本发明提供重力卸灰阀,涉及卸灰阀技术领域,它是由外壳、检查门、入料口、进料口、固定板、液压缸、连接块、转杆、力臂、球铰和阀板构成,所述外壳的表面转动连接有检查门,所述外壳的顶面开设有入料口,所述外壳的底面开设有进料口,所述外壳的侧面固定安装有固定板,所述固定板的表面转动连接有液压缸,所述液压缸的输出端固装有连接块,所述转杆贯穿设置在外壳的内壁。本发明通过液压缸即可轻松的关闭和打开入料口,同时由于开启入料口时,阀板垂直于入料口,这样在入料口进料时,可以避免物料冲刷到阀板,进而提高阀板的使用寿命,同时由于球铰的作用,可以使阀板与入料口之间受力均匀,进而提升密封性能。

本发明涉及卸灰阀技术领域,尤其涉及重力卸灰阀。
背景技术
阀门是用来开闭管路、控制流向、调节和控制输送介质参数的管路附件,根据其功能,可分为关断阀、止回阀和调节阀等。而重力卸灰阀广泛用于大型钢厂、电厂、冶金燃烧加热炉渣及粉尘的回收系统,用于废料的输送排放,也用于粉尘物料的输送。
目前现有的重力卸灰阀在实际使用时,往往是通过阀板来控制入料口的开合,但是在通过入料口入料的过程中,物料往往会冲刷到阀板,进而造成了阀板寿命的降低,不利于实际的使用,需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的重力卸灰阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:重力卸灰阀,它是由外壳、检查门、入料口、进料口、固定板、液压缸、连接块、转杆、力臂、球铰和阀板构成,所述外壳的表面转动连接有检查门,所述外壳的顶面开设有入料口,所述外壳的底面开设有进料口,所述外壳的侧面固定安装有固定板,所述固定板的表面转动连接有液压缸,所述液压缸的输出端固装有连接块,所述转杆贯穿设置在外壳的内壁,所述转杆与外壳之间转动连接,所述转杆的表面靠近中心位置处固装有力臂,所述力臂与阀板之间通过球铰转动连接。
优选的,所述转杆与连接块之间转动连接。
优选的,所述入料口的底端设置有金属密封圈和橡胶密封圈。
优选的,所述金属密封圈与入料口的内壁之间装有波形弹簧。
优选的,所述橡胶密封圈为双层“Y”形结构。
优选的,所述入料口与阀板的大小相同。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果在于,
1、本发明通过液压缸即可轻松的关闭和打开入料口,同时由于开启入料口时,阀板垂直于入料口,这样在入料口进料时,可以避免物料冲刷到阀板,进而提高阀板的使用寿命,同时由于球铰的作用,可以使阀板与入料口之间受力均匀,进而提升密封性能。
2、本发明中,通过设置的金属密封圈和橡胶密封圈,其中金属密封圈可以率先阻挡以及接触高温物料,这样可以避免面高温物料直接接触橡胶密封圈而导致橡胶密封圈损坏,保证了密封效果,延长了橡胶密封圈的使用寿命,实用性较强,同时工作人员还可以透过检查门来轻易的对本发明内部进行维修和维护,利于实际的使用。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:重力卸灰阀,它是由外壳1、检查门2、入料口3、进料口4、固定板5、液压缸6、连接块7、转杆8、力臂9、球铰10和阀板11构成,外壳1的表面转动连接有检查门2,外壳1的顶面开设有入料口3,外壳1的底面开设有进料口4,外壳1的侧面固定安装有固定板5,固定板 5的表面转动连接有液压缸6,液压缸6的输出端固装有连接块7,转杆8贯穿设置在外壳1的内壁,转杆8与外壳1之间转动连接,转杆8的表面靠近中心位置处固装有力臂9,力臂9与阀板11之间通过球铰10转动连接。
本实施方案中,实际使用时,在需要关闭入料口3时,只需要打开液压缸6,这时液压缸6推动连接块7转动,随后连接块7带动转杆8在外壳1的内部转动,同时转杆8带动力臂9转动,力臂9带动阀板11贴紧入料口3,这时通过阀板11的贴合,进而密封住入料口3,进而起到关阀的功能,而在需要打开入料口3时,液压缸6带动连接块7复位,连接块7随后带动转杆8转动,转杆8转动的同时,转杆 8通过力臂9带动阀板11复位,这时阀板11垂直于入料口3,本发明通过液压缸6即可轻松的关闭和打开入料口3,同时由于开启入料口3时,阀板11垂直于入料口3,这样在入料口3进料时,可以避免物料冲刷到阀板11,进而提高阀板11 的使用寿命,同时由于球铰10的作用,可以使阀板11与入料口3之间受力均匀,进而提升密封性能。
具体的,转杆8与连接块7之间转动连接。
在本实施例中:连接块7可以带动转杆8在外壳1的内部转动。
具体的,入料口3的底端设置有金属密封圈12和橡胶密封圈13。
在本实施例中:通过设置的金属密封圈12和橡胶密封圈13,其中金属密封圈12可以率先阻挡以及接触高温物料,这样可以避免面高温物料直接接触橡胶密封圈13而导致橡胶密封圈13损坏,保证了密封效果,延长了橡胶密封圈13的使用寿命,实用性较强,同时工作人员还可以透过检查门2来轻易的对本发明内部进行维修和维护,利于实际的使用。
具体的,金属密封圈12与入料口3的内壁之间装有波形弹簧14。
在本实施例中:波形弹簧14可以增加金属密封圈12的弹性,进而增加密封性。
具体的,橡胶密封圈13为双层“Y”形结构。
在本实施例中:双层“Y”形结构的橡胶密封圈13密封性能更加良好。
具体的,入料口3与阀板11的大小相同。
在本实施例中:阀板11可以有效遮挡住入料口3,进而避免物料通过。
工作原理:实际使用时,在需要关闭入料口3时,只需要打开液压缸6,这时液压缸6推动连接块7转动,随后连接块7带动转杆8在外壳1的内部转动,同时转杆8带动力臂9转动,力臂9带动阀板11贴紧入料口3,这时通过阀板11的贴合,进而密封住入料口3,进而起到关阀的功能,而在需要打开入料口3时,液压缸6 带动连接块7复位,连接块7随后带动转杆8转动,转杆8转动的同时,转杆8通过力臂9带动阀板11复位,这时阀板11垂直于入料口3,通过设置的金属密封圈12 和橡胶密封圈13,其中金属密封圈12可以率先阻挡以及接触高温物料,这样可以避免面高温物料直接接触橡胶密封圈13而导致橡胶密封圈13损坏,保证了密封效果,延长了橡胶密封圈13的使用寿命,实用性较强,同时工作人员还可以透过检查门2来轻易的对本发明内部进行维修和维护。

1.重力卸灰阀,它是由外壳(1)、检查门(2)、入料口(3)、进料口(4)、固定板(5)、液压缸(6)、连接块(7)、转杆(8)、力臂(9)、球铰(10)和阀板(11)构成,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的表面转动连接有检查门(2),所述外壳(1)的顶面开设有入料口(3),所述外壳(1)的底面开设有进料口(4),所述外壳(1)的侧面固定安装有固定板(5),所述固定板(5)的表面转动连接有液压缸(6),所述液压缸(6)的输出端固装有连接块(7),所述转杆(8)贯穿设置在外壳(1)的内壁,所述转杆(8)与外壳(1)之间转动连接,所述转杆(8)的表面靠近中心位置处固装有力臂(9),所述力臂(9)与阀板(11)之间通过球铰(10)转动连接。
