Abstract
本发明涉及石油天然气管道设备领域,具体是一种单向液压缓冲器;特征是:包括缸体、缸盖和活塞,活塞设置在缸体中并可上下移动,在缸体中充满油液,缸体端部设置缸盖,在活塞上分别设有单向止回阀结构和节流孔结构,在缸盖与缸体之间、缸体与活塞之间设有密封环;其中,活塞向下运动时,单向止回阀关闭,整个装置实现缓冲作用,缓冲的速度通过调节节流孔来实现,当活塞向上运动,单向止回阀打开,此时整个装置无缓冲作用。通过此装置可实现在向下运动有缓冲功能,从而避免或减缓了产品发生碰撞的程度。

本发明涉及石油天然气管道设备领域,具体是一种单向液压缓冲器。
背景技术
目前,气压驱动阀在石油管道的应用中经常会出现闸板拉伤或卡死等情况,从而使得整个气压驱动法的使用寿命明显减短,并且受损后整个气压驱动阀的振动噪声很大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种可减缓闸板拉伤,延长使用阀门使用寿命及减少阀门振动的缓冲装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是这样实现的:
一种单向液压缓冲器;包括缸体、缸盖和活塞,活塞设置在缸体中并可上下移动,在缸体中充满油液,缸体端部设置缸盖,在活塞上分别设有单向止回阀结构和节流孔结构,在缸盖与缸体之间、缸体与活塞之间设有密封环;其中,活塞向下运动时,单向止回阀关闭,整个装置实现缓冲作用,缓冲的速度通过调节节流孔来实现,当活塞向上运动,单向止回阀打开,此时整个装置无缓冲作用。
将本装置接入管路总,当本装置中的活塞在向下运动时可产生缓冲功能,从而避免或减缓了阀门发生碰撞的程度。

如图1所示,一种单向液压缓冲器;其特征是:包括缸体1、缸盖2和活塞3,活塞3设置在缸体1中并可上下移动,在缸体1中充满油液4,缸体1端部设置缸盖2,在活塞3上分别设有单向止回阀结构5和节流孔结构6,在缸盖2与缸体1之间、缸体1与活3塞之间设有密封环7;其中,活塞向下运动时,单向止回阀关闭,整个装置实现缓冲作用,缓冲的速度通过调节节流孔来实现,当活塞向上运动,单向止回阀打开,此时整个装置无缓冲作用
