体输送工作时,整个压力区内不得有任何传动轴及相对运动的摩擦面,否则一是往外冒灰;二是传动部位卡死。而本实用新型在工作时,蝶阀先打开,然后插板阀打开,灰体落入到气体输送卸灰桶2中,插板阀先关闭,然后蝶阀关闭,这时,压力区内无任何传动零件及相对运动的摩擦面,这时,打开气体输送管3上的阀门开启,高压气体进入气体输送卸灰桶2中,将灰体带走。由于在蝶阀打开、关闭过程中,无灰体通过,实现蝶阀的洁净运行,蝶阀的磨损小,使用寿命长;并 且蝶阀是动态密封,在蝶阀板16关闭后,密封活塞环14由蝶阀流体加压管18输入的液体进入蝶阀板环槽17中对密封活塞环14加压,使密封活塞环14紧压在与蝶阀体9内壁上,保证,蝶阀板16的密封性能,灰体不能从蝶阀进入到插板阀,保证插板阀的运行,不易损坏,使用寿命长,故障率低,在气体输送卸灰桶内无压力下降,卸灰效果好;当蝶阀板16打开时,液体从蝶阀流体加压管18汇出,密封活塞环14泄压,蝶阀板16开启灵活。

1.一种气体输送卸灰阀,包括插板阀、气体输送卸灰桶(2),在气体输送卸灰桶(2)上接有气体输送管(3),其特征在于:在插板阀和气体输送卸灰桶(2)之间接有蝶阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述气体输送卸灰阀,其特征在于:所述的蝶阀是动态密封蝶阀,由蝶阀体(9)、蝶阀板(16)转轴(10)和电机(15)组成,蝶阀板(16)通过联接板(11)装有转轴(10)上,电机(15)与转轴(10)联接;在蝶阀体(9)与转轴(10)连接处装有密封块(12);在蝶阀板(16)外缘面上开有蝶阀板环槽(17),在蝶阀板环槽(17)内有蝶阀板密封活塞环(14),蝶阀流体加压管(18)从转轴(10)一端进入,并通过蝶阀板(16)连通蝶阀板环槽(17),在蝶阀流体加压管(18)有接头(13)。
