Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of organic fertilizer preparation, and particularly relates to a method for preparing an organic fertilizer by using peanut shell chicken manure as a raw material.
Background
With the continuous development of the large-scale chicken raising industry, in order to keep the henhouse clean and reduce the environmental humidity, most of large-scale chicken farms use peanut shells as padding materials, so that a large amount of peanut shell chicken manure is generated. The peanut shell chicken manure is directly sold as an organic fertilizer without any treatment in a common chicken farm, is rich in nutrients, contains 48.5% of organic matters, 1.68% of nitrogen, 2.24% of phosphorus and 0.65% of potassium, and is an important organic fertilizer source. However, the organic fertilizer is prepared by directly using the peanut shell chicken manure which is not treated, so that the organic fertilizer has a great odor when being stored, and adverse effects on crops can be generated, and the effects are mainly shown as follows: the peanut shells are not rotten and decomposed, so that the roots and the leaves of crops are easily burnt, and the crops grow slowly and even die; easily cause nutrition loss and environmental pollution; pathogenic bacteria are easy to spread, and plant diseases and insect pests are aggravated, so that the produced pollution-free vegetables do not reach the standard. Particularly, in areas such as vegetable greenhouse production areas, fruit tree export bases and the like which need a large amount of organic fertilizers, the undegraded peanut shell chicken manure fertilizer is often used to cause adverse effects such as root burning, seedling smoking, plant disease infection and the like. Therefore, the peanut shell chicken manure is effectively developed and utilized as a crop fertilizer, the pollution to the environment can be reduced, the growth of crops is promoted, the yield and the quality of agricultural products are improved, and the economic benefit of broad farmers is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention relates to a preparation method of a bio-organic fertilizer capable of quickly decomposing peanut shells and improving the content of organic matters, aims to overcome the defects of the prior art for preparing the bio-organic fertilizer by using peanut shell chicken manure, and provides a method which can overcome the defect that the organic fertilizer prepared by directly using the peanut shell chicken manure has great odor during storage, and the organic fertilizer prepared by the method can loosen and activate soil; promoting plant growth, improving plant photosynthetic efficiency, reducing yellowing of plant leaves, and improving yield and quality; the incidence of plant diseases and insect pests is reduced, and the using amount of pesticides is reduced; the using amount of the fertilizer is reduced, and the environmental pollution is reduced; the effect is better after continuous application for many years. Through strict scientific experiments, the invention carries out proper biological fermentation and decomposition treatment on the peanut shell chicken manure through detecting and analyzing the components of the peanut shell chicken manure. The experimenter conducts repeated combination tests on the preparation method, the process flow and the added materials of the fertilizer, and finally determines an organic fertilizer formula of the effectively decomposed peanut shell chicken manure and a preparation method of the organic fertilizer.
1. A peanut shell organic fertilizer and a preparation method thereof are disclosed, wherein the specific formula proportion of the raw materials by dry weight is as follows:
20-30 parts of chicken manure
50-60 parts of peanut shell
0.08-0.1 part of bacillus thuringiensis
0.8-1 part by weight of trace element fertilizer
0.1-0.2 weight portion of ginseng powder
0.08-0.1 part of beef extract
The preparation method comprises the following steps in sequence:
(1) adjusting the water content of peanut shell chicken manure to 40-45% and the pH value to 5.5-6.5, placing the peanut shell chicken manure on a fermentation tank or a cement ground, and preparing for treatment;
(2) diluting the beef extract with water to a concentration of 0.1 g/L, uniformly spraying the beef extract on the prepared peanut shell chicken manure, and treating for 7-10 days at the temperature of 20-30 ℃;
(3) inoculating 0.08-0.1 part by weight of bacillus thuringiensis to the peanut shell chicken manure treated by the beef extract in the step (2), performing biological fermentation for 20-30 days, turning over and stacking for 8-10 times, and simultaneously adding 0.8-1 part by weight of trace element fertilizer and 0.1-0.2 part by weight of ginseng powder to ensure that the highest temperature of a fermentation stack reaches 60 ℃;
(4) properly airing until the water content is 10-20%;
the trace element fertilizer in the step (3) is one or a combination of copper sulfate, manganese nitrate and ferric chloride.
By the preparation method, the organic fertilizer meeting the NY525-2002 standard can be produced, wherein the organic matter content in the fertilizer is more than or equal to 34 percent, and the total content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is more than or equal to 4.1 percent. Experiments prove that the organic fertilizer prepared by the invention has a promoting effect on the growth of plants and has a good effect on improving the quality of agricultural products. The dosage of the organic fertilizer per mu exceeds 200 kg, and the dosage of the compound fertilizer can be reduced by about 15 percent. The organic fertilizer is used in different recommended amount according to different plants.
